They put in a patio and long sidewalk across a swamp like grade that collected water last summer. Now that winter has passed, I’m happy to see it didn’t move, and looks and drains as I hoped. I would recommend 9 trees for sure, great experience with the sales and crew. For anyone shopping around for summer work now, know that we booked them after the home show in Feb, and their schedule had our job starting in June. Not a bad thing just know this is how quick good, busy contractors’ schedules book out.

We used 9 Trees to fix a repair that was made to our patio and could not be happier!

In the Spring of 2019, bricks in our patio fell through, revealing a decent sized sink hole. It turned out the sink hole was due to our home builder that buried a disconnected conductor pipe. As a result, over a period of 7 years, our gutter dumped water under our brick paver patio and the dirt started washing out into the pipe. Our builder admitted it was their mistake and hired another company to repair the conductor pipe and patio. After the repair was completed, the patio did not look the same. It was two toned and you could see where the repair had been made. They used the original bricks from the patio so it wasn't clear what happened. They admitted it didn't look good and sent the patio people they used back out, but they couldn't fix it. We got estimates from other patio companies to fix the repair and no one knew what to do. They were all perplexed and had a different theory as to the issue. Most did not think it could be returned to the original state.

Then, came along 9 Trees. Morgan and Joel came out to the house and felt the bricks could have been flipped. That was a theory of others, but no one felt they could confirm that was the case. Joel grabbed a simple screwdriver, flipped over one of the bricks, revealing the color of the original patio. All that needed to be done was to have the bricks popped up and flipped over. It was repairable to the original state! I do not understand why no other company did that simple confirmation!! In addition to flipping the bricks, they also re-sanded the patio, applied a sealer and fixed some of the edges that were dropping. The quote came in lower to do ALL of that than another quote to just re-sand and fix the edges.

The repair work started before the stay at home order due to COVID 19. They didn't have a chance to finish it before the order, but they stayed in contact with me and came back out to finish it as soon as they could. I really could not be happier with the end result. I'm pretty sure I screamed with excitement when I got my first look at the patio after the bricks had been flipped.

9 Trees is an excellent company. I'm very particular and analytical by nature and by trade, and after extensive research and comparisons I chose 9 Trees to do my front and back patio renovations. They completed the work two years ago, and today the work still looks like it was done yesterday. No shifting, settling, or cracking anywhere. Their staff is qualified, certified, experienced, courteous, clean, prompt, and communicative. They are not the lowest price out there, but for good reason because you get what you pay for. I will be using them for other projects again soon.

Super satisfied with our patio install. It is beautifully done and the entire process was professional. Thank you for such a beautiful addition to our backyard.

Update: One of the pavers cracked and they were very responsive and helpful at getting us on the schedule to have the defective paver replaced. The patio is solid 2 years later and looks great.

9 Trees was one of our proposals we received for our residential stone retaining wall landscape project. When we met Morgan and explained our goals, he was extremely knowledgable and submitted a detailed design plan and estimate. He made suggestions which were not exactly what we thought we wanted and we went with his advice/suggestions. We are glad we did because this project EXCEEDED our expectations. During previous jobs with other companies, we have not gotten the product/customer service we hoped for and are still a bit nervous when attempting to select the best contractor. Maybe even a bit on the paranoid side. We have hired 2 previous landscape companies for previous projects and it was only a matter of time until the lack of craftsmanship and/or customer service presented itself. All we look for is a company who does what they say they will do, without hassle and/or price increases along the way. Regardless if you may fall into this category of have had good luck selecting contractors in the past, 9 Trees will exceed your expectations. Anthony and Eric arrived and completed the project with detail and precision, and were even personable while answering our many questions and addressing any and all concerns. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeding our expectations and we could not be more pleased with the end result. We have had numerous compliments from neighbors. Thank you 9 Trees and all involved with our project for helping to restore our faith that courteous and skilled employees with a company of integrity still exists. We plan to contact them for all future landscape projects.

