Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Ohio

We called AC Roofing and Siding and asked them to inspect our roof after a storm and the owner Andrew came out for the inspection and determined that there was no storm damage and that our roof was in good shape. He did notice that we had some loose siding on one side of our house and let us know that he woiuld send someone out to fix the siding. A few days later Ryan H and a crew member came to our house to fix the loose siding and it has stayed in place since then. Their promptness and service was great and I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing or siding work done.

I want to take a moment to recognize the exemplary service and work that AC Roofing and Siding has done for me.

Note, I was impacted by the EF-1 tornado on 2/28/2024- and by luck found AC outside my home assisting a neighbor as the parade of contractors made its way through my neighborhood.

I want to call out the professionalism of both Andrew the owner, and his project manager Ryan as we navigated a complex, stressful, and many months ordeal in repairing my home in it's entirety. Right now, I have both complete brand new siding and a roof- and would recommend them and their services to anyone who requires the same. Great experience!

AC Roofing & Siding did an amazing job installing our James Hardie siding! Kendall and Andrew were great to work with—professional, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The siding looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. Highly recommend!

AC Construction has been excellent! They helped guide us through the process and were extremely professional. I never felt pushed to make a decision. We had them put on a new roof, new soffits/trim and new gutters with gutter guards. Everything came out looking great and I would highly recommend them!

Thank you AC Roofing and Siding for your AWESOME employees, processes, services, and products! Your employees were always professional, prompt, organized, and courteous! I would recommend AC Roofing and Siding to my family, friends, and neighbors every time!

Thank you Andrew, Ryan T., Ryan H., and Kendall for taking care of us during the process of installing our new roof, new gutters, and new front porch! We love our new home😊

AC Roofing & Siding is very professional. I used them to replace both my siding and my roof. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The end result is a great looking home. I highly recommend that if you need your siding or roof replaced, you should call AC!

From start to finish, Andrew and Ryan and their crew were amazing! The care and quality of the work that was done was incredible! They made sure everything was perfect and we could tell they take pride in every aspect of the work that was provided. Highly recommend AC Roofing & Siding for anyone’s home. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with all that you have done! Thank you guys!

Andrew and the whole crew were extremely generous with their time; super professional work - could not be more pleased with the quality and their skill. This isn’t their first rodeo. Plus super prompt. Excellent work AND local! 5 stars.

AC Rooting very generously gave us an assessment of the siding and trim needs on a house we are considering purchasing. Andrew’s expert knowledge on Hardie siding’s installation and behavior over time helped us determine our next move with confidence. We feel we fully understand repair and replacement options. Thank you!

I had my roof replaced and the amount of time and quality that AC roofing puts into their work is a breath of fresh air! They took their time to make sure it was right and I am beyond impressed. Their communication for the replacement and follow up the next day to check the work was top notch! Highly recommend!!

AC recently upgraded the siding on our house, we were very pleased with the entire project. The team was very receptive to all our questions and we would recommend AC to anyone considering siding or roofing their home.

Extremely professional and communicative contractor. Resolved disagreements with insurance on code standards promptly. Had to work around the weather, but once work started it went very quickly. They were responsive to questions and quickly corrected the few minor issues that we identified. Installed soffits at a fair price as a bundle deal with the rest of the work. All together the roofing plus siding plus soffit changes brought the house forward 30 years in looks and we're extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any roofing and siding needs.

Andrew at AC roofing worked with me for a month to help me get more money out of my insurance company. He knew how to elevate my claim to a manager over the claims adjuster and then sent them more pictures of the roof to document his additional costs and things they missed with the third party person who went on my roof. He did a fantastic job helping me and I has received no money for his time and trips on my roof. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone with roofing needs.

