Premier Clean Ohio has always done a wonderful job! It would be hard to find another company that has the values, respect, and quality of work! We’ll be long time customers.

Amber and Miranda cleaned for me on the 20th. The girls are always pleasant and arrive on time or earlier. They do an excellent job so that is why I continue to use Pemier Clean. My neighbor asked for your information as his wife has MD and he is terminally ill. Nick said she would fight him getting the girls in to help. I hope they call you.

We love Premier Clean. Celma does and amazing job. The house looks and smells great. She pays so much attention to little details.

UPDATE: Per their response below, they DID refund me. This is clearly above and beyond from a customer service perspective so we WILL be trying them again. Thank you Premier Clean team!

Pros: The experience of getting the estimate and getting scheduled was very positive. The team we worked with on that was very clear and communicative. The team that came to clean was also very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. And they did an amazing job on our bathrooms!

Cons: However, I am a little disappointed with the rest of the clean. The team was 30 minutes late, which resulted in part of the team leaving early. It was also a bit disruptive to our day and it took longer than I expected (I thought the person we scheduled it with said 2 hours, but maybe that was just an incorrect quote, as it didn’t come from the ladies doing the cleaning). I’m also very disappointed with the kitchen floors and appliances. I know these are tough areas but that’s why I hired a professional and I would have done a better job. This is honestly the one element that will make me reconsider whether I will schedule with them again.

Ric and his crew do great work. Very conscientious and reliable. Consistently maintain a high bar for cleanliness.

Premier Clean has set the bar for cleaning services! They are prompt, professional, caring, and make sure they understand your requirements up front (yay). The cleaners are on time, thorough, and leave nothing undone or unclean. My favorite part of the entire process is that my house didn’t smell of harsh cleaning products! I am forever grateful we made the switch.

We were introduced to Premier Clean via 104.9 The River. When Rick, Melissa and their whole team were phenomenal. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. So many small details that they took the time to do and discuss. Their values, hard work and dedication show up in everything they do. We will definitely call on them again!

We sold our home and hired Premier Clean to clean our home for the new owners. A team of four, led by Amber, came to our home. The team did an excellent job! They were professional, efficient, and personable. We highly recommend this company.

I am so so happy with Premier Clean! They are a remarkable organization! I continue to be impressed with quality of service and care I get with them. They excell in their communications with their clients- even texting me when my cleaning people are on their way to my home. They have a very strict training for their staff, and guarantee each cleaning. . They are gentle on my furniture...and just all around delightful people! I have gone through many cleaning services and people over the years, none even come close to Premier. And I love that they are Christian run! I highly recommend Premier Clean!!! A+++

Premier Clean provides exactly what our school needs: a very high standard of professionalism and cleanliness, prompt and clear communication, and a team that really cares about the quality of their work. Ric has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me understand the how's and why's of what his crew has accomplished and how it fits in to his plan for keeping the building looking great.

*edited to add that 15 hours after I posted this review and posted on social media, rhinoshield contacted me and came out to inspect and made the necessary repairs. He spent a little over a week scraping, priming, and repainting. I am hopeful as it looks nice now but when time goes on is when we started seeing the issues before.
All went great when we scheduled and had it applied. 4 years later however is a different story. The rhino shield is cracking and peeling in multiple areas of our house, chimney, and railing. I have reached out multiple times to no avail. They keep telling me that someone from the service department will reach out and it never happens. I can't even get someone to come out and look at it. I've emailed photos with no response. If I could give "0" stars I would. Buyer beware. The warranty isn't worth anything if they won't even acknowledge that we have a huge problem with the "never paint your house again"

I have had many issues with Rhinoshield. My house continues to peel and chip. The first time it was applied it was done incorrectly. They did offer to fix it a couple years later, however I still never felt like it looked great. Recently, I have struggled getting any sort of response from them. I have called 5-6 times since last July and keep being told they have no timeline of when my house can be touched up even though I have the warranty. My house is peeling and chipping and looks bad. The customer service is not great and almost rude. I am not happy with any of it. I am leaning toward finding a regular painter to paint my house because I have been waiting almost a year with barely a response from Rhinoshield. Every time I call I am told I’m “on the list” but given zero clue of when my house will be redone. I am very frustrated with this company.

I would recommend them to anyone.
