Had AC out today to provide an inspection on our roof. I cannot say enough great things about the process. Andrew was right on time, extremely thorough and provided an honest assessment. I know it was honest because he said our roof was actually in good shape at this point and, though it was aging, did not feel there was anything that needed done at this time. How refreshing to have someone not just try and sell me something that isn't needed. When the day comes that we do need a roof there will only be one phone call made and that will be to AC Roofing & Siding. Thanks for the great service!

An honest & helpful company! We thought we needed a new roof due to a leak. We called AC Roofing & Siding and the owner of the company showed up quickly. He made some small repairs and stopped the leak. He absolutely could have convinced us we needed a whole new roof, but instead he solved our problem quickly and saved us a ton of money! We will be using them in the future for sure!

This is the second time we've used AC Roofing & Siding. The first was six years ago when we had all the trim on our house replaced. It was a very good experience, so we called again when we decided to replace our vinyl siding with Hardie siding. The house looks amazing (before and after pics included). The crew did a great job and Ryan and Andrew were very responsive. When we need a new roof in the future, I'll be calling them again.

The project coordinator, Kendall, was incredibly responsive and kept us informed. The crew was efficient and completed our entire roof replacement on time, just as promised.
What truly earned them 5 stars was the production team and after-sale support. The production leads, Ryan and Titus, are great and truly focused on customer service. They handled a few follow-up items with professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure everything was 100% perfect. They stand by their work and their word.

We suffered storm damage to our original siding at the end of December 2024. With a lot of snow on the ground, Kendall braved the single-digits to come out and meet me to get the ball rolling on repairs (I contacted 4 other places - none of whom came out for estimates).

Kendall helped us understand the ins and outs of what to expect with the insurance process. He was a pleasure to work with; my kids wouldn't let him go without talking about various shows and toys!

Andrew helped us with the financial questions and was very easy to get a hold of. I think he was the one that also found example houses in the area with the style and colors we were most interested in - this makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! A couple colors we liked on the color swatches did not translate well on a full house (in our opinion).

All in all, the finished product turned out great! It took 3 days to remove and replace our old siding; they also replaced some rotten board in the gables of our house and added some trim around our garage door, which makes it look much cleaner. There folks are local in Hilliard, which was another reason I was glad to use their services (shop local!). My wife and I are very happy.

We had a very good experience with AC Roofing and Siding and would recommend them without hesitation. We had new siding and gutters/soffits installed. From getting started with the design with Kendall to the finished product, we were satisfied. Ryan communicated with us throughout the project regarding timelines and the arrival of the crew and was a pleasure to work with. We also enjoyed working with Andrew and appreciated him checking in throughout the process. While we still have some work to do with painting, we are very pleased with the finished product!

I hired them mainly for chimney cleaning, but they also repaired our wood stove during the visit. The mold treatment removed the bad smell completely. Our gas fireplace had weak flames before service, and the water damage restoration team worked efficiently from start to finish highly recommended this company

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Chimney cleaning was completed carefully, and the air duct service improved airflow right away. Dryer vent cleaning made my dryer work better. The gas fireplace technician repaired everything professionally. Their wood stove cleaners were efficient, while mold remediation and water damage restoration teams handled serious issues with care. The wood stove shop staff answered all my questions patiently.

Great experience with this mold water damage restoration company. The central basement flood clean up service removed all water and moisture fast. The mold remediation cost was clearly explained, and there were no surprise fees afterward.

Ethan and Cameron came out last Friday to clean up after a bad water leak from our fridge caused lots of damage in our kitchen. No one wants to go through this but Ethan and Cameron could not have been kinder or harder working. Really appreciate them!

We had great experiences with ServoPro after water damage. Ethane and Riley was very professional removing the damaged material and setting up the drying equipments. Nick has been great doing the dry checks for several days and taking back the equipments. Based on the nature of the job be prepared to be flexible with their schedule. Overall we are happy with the job they have done.

Ethan, Blair, and Nick at SERVPRO were great to work with on our recent plumbing issue. All three were professional and offered excellent service on what was a stressful home repair. Well done SERVPRO team.
