Joke of a pool company, was a customer last year and they came out to vacuum my pool, everything turned out great in one trip. This year pool was not nearly as bad as last year and they decided to turn it in to two trips. First trip they barely brushed and skimmed the pool (had it all on ring video), 2nd trip they came back and actually vacuumed the pool like I originally ordered. Pool did not need two trips they just try to make extra money on the trip charges.

I dispute CC charge knowing I only needed one trip and they didn't perform any actual service on first trip. They threatened to sue me in small claims court and sent me an email trying to intimidate me. They thought they could group customer claims together like class action suit, haha. Anyway had a lawyer send them a letter and they backed off like the cowards they are. CC company sided with me and all is good. They chose to lose a good customer over $200. What a bunch of morons. If anybody is threatened by them legally stand your ground. They aren't serious and won't be able to take you to court for such small amounts.

We haven't used our pool in several years. Quinten and Avery came out to open the pool and get everything started - Clay and Nate came today for the 2nd of the 4 cleanings. All have been professional and have done an excellent job - communication as to what they did was wonderful too. Thank you for getting me ready to swim again!

Noah gave notice and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and did a fine job. He did a great job of explaining the process and nest steps.

I don't do many online reviews, but I wanted to share that I have used other pool companies before and no one else compares to the service and attention to detail we received from 614 pools. We had to replace our liner in time to host a big graduation party and they took the time and effort to make sure everything was done right! All the guys including Marcus and Brant did a great job for us

They helped us to get our pool working and running smoothly when nobody else could! (And we’d tried!)

We had a nightmare situation of moving into a new home with a pool we were excited about, only to spend two years with other companies that could not get it working and gave us a list of “fixes” that cost us a ton and still didn’t leave us with a swimmable pool for more than a week tops.

Then we hired 614 pool, and they’ve been incredible! From the office taking our calls and scheduling making it easy, to those who have come out mentioned above to fix and then service the pool, it’s been top of the line friendly and helpful service, and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing pool professionals. I don’t trust anyone else with my pool. I just completed my 2024 closing and winterization. Quentin H & Luke C were the consummate professionals as they alway are. They were thorough and efficient. Always respectful of my time and property. Tje GOATS!

DJ came out and did a great job of diagnosing several issues with my pool that other techs were not able to figure out.

We recently had our in-ground pool liner replaced as well as a conversion to salt water. We could not be happier with the service and results. The service team was responsive, friendly, hard-working and easy to do business with. We've worked with some pretty sad pool companies over the years, and we're thrilled to have found 614 Pools based on a neighbor's recommendation. They are consultative and the pricing is very reasonable, and we will be entrusting them with our bi-weekly service. We enthusiastically recommend 614 Pools for their professionalism and reliability!

614 Pools actually deserves negative stars for my experience with them. I had booked an appointment about 1 to 1.5 weeks in advance. The day before my appointment at 7:30 pm I receive an email confirming the appointment for the next day, but absolutely NO time window. So after waiting around all morning I called them at noon asking why they don't schedule a window of about 3 hours (which even the cable company does), but they firmly said that is not their policy. Certainly they know the rough order of appointments for the day and approximate time for each type of service. They told me that they expected that my service technician would arrive between 2 to 5 pm. By 6 pm there was no phone, no email, no nothing. They simply booked another appointment for the next day (without asking if I wanted an appointment the next day). I had emailed after the no show - to which they responded with an excuse (ran out of daylight - 9 pm- and so didn't get there) rather than any kind of an apology. I cancelled and told them again of my frustration- still no apology or response. Simply AWFUL customer service!!!

Edit - After not showing up to perform the service and receiving this response from the owner who doesn't deny any of the facts, but claims that I must have "rage" for trying to inform others what kind of service they might expect, the owner sent me an invoice today. They didn't show up, they didn't do any work, they had me wait around all day with no updates, I received excuses rather than an apology, and then they send me a bill.

Called the company because my pool heater was shooting water 2 stories high. I could not even run the pump because the company that installed the heater did not install a bypass. They came out promptly and discovered the problem. The next day they were out fixing the heater and installing a bypass for the pump. They were very professional and efficient. I will be using them for all of my pool needs. DJ K came out and fixed the leak in the heater after the repair and tested the water. He was very helpful on how to balance our water.

Justin came out right away, took care of my filter, got me going, made some suggestions and charged us a fair price!
I was very happy with 614 Pools! I highly recommend them!

Edit in response to business owner: The first 5/6 times I have called it was a young woman who would take down my name and number, I assumed it was an answering service. I have also submitted an email, I did call the other day and did not leave a voicemail, all the other times my call was picked up and i spoke in person to someone who said someone would call me. I tried to call today after seeing your response and it says number is no longer in service, I called from two other phones and it went right through, so I am guessing my phone number is blocked. What an insane response from anyone as I am currently a paying customer and just paid $350 on Saturday. All i wanted was to discuss a $65 service charge and ask if my bulbs have been ordered or what I needed to do to get that in motion.

The guys who come to my house do a great job keeping the pool clean and balanced, however I can not get in touch with the office for the life of me. I have reached out 8 times to get a call back on replacing pool light bulbs (starting mid summer) and a service charge where I was charged $65 because they left due to my house being pressure washed. I was home and had I known I would have just told the guy to pause or move to the front, I’m not even sure of what the issue was, this was over a month ago. Clearly they don’t care about retaining customers.

Marcus and Bryon were efficient when closing my pool for the winter. They were professional, answered all my questions, on time, and hard working. I’d have them help everytime if able. Thank you both!

Outstanding experience on a major purchase for our household! Could not have asked for a better group to upgrade our pool liner in time for summer! That you to DJ and team for their professionalism and quality work.

Initial interactions with 614Pools have been fantastic. Whitney in the office is easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable, and Marcus D when he came to plan for a liner replacement knew exactly what our pool needed, listened to our questions, and helped guide us on the best path forward to keep our (large but aging) pool in perfect shape.

Thanks for a great 2024 pool season. Your weekly pool maintenance took the guess work out of water quality. You handled the maintenance, we handled the fun! See you next year!

The gentlemen who came to measure our pool we're very professional and polite. They needed to take off the pool cover for measurements and made sure it was put back in place and neat before leaving. Were also helpful in providing liner options and explanation of differences in thickness.
