So far we've had a great experience with Rhino Shield. Our sales person was very accommodating, answered all our questions and was able to provide us with references of older installations so we could speak with the property owner and see how the product was holding up over time. The crew that painted our house was excellent, very courteous, careful around the landscaping and plants, and also very accommodating. We are very happy with the job done, now just hoping it lasts as expected.

We had our barn done with Rhino Shield Columbus and love the results. The entire team worked hard to ensure our satisfaction and they kept in communication throughout the process. Communication is key, from Theresa in the office to the team who applied the product we had our questions answered. Highly recommend! I'm sharing pictures of the power washing before Rhino Shield, during the sealing and after the final product was applied so you can see the beautiful results for yourself.

Decent selection and pricing. The Lowes down the street is comparable to both, while having a more helpful and welcoming staff.

Found all my cleaning supplies in one convenient aisle, from floor cleaning to silver cleaning. Good variety and good prices as well. And, my favorite - self service check out. - j

Wasn't impressed. Was there too buy flowers for the yard but they had very limited selection. I was 3rd in line to check out, and even with their "expedited" check out process, I waited for 15 minutes. That didn't include the time I waited for them to get the mulch off the pallets. Wish I had gone to the Sawmill Rd. store.

Horrible customer service at the customer service desk! I am appalled that a rude person can stay employed in the customer service area at this Home Depot. When a customer has a simple inquiry the correct policy should be to courteously answer the question and we would have been happy and moved on. I highly recommend the lowes down the street..

I give honest and true reviews. Look at my review history if you care to research but my rating on this home Depot as a whole is zero Stars. I wish I could put zero Stars because they don't deserve a rating of any kind. Terrible management absolutely horrible security team and they don't have what any other home Depot normally carries 75% of the time all the time please please please drive 3 more miles up the road to sawmill home Depot.I love home Depot I absolutely love home Depot, but this home Depot no no no

Everdry is the best around. Our basement flooded and they handled it to perfection. It has been about 7 years now and we have had no issues. They are honest and very informative. They are always willing to answer questions and come back out and check if you have any questions or concerns. We definitely recommend.

Several years ago I bought a house with an Everydry system installed in the basement. I didn't realize at the time how much I'd come to appreciate the system and team! Even though the house is old, the finished basement has stayed truly bone dry, protecting a large amount of value.

The team has also been amazing with warranty transfer, yearly check ins, etc.

I wouldn't hesitate to install a new system with them if the need came up.

My experience was positive, I got a knock on my door after EverDry was completing or completed my next door neighbor's issue and I'm so glad I accepted because I had mold in my basement. The work was done in 2 days, everyone was very thorough from Bill Barrett to Devin White. I was also pleased to receive a tax credit. Thank you EverDry family!

Can't say enough good things about Ever Dry. I purchased my parents' home in 2013 and had the basement sealed by Ever Dry. After 20 years of wet basement and praying every time it rained, the basement is and had been dry for the past 13 years. It's a shame my parents didn't think of Ever Dry long ago. The basement was a mess and they never once criticized us for the condition (unlike their competitor). I have had to use the warranty a couple times, but when called, they are quick to respond and take care of any issues. My latest was the float was stuck. The tech was out and changed out the pump in a matter of minutes. Easy Breezy. I recommend Ever Dry to anyone that i hear is having basement issues.

We had Everydry perform the waterproofing on April 23rd, 2018. After six and a half years, our basement is still dry. The crew has a good leader, and the members are hardworking and polite. The manager even does a follow-up job to make sure the crew did the job right. I remembered a young man who was feeling sick but still kept working. I was very impressed. The EZ-Breathe was a plus, it kept the air in the basement fresh.

We have had Everdry taking care of our home since 1992. Our builder failed to add drainage tiles under and around the house, so we have walks filled with water and about to collapse when they rescued us.
They came in and assessed the damage, dug down to the foundation and located major cracks and no drainage.
They drilled around the perimeter of our basement inside and out and added drainage and 2 sump pumps and elevated the water.
They continue to service our sump pumps and added additional features to make our basement air better for all of us.
They are always neat and clean up after themselves. They are friendly and make sure all our questions and concerns are addressed and satisfied.

This is the only company you should trust with your basement. After receiving 10 other quotes they were the best price by far and the scope of work offered was far more detailed than any other company that came out. We have a 100 year old home so it can be hard to work on but they made sure it was perfect, even coming back out a couple of times to adjust and make sure it all worked as it should. The lifetime warranty is great peace of mind and shows their commitment to being the best. Highly recommended.

Several years ago, we were organizing our crawl space and noticed excess dampness. We were concerned for health reasons and called EverDry to assess the situation. We were happy that we did not have any mold. EverDry recommended that we seal around our house to reduce the dampness in the basement. We contacted other basement companies regarding the sealing and EverDry offered the best solutions for us. They were professional and were able to answer and address any questions or concerns from us. I am truly happy with the results and having the peace of mind knowing our house is dry, protecting us from mold. I recommend EverDry for homeowners who wish to have a dry basement that is free of mold.

The previous owners of my house failed to disclose that there was a slight water issue with the basement.

After that we started thinking hard about what the issue was and who could fix it? We had a couple of quotes from different companies. They generally said the same thing and that was to put a perimeter drain tile system on the inside of the basement as well as to patch any holes with mastic on the outside perimeter.

We ended up choosing EverDry because of a co-workers recommendation and the warranty.

For us, the people were pretty awesome who did the work. Most of them would stop to pet my two giant bulldogs and give them love. They even became quite fond of some of the workers. The work was done within a very reasonable timeline. We had issues with how the white paneling was installed on the walls. I showed them the work that was done and they promptly came out and redid all of it to make it look better. EverDry wasn't too happy with it either.

I've had to have them come back to redo the sump pump pipes in a couple different configurations because we were getting a strange resonance on the length of one of the pipes. They fixed that fine.

A year in AFTER the work, the basement flooded again. I had to file an insurance claim to fix the furnace and everything again. EverDry came out and installed a larger pump that can hopefully keep up. We had 1 pump controller/battery that died and it needed replaced (things happen, they took care of it). We just (Feb 15th, 2025) received 2" of rain and I am at the base of a GIANT hill (horrible spot for someone to build a house) and everything was good thankfully. They also sealed in the sump basin so now it is buttoned up nicely. So far so good!

I didn't expect perfection first time and I assume it will happen again if I'm being honest but I hope that it does not. The plan was to finish the basement but I think there is just no way to do that here and not have to tear it out every couple of years. I have much more piece of mind including the backup pump that's in there (granted it is smaller) it's something.

I never really had too much issue scheduling someone to come out and take a look.

A few years ago, we had our basement waterproofed by Everdry. They did an amazing job! Everyone from the salesman to the office staff were very polite and professional. Our basement is so dry that we actually put carpet down with no worries of it getting wet. I would recommend them to anyone with a basement.

Everdry has been my basement "authority" for 18+ years. They showed up when I needed them most and did a great job! Let me just say though, having your basement walls supported is a noisy business! I don't know how their maintenance people do what they do, but they did a great job!
