We selected Hidden Creek to completely transform our back yard. Miro, our account manager, was extremely instrumental in seeing that our vision was made a reality. He provided valuable feedback and support throughout the design and construction of the project. It was a pleasure getting to work with him on the project. Tim, our production manager, kept the project on track. He made sure that materials were ready so that the crews could keep a steady pace of progress. There were no major headaches throughout the construction as a result of Tim’s planning and his team’s implementation. Our installation crew, Juan, Miguel and Nick W, were truly craftsmen and extremely talented and professional individuals. Juan is a master at hardscape and plantings and works extremely efficiently, and makes sure that every detail is as it should be. He was also very good at communicating progress and seeking input when needed and a very nice person. His team kept the job site very clean and organized which was appreciated. Overall, the project came in within budget, the process went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor kitchen, firepit and of course our custom pergola.

Matt winterized my irrigation system and like before, did his job with professionalism and courtesy. Very knowledgeable and helpful with other issues. Very appreciative of the service and help.

Ron was very helpful when I needed information of a pump. He is a valuable resource in the irrigation community.

Another great Hidden Creek experience today. Employees Elizabeth,Otilia and Cesar did an excellent job spreading mulch around our house today.

Kenneth and German are outstanding! When they came for our routine service, I was out by the pool with my family. I said “Hello” and casually mentioned two concerns/questions I had about the pool and equipment. Kenneth was super knowledgeable and helpful. They took great care to tackle both tasks and left our pool looking crystal clear and beautiful. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. We hired Hidden Creek to redesign our front yard - the project included new landscape design, new plants / trees / shrubs, all new grass, stonework, lighting and a brand new walkway and front stoop. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to pull this project off - I appreciated the clear communication, the patience with all my questions, the professionalism of everyone who showed up at my house, for adjusting when new things came up and for giving our house a major glow up! The team that did our limestone grout repair did a truly outstanding job. They were professional and meticulous in their repair. They finished and cleaned the area and replaced everything that needed to be moved. They may be the best team to have worked at our home.

After seeing all the beautiful tulips 🌷 at our Hidden Creek office and client sites - I hired the team to plant tulips at my home. Skyler and Brandon did an amazing job. It has been so fun to watch them pop up and the color is stunning. My neighbors have all loved watching the grow as well. They definitely brought a smile to the whole neighborhood!

From design to construction - it has been a top shelf experience from start to finish. Luke Gerben, Jeff Haussler, Roberto, Jorge Duque, Isaac, Hector, Juan, Antonio, Zak Nunisto with Hidden Creek’s in-house Pool team created an incredible outdoor experience for our family! We cannot recommend too highly!

Hidden Creek Landscaping has been great! We used them for pool cleaning after they acquired Capitol City Pools and we quickly utilized their other services. Guadalupe and Antonio cut the grass and are always prompt, professional, and detail oriented. Ron and Matt with the irrigation division are very responsive and always go the extra mile to make sure the system is functioning as intended. Lastly Olivia, our account manager, is a great person and always available to answer any questions or concerns we have! All the teams work together so well it makes it feel like a small, personal company even though they have the size to meet any demand! Would definitely recommend!

Our HC Team was amazing! Juan Montes, Juan Giron, Ismael A., Hermes G., Mario P., and Jalen were fantastic. Everyone worked hard, did the highest quality work, took good care of our house and yard while they were here, and always had a smile and gave updates and answered any questions we had. They were a pleasure to work with and true professionals. And the project turned out better than our wildest dreams! Thank you all!

Hidden Creek and their landscaping team of Baldemur, Maria and Ronaldo did an amazing job on our fall cleanup project and installation of a Decomposed Granite pathway! They exceeded our expectations and we now have a more manageable and beautiful backyard!

Darian did a great job installing all of my cabinet pull-out-shelving. He worked tirelessly and had enough time left over to swap out an outdoor motion detector for me. He was professional and efficient. Well worth the cost of having these things done.

We hired Mr. Handyman of West Columbus for a whole list of repairs and fixes that needed to be done around the house. Our technician, Darrell, went above and beyond and made sure all the repairs were done to our satisfaction. Scheduling was prompt and easy to work with and they came out multiple times for repairing drywall, fixing leak damage and installing a tub surround and we were more than pleased each time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Handyman of West Columbus for any repair work!

We had a leaky garbage disposal that needed replaced. They were quick to respond and work us into their schedule, which was the day before Thanksgiving. We had a small issue after the installation, but they immediately came back out and fixed it right away. To get this kind of customer service during a holiday week is unheard of today. I would highly recommend Mark Kollath's team for any kind of home repairs needed. They were friendly and extremely professional throughout. Thank you!

Mr Handyman showed up and repaired a screen for an attic vent in the ceiling of my garage

Mr. Handyman of West Columbus sent Sean Turner to clean a clogged downspout and gutter attached to my patio canopy. Sean did an outstanding job. He is very professional, a great communicator, efficient and personable. The prices are a bit high for a retiree but very worth it when Sean does the job. He arrived on time and went right to work after explaining how he intended to proceed. He kept me informed as he performed each step of the process. Will definitely call again when I need further services. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of West Columbus and, especially, Sean Turner to anyone.

Mike did an excellent job repairing a floor and textured ceiling that were damaged by a water leak. Mike has had lots of experience in doing this kind of work and it showed. If I need anything else done I will ask for Mike.
