Best home improvement project I've had done! The company exceeded my expectations of how the finished product would look - I am extremely pleased! I had several estimates and this was the only company that offered to take care of all the details, including removing an old structure, and disassembling and reassembling a pergola. Workers were detail oriented and very responsive to my concerns, and took pride in their work! I recommend this company very highly.

Wow, I am so impressed with Inspired Design! From day one communication was great and continued throughout the process. If you are looking for landscape design within the Columbus area I would highly recommend Inspired Landscape & Contracting. My husband and I needed some ideas for two large beds in our backyard and Jim was able to come out for a consult the day after I sent an inquiry. The designs he put together were super easy to follow and I think will make our backyard look awesome. We are planning to DIY and Jim has made the process super easy. I can’t wait to see our finished product!

Jim did an amazing job and was very quick to respond to my request and was very informative. He explained the job and the timeline. Upon starting the job he was very professional and was very accommodating. Had a small issue that was noticed after the pour and once that was relayed to Jim he quickly made plans to correct the issue. I have recommended him to others and would not hesitate to use him again for future concrete projects.

I highly recommend Inspired Design and Contracting. Jim and his crews were great to work with throughout the process. The work turned out great (on a complicated project that most companies we talked to were unwilling to quote), and Jim was exceptionally understanding, patient, and helpful in figuring out the best solutions and adapting to delays caused supply chain issues and an ordering mistake I made with the supplies I was providing. Great work and great service. I look forward to working with them again.

We had a patio installed by another contractor that ended up being graded toward the house, so everything had to be pulled up and fixed. Jim personally came to the house and gave us a very fair estimate for the work. The work was started promptly and the crew was very good and professional, and cleaned up well. The finished patio looks much better and and the water just immediately drains away from the house which is great to see.

But the thing I appreciate most is that the work took 5 days instead of the estimated 2, because polymer sand was used previously even though it seemed like it was not. This caused the crew to have to scrape the sand off of each paver by hand before re-laying it. In spite of the extra time, and even having to send more people, Inspired honored the original estimate. That is amazing service and integrity, and it is definitely appreciated.

Inspired Design & Contracting did an outstanding job from start to finish installing our new brushed cement patio in our backyard! Jim came out to give a quote on the project, but also shared thoughts on the original plan I had drawn up to help improve the design to make the space more functional for our family. The Patio installed turned out great, and his recommendations on what vegetation to install surrounding the patio really helped us finish the design. The Patio has been in for almost a year now and looks great. I would highly recommend Jim and Inspired design to others looking for landscaping / concrete work.

Inspired design recently replaced my dilapidated front concrete walkway. The whole process was seamless. Jim did an excellent job at communicating from the very beginning when I contacted him and throughout the whole process. His prices were reasonable and I am so pleased with my new walkway! It truly adds curb appeal to my old house!

Jim worked with our landscape architect to create and deliver a two-phase backyard design that looks amazing and gives our family distinct zones for eating, entertaining, playing, and relaxing. Highly recommend Inspired Designs for any landscaping needs. They did a great job on our new stamped concrete patio and burying some downspouts to relieve some water issues we were having. Jim came out two seperate times to talk through the job with me and his crew completed the work in a timely manner. I am glad we found someone willing to do a smaller job like ours. We were introduced to Jim and team by the landscape architect we were working with for our backyard renovation. We had originally planned for just a patio and some landscaping to go along with what we had planned to be a large renovation to our back porch to become a 3 season room by another contractor. When the 3 season room estimate come in much more expensive than we had anticipated, we scrapped that and began working with Jimmy to add to the original project we had planned with him to include a pergola, fence and a more limited renovation of our porch. This was a very large project and he did a great job establishing the timeline and quoting us through each various phase so we could consider our priorities and work through the different parts of the project to align with the different seasons.

The prices were more than reasonable, considering we did all of the above for about the same cost as we were quoted for the original porch/3 season room alone! We are thrilled with everything, including what Inspired Design did with our porch and can’t believe we almost missed out on the opportunity to do such a comprehensive project. We ultimately did a concrete driveway also and it is just the most beautiful finishing touch. Jimmy and his team was amazing to work with! He was in touch with us consistently over the course of the project, and still is to this day. Jimmy and his team were like family members--Our pets even got used to and loved them. We are thrilled with the work. The craftsmanship of the carpentry, from the fence to the pergola, to the custom hand-built framing on our porch is second to none. The patio layout is unique and the brick is perfect. Overall we couldn’t be more pleased with the creativity of the design and project solutions, and the service and relationship with Inspired Design. Jimmy is easy to talk to, willing to come up with ideas and talk through issues, and is almost like dealing with a friend in the business. We are overjoyed with the results and will always use Inspired Design going forward.

Worked with Jim as my designer and Caesar as my team lead and could not be happier! Easy to communicate and get in contact with everyone, they were very adaptable to my unique space and gave me a yard I could properly use for the first time in years.

We had Inspired Designs tear down our existing deck and install a stamped concrete patio. Jim had great ideas and provided plenty of options. We trusted mom and his teams suggestions with a few on the fly design changes and we are really glad we did. They know what they are talking about, trust the process! We also had a french drain put in and asked for a quote to level and fill our backyard. We hired them to do that work also. The patio and yard turned out amazing. Jim's crew is amazing, shout out to Ceaser! I would absolutely uses Inspired Design again!

Jim was friendly, thorough, budget conscious, and extremely easy to work with for our backyard renovation. Jim was great to work with in developing a vision for the space. He incorporated all of my ideas and preferences into the work and within my budget. Staff were all great and professional. They were really thorough and efficient. The project was finished last week and I’m already thinking about my next. The project was small compared to a lot of business they get, but I was never made to feel less of a priority which has not been my experience with other companies! They’ll get more business from me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