Ryan Hatfield was the site manager. He was easy to communicate with and handled all my concerns and questions. My experience with AC
Roofing was great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Thanks so much AC roofing and siding for the great roofing job you did for me. All of the jobs needs were met. I personally think the GAF brand of roofing AC roofing offers is one of the better roofing material out there. Small install mishaps can and do happen from time to time with all construction companies. Myself, being from a different trade in the building industry for 40 plus years knows this. How quickly and professionally a company handles these problems is what separates good companies from bad ones. AC roofing and siding is a good one. I would not hesitate to use them agian.

After a big storm damaged our roof, AC Roofing & Siding came out right away. They were super professional, easy to work with, and came up with a custom fix that worked perfectly. Really happy with the job they did!

AC Roofing & Siding is a first-rate company. Andrew Christensen, the owner, is a man of his word. He and his staff are all extremely professional and deliver on their promises. They worked diligently with (against) my insurance company to obtain the maximum payment for my hail damaged roof and siding; without their persistence, I would have received far less. Their work and materials were high quality. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommended.

AC Roofing saved our home. After previously working with an subpar contractor whom walk away from the job. We reached out for help within our community and AC Roofing stepped up to the plate, offering a corrective solution, they fixed all the damage done by the other company “Ohio Metal Roofing “ AC roofing lead by Andrew offered us superior, project management and workmanship. Crew members executed a seamless 2 Day complete tear down and roof install. They were local to us in Dublin Ohio and in my option did a great job not only replacing our roof but also repairing our wood trim. Most importantly their crew worked diligently to water proof the exterior/ interior. As a bonus the darker color shingles against our lighter colored home offered a refreshing aesthetic to our property. Thank you AC roofing for a job well done and outstanding work ethic

I appreciate that AC roofing came as quick as they could to get my roof on before we moved into a new home. We really love our new roof! After a large rain, about two weeks later, we noticed water gliding over the gutters, and they are planning to come out to help us with splash guards. I’m grateful they are continually willing to make this job a success so we feel comfortable as we settle in here! They are informative on things I never even knew about roofs! Thank you!

AC Roofing and Siding exceeded my expectations in replacing the siding and gutters of my residence. The entire process of my project, from claim to completion, was simplified by the professionalism, trustworthiness, responsiveness, and expertise of the entire team. I appreciate Andrew for the advice and the computer generated images, with different siding options, of my residence in assisting me in my decision. The project crew were timely and efficient in completing the work. They cleaned up each day. Ryan, the project manager, often contacted me to apprise me of the progress of the work and any issues that needed to be addressed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend AC Roofing and Siding and definitely intend on using them again on future projects.

We had a great experience with AC Roofing & Siding. They were recommended by several neighbors whose homes received storm damage from a tornado a little over a year ago. AC installed a new roof, new vinyl siding, facia trim, gutters/gutter guards on our home and fixed a nagging leak no one else was able to find. This was a major overhaul for our home but AC made it really simple by preparing an easy to read proposal that clearly detailed the project and pricing. I'd like to thank Kendall, Ryan H., and Titus for managing this project, and answering any questions we had. The owner, Andrew Christensen even called to see if we were pleased. This is a top notch company and we highly recommend AC Roofing & Siding.

I can’t stop saying thank you to the entire team at AC Roofing and Siding for their incredible support and honesty. When working with a contractor or handyman, honesty is everything—you don’t want to find yourself in civil court trying to recover your money. The risk of losing even more in attorney fees is real.

That’s why I’m so grateful for Andrew, the owner, and his team—Kendall, Ryan, and others whose names escape me at the moment. They are truly golden. Genuine, trustworthy, and professional to the core. Their character is just as impressive as the craftsmanship they deliver.

The work they did on my home is nothing short of a masterpiece. My new roof looks like it was AI-generated—flawless, high-quality, and beautifully installed using top-tier materials. Thank you to everyone involved in the installation. You’ve turned my house into what feels like a brand-new home, and I can confidently say it’s added real equity to my property.

Words can’t fully express how happy and grateful I am. Thank you again!