We researched a number of contractors and went with 9 trees to demo and replace our patio with a new paver patio and landscaping. We couldn’t be happier-they were flexible through a number of changes as we decided on the final layout. The finished product was better than we envisioned, they did a great job-I would highly recommend!

We found 9 Trees after reading reviews posted to the Better Business Bureau website. Matt listened to our needs and concerns then put together a detailed proposal. This was important to us because we knew he knew our expectations. We reviewed the suggestions he made for products to use for steps to our paver patio and made a choice from those suggestions. We had 9 Trees remove a tree, root ball and roots, grade and seed a large area of the yard, restore our paver patio and extend a paver walkway as well as repair some drainage tiles. Matt kept us informed through the whole project. We love the final results! His employees were respectful and friendly and did great work! When all the work was completed, Matt followed up with a phone call to see if we had any issues yet to be addressed. This was a very good experience and we would recommend his service.

We had a great experience. Didn’t really know what to expect for cost and the initial estimate was over our budget, but they were great to work on the design to make it fit our budget and still provide amazing design and quality work. They kept us up to date on when the project would begin and completed the work quickly. We love the final product!! Beautiful pavers, steps, fire pit with sitting wall and a cedar pergola.

This was a great experience. We bought a house with a very old patio with walls that fell over soon after we bought it. Matt was able to come over and make a plan and Matt, B-Mac, and JD were able to make that dream a reality. They were all very professional and I could tell they were trying to make everything perfect. I would definitely work with them again for my landscaping needs!

9 Trees completed a new paver stone pathway and cleaned & restored an existing paver pathway and patio for me last month. The quality of their work was excellent. The new paver pathway looks great, and the restored pathway looks like new! The workers AJ & Caleb were very polite and professional and seemed to be hard-working. During preparation of the site, they identified a problem with my existing underground PVC yard drains. After informing me, they proactively figured out the extent of the issue and fixed it. This company was very professional and did great work! I recommend them.

Our landscaping is now in full bloom lots of approval from neighbors, lots of bees, we are extremely pleased with Matt and his team. Matt and his team provide excellent service. My previous landscaper made a complete ash of it with promises to fix. A friend recommended Matt and his team. Matt came assessed the situation, provided sound advice and delivered. No hassle. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend Matt and his team for polite efficient high quality landscaping services.

9 trees did a complete overhaul of our front landscaping. Matt worked with me on a design, and I appreciate how he worked with me to adjust design to fit our budget. The lights and plants look great. Owen and his crew are top-notch and accepted and asked for input as they set stone and plants. We would highly recommend 9 trees.

Nine Trees has just completed a very large job in my backyard (Patio to include walkways and garden wall). The crew were some of the most polite and user friendly workers I have ever dealt with. They replaced our old patio after we moved into our house, and they did a beautiful job. Working with them was top-notch from scheduling, picking out the materials, and the installation of the patio itself. We've gotten a tremendous amount of satisfaction from it. Highly recommended.

Matt's crew installed our patio during the peak of the pandemic in sweltering heat and did a super job. Matt's designer came up with a plan for the patio and landscaping that perfectly complemented our existing deck. A little late in submitting the review, but we were really pleased in working with Matt and his crew.

He is a real genuine guy, was so thorough and really thought through every detail of our specific yard and our dream. He very clearly has extensive experience with this stuff. We got many, many quotes for lots of different setups (this is a big investment!) but in the end 9 Trees vision, quality, and price set them apart. Their crew was very professional and knowledgeable, they were great to work with. Alec, Tyler & Cam were masters of their craft! Our patio, landscaping, and lighting are all so beautiful - I can't believe this backyard is ours. We couldn't say enough great things about them, can't wait to hire them for future projects!

9Trees did an excellent job with creating a patio on the back of our home even with a difficult entry. They always showed up early and worked to get the job done. It’s amazing how they fix up the area they use for their equipment and kudos to Owen’s team!

We had our paver patio cleaned, sanded and sealed, Joel Hunt did the work and it looks great!! He scheduled it, showed up when he said he would and finished it in a timely fashion. I would recommend 9 Trees for any work you may need done.
