Ethan and Cameron were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, kept me informed in what they were doing, professional and courteous. I worked along side them cleaning up flooded basement and they were amazing to work with. I highly recommend this crew!!! We could not have been able to do this job without them!

After having our AC unit flood and damage our walls, carpet, and subfloor, Servpro came to our rescue! We worked mainly with Nick N. and he was polite, thorough, respectful, and clear with his explanations. He was punctual and had great communication. This whole process was made so easy by Servpro and Nick. Highly recommend.

I have very mixed reviews about this company. Some of the individuals were great to work with. The tile contractor and project manager, John worked very hard for us. They did a great job. During the demolition phase with different workers however, we had a wedding ring stolen. We filed a police report but were less than impressed by the lack of care or responsibility this company took. My wife and I both agreed we would never use this company again. It is not a good feeling knowing an employee of theirs was in our house and took something important to our family. Sometimes as a company, you have to own up or take responsibility and they failed in that regard.

After several weeks of working with ServPro, I wanted to update my original five star review. I am happy to update again if and when the work is actually completed. My initial five stars were based solely on the mold mitigation and “Dry Guys” because they were FANTASTIC. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They were responsive, communicative, and consistently went above and beyond. They even checked on our dog by name each time they came and went to make sure he did not slip out. They were wonderful.

Now for the reason I am lowering my rating. The restoration team has been a completely different experience. Communication has been minimal to nonexistent. The project manager seemed unaware of basic details (“Oh who did that?”…your team?)He only became more responsive after we reached out to the mitigation project manager with our frustrations, and that improvement in communication seemed to be focused mainly on getting payment. We repeatedly reminded him that insurance is paying. We also had to ask multiple times for an updated quote because it was incorrect. We did pay our deductible on November 20, after that, we heard nothing. We assumed the silence was due to Thanksgiving, which was fine.

Today, December 2, we received a project satisfaction survey even though the restoration has not even begun. That led us to text the project manager and ask why we received this survey. 10 minutes later, the contractor assigned to our repairs sent a text to us saying that he would be stopping by to drop off supplies. We were not home and I had not given him a reply about his request. However, just a few minutes later, the contractors SON showed up at our door wanting to drop things off. Again, we were not home, and none of this was scheduled in advanced which we told the son via our ring doorbell. Then, the contractor sent a picture of carpet samples for us to choose from. We need to see these in person, not through photos.
At this point, we are extremely frustrated and just ready for this project to be finished. We plan to provide feedback to our insurance company, who originally recommended ServPro. We have spoken to our insurance claims rep several times about these issues, and she has assured us this is not how a project should go. She has also advised us not to sign anything despite the repeated pressure from ServPro to do so.

I wholeheartedly recommend ServPro only for mold mitigation. For restoration work, go somewhere else.

Very nice crew to work cleaning up raw sewage in our basement. I appreciate all that Fonz, Joe, and Camden(?) did for us today. Could have done a bit better around and on the water heater as well as a stand pipe that didn’t get cleaned but overall, ok

Cameron and TJ were amazing and made a stressful process easy. Prompt, professional, and answered 100 questions from my 4 year old. Would absolutely hire again!

We had all current flooring removed (carpet, vinyl and wood) in preparation of installation of all new wood floors. Ethan and Cameron were very thorough and personable. They kept us informed with every step and addressed any of our concerns. It was a huge job which involved moving furniture and other items from room to room. It took three days. We highly recommend them.

Cameron, Joe, and Alphonso were very professional in their service to our flooded basement. In the midst of our frustration regarding the flooding and damage, they gave us peace of mind that when the job is complete, it would be as good as new in all our square footage.

Euclides and Juan were great to work with. They cared for my property and took the time to explain what they were doing. Blair was also great to work with when he came out yesterday. He was able to provide an estimate for the work that needed to be done.

Nick was great with the mitigation progress! Super helpful and timely. He was always willing to answer any questions and concerns. Highly recommend Nick and Servpro!

Ethan and Nakeen spent four days at our home doing water remediation after damage from ice damming and they were efficient and professional as well as sympathetic toward our loss. The walls are exposed and drying for the next phase of repair and I am very happy with the work done by this team.

Cameron, TJ, and Antonio were kind and hardworking gentlemen. They did a great job on our basement cleanup. I would happily recommend them to others.

Unfortunately our basement flooded right after Christmas. Servpro Chad came out with crew on Saturday. Euclees worked from 8am to 2pm with another serviceman. He totally was exceptional and had to make 100 trips up and down stairs with soaking wet carpet. They were the absolute the best. Everything was cleaned up, basement sprayed with a citrus solution and 16 fans placed within 5 rooms. For 5 days a Servpro rep, Rick, came out to check how basement was drying and tested for moisture. Polite, courteous, and well trained the entire staff was. Should you ever have a problem like we had I would highly recommend!!

Cameron Ty and Joe helped move our stuff back into our house today after having it packed out in October! Throughout the process the crew has been very helpful and professional. We are thankful for the Servpro team we worked with these past several months!

Blare was very thorough during our initial appt. Nick explained what was happening each day with the dry checks and answered all my questions. All the crew, including Alfonso and his partner were friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ServPro again and would definitely recommend them.

Servpro was excellent during an incredibly stressful event. They responded quickly. Understood the profound disruption to our lives and they coordinated nated with our insurance company to make it as simple as possible. Thank you all! Nick has been working with us over the last several weeks dealing with an ice dam and water damage to a bathroom. He’s been on-time, polite and courteous, and made sure to explain everything in an easy way for us to understand. Servpro as a whole has been very prompt with their responses and scheduling and we would be likely to use them again if the need arises in the future.

Euclides, Juan and Amilxir were absolutely great. Super professional, quick and efficient. Our church had a frozen pipe bust on Saturday afternoon and because of their quick and hard work, we are going to be open tomorrow for service. I was in maintenance for 9 years and Servpro has never let me down. They are absolute life savers and a blessing to me and my church. Michael the project manager was on the site quick and was squared away. Customer service was on point. Lastly, a huge shout out to Ron Pack. You have had my back at my properties for years. You have never let me down and have always answered my calls, even when you were on vacation with your family. You can’t buy loyalty like that! Servpro of Northeast Columbus is the best subcontractor I have dealt with and will continue to use them and suggest them for disaster cleanups! Thank you again and God Bless!

From the time I called to the time they were working was just a couple hours. They contacted my insurance, offered way more services than I expected and kept it simple.
Alan and Cameron were here way faster than I thought and handled our flooded basement wonderfully. Friendly, courteous and quick to start. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to start the process. I’ve never had flood damage before and was expecting a lot more stress.

When I called the emergency number for SERVPRO I received great customer service and was assured that the water damage in our basement would be taken care of. That great customer service continued with the Project Manager and the team that began the project in our basement. This team made up of Cameron, Joe and Alphonso were professional and informative. We have never experienced water damage in our home and they reassured us that everything was going to be okay!

This snowstorm absolutely screwed us, our roof is leaking like crazy, and it all happened so quickly. Euclides and Juan were super quick and efficient--even running out to get more gear and bringing it back within 20 minutes. Practically zero wait. Put my mind at ease and got us to a safe place fans and dehumidifiers until everything melts and we can get our repair done. Professional, courteous, communicative. Thank you guys!
