Inspired Design did a phenomenal job on our stamped concrete patio. Jim was awesome to work with - it is easy to book consultations through their website, and came out multiple times to ensure we felt comfortable in the design prior to beginning the work. The crew was professional, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated. I would recommend Inspired Design to anyone looking to do a concrete patio!

We inquired about a stamped concrete patio from several companies in the Columbus area. We decided to hire Jim and Inspired Design and are extremely happy with the results. Jim was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and worked with us to create a beautiful patio and a more private backyard living space. His crew was hard working and efficient. Jim and his crew completed a remodel and expansion of our backyard gathering space. They took it from a small old paver patio to an expansive stamped concrete patio complete with amazing step design leading from the sliding glass door to it. Jim was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable on the design, took care of the few issues that popped up with the project. Overall, I am very pleased with the finished product. I have had so many compliments on it and I am looking forward to enjoying it in the years to come.

The Inspired Design & Contracting team did a fantastic job replacing our old brick paver porch with beautiful stamped concrete. Jim gave excellent advice on the design, clearly communicated with us during each step, and completed the project on time. His team even replaced the landscaping that had to be removed for the porch demo and install without charge. The entire team is professional and courteous. Highly recommend them and we will be using them again for future projects.

I had Inspired Design and Contracting put in a new retaining wall and replace my concrete steps and sidewalk and I’m very happy with the end product. I got quotes from 3 contractors, and Jim’s proposal was the most thorough as well as the most reasonably priced. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and quick to resolve a few minor things. I highly recommend them.

Our stamped concrete patio looks great even a few years later. Jim and his crew worked were very easy to work with, had great communication, and even gave a few suggestions to how our patio design should look. Fast forward to present day, and when I got some paint on my patio (whoops), Jim was quick to come over and offer help and advice to get it cleaned. After a quick re-seal, our patio looks like it was just installed all over again.

Jim is the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. His team for my patio was quick and precise with the job too. You won’t regret working with Inspired!

This company is one of the good ones. I reached out in the fall last year to discuss a big stamped concrete patio project that we were tentatively planning to do this spring. The project involved the demolition of an existing concrete patio and paver patio. It was very easy to schedule a consultation. Jim reached out a short time later to request some pictures and a brief explanation of what we were looking to do. He showed up on time for our appointment and was very thorough. A few days later he returned with a design and tentative line by line estimate and drawing. We were able to make a few tweaks to the design to complement our vision and get us where we wanted to be on the budget. To our surprise, Jim said if we were ready to go they could start the project within a few weeks. From start to finish the crew was spectacular. Jim stopped by regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and to ask if we had any questions. The crew was fast, efficient, and checked in for certain milestones like setting the firepit and walls to make sure we were happy with the location. We are thrilled with the results and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Jim and his crew are exceptional! From taking the time to create a video to explain the process on his email reply, to being super responsive to coordinate with other projects I had going on, I can't say enough good things about them.
We scheduled the week that the project would take place and they were here that morning!
I met Jim in person for the first time but it was like we already knew each other because of all our communications through email.
It was very convenient that I didn't have to be home and meet with him to get the estimate and enter the contract.
The crew was very respectful of my property and very cordial with myself and my family.
They came, removed the old blacktop driveway and a few parts of my concrete sidewalk/walkway that were damaged and they poured the new concrete and did the finishing touches that same day.
They covered my new siding to make sure there were no splashes (unlike a previous concrete contractor I hired to work on my backyard).
Beautiful work that I watched as they carefully worked the concrete finish... truly artisan work!
Once it's dry they will come back to remove the wood mold and Jim will be with them.
I highly recommend Jim and his crew. So much that my son is getting a concrete back patio with them soon and if anyone in my family needs concrete work I'm for sure recommending Jim!
