This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

Have used Old Hilliard multiple times for issues with toilets and garbage disposal. They are very easy to communicate with, responsive, and are able to get out for service quickly. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

They came on very short notice. Adam did a great job repairing the shower valve. witth out cutting the wall. Nice small local business. We will use again when needed.

Had a couple jobs lined up for them. Had a gas line run for a new gas range, we got a free estimate and had it installed in a matter of days. The technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We also had old plumbing removed and new placed after a kitchen upgrade. Again very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!

Very professional, was able to get hot water back

Harmony plumbing did an excellent job switching out my water heater. The were quick and efficient. They did an extraordinary job communicating with me. Excellent work guys! شكرا يا رفاق

This place is nothing but a scamif I could give less than a one-star rating I would. The guy walked in was here for 5 minutes never brought a tool in my house. Said it was a city issue and there was nothing he could do walked out. Yes this was done through Sears home warranty whatever. Which no longer will be getting any kind of business from me ever again if they're going to send people out like that it's not worth even paying them monthly so I will be switching.

Harmony Plumbers are knowledgeable, efficient, careful, and prompt. I'll use them every time I need a plumber.

During the latest rain/wind storm my sump pump stopped working. It was late in the day on Friday and my well was filling up. Noah was able to come out with in 2 hrs after i called and got everything fixed and good to go. He checked the lines outside as well to make sure everything was working properly. Thank Noah for your accurate and speedy service!

Worst plumbers ever!

1. He threw zip ties and other trash into the pit potentially clogging the pump or trapping the float switches. Causing a flood hazard.

2. He installed the back up pump below the regular pump causing it to run continuously. Risking burning it out or destroying the battery.

3. He left LIVE wires hanging from the battery as a fire or shock hazard.

4. He never closed the pit and small children are in the house.

5. I called the company to complain but no one answered.

6. Never retied any if the wires or lines he cut so they were wrapped around the pumps blocking float switches and flood risk.

7. Added boggas charges to my bill.

I told Harmony Pumbers yesterday when they called me about extra charges that I was not willing to pay any.

The representative said exta charges were for pipe modification and when I asked what modification he could not explain.

I explained there was already an existing pump and he just needed to replace it. Nothing requiring pipe modification outside standard install. He answered ok and that he would send the tech back to do the job.

I went to examine the job today and it was the worst plumbing I have ever seen!

Less than 1 star not available. Mike came out and did nothing but turn on the kitchen sink and look at the drain pipe in the basement. In his "experienced opinion", the pipe was frozen. He then said he had to get authorization and left. 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours later he called and said that my warranty company wouldn't cover an act of God since it was frozen. It is a drain pipe, there is no where for water to stand to freeze. I used the sink for doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen less than an hour before water started backing up. This guy got paid his $100 +/- from the warranty company and left. Husband tried to snake the drain and surprise, it can't get past the clean out in the basement, he got past the area Mike said was frozen. Still no water, still not fixed. Delays due to Mike's lazy excuse of frozen pipe and taking the money and leaving, Now I have to argue with the warranty company about a second opinion due to this man's inability to take 20 minutes to do the job he was paid to do.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, I called Harmony Plumbing they came within an hour was able to clear my drain professionally, Abraham was such a sweet guy he cleaned all the mess. I don’t know why some people giving negative reviews, probably they have bad warranty providers 🤷‍♀️, If i can give them more than 5 stars I would.

I had to urgently fix a leak coming from my shower floor and possibly from toilet too. Since my reliable plumber as out of town and scheduled to return only after 2 weeks, I got reference from a neighbor who had used this person named Abraham. He came with a partner quickly as he lived closeby. As first said two of my toilets needed new flange and will charge me only $275 each (total $550). Talked very sweet as if it was best deal for such huge job to remove toilet, cut open rusty flange, etc. After I agreed, he simply removed toilet and said flange was perfect, but it needs greasy cushion to stop leak. He only deducted $75 for not needing to replace flange. Same thing for other toilet. All done within an hour and he took the money, promised me to send repair bill same day via SMS. Also, kept saying he gives 10 years warranty whereas other plumbers will not even give 1 yr. He has NOT sent me any repair bill that I need for tax and home warranty purpose. Our home warranty company can reimburse it ONLY if I get repair bill. But this fellow will no longer take my call or respond to my SMS. Feels like I got scammed by him.

Harmony was the company dispatched by my warranty provider. They came out and “completed” the job. When I went to use the sink, the same problem occurred. I called them directly to see if they could take a look at it again, but no response (after two calls). Finally, I called my warranty provider again, and they said that Harmony said that my sink had another issue. Harmony never told me (the customer) this, and even if it were so, why didn’t they return my call. They get one extra star because the technician was kind, however, that does not negate the fact that the company should have responded and been direct about the “problem”. If there was another issue, if it were within their scope, they should have done it.

Harmony was dispatched to my home by Sears Home Warranty (Also poor service). The Harmony technician ask for payment before he got in the door to assess the issue. Once inside he tried to ignite the pilot ( which was the problem I had called for) he attemped twice with no success he stares pilot assembly needed replacement at $300. After I told him we really needed something resolved today due to I had just brought my wife home from hospital and we needed hot water he attemped to do a couple more things which resulted in him stating the the tank was leaking and needed replacement and I will have to contact Sears Warranty to coordinate a replacement. Needless to say I called Atlas Butler Plumbing and they had my water heater running within 10 minute after arrival. Harmony Plumbing and Sears Warranty are both scammers

Harmony called me as soon as they opened to schedule my appointment. I have a home warranty and started the request through them. The man told me they could come today, gave me a time frame and showed up earlier then expected! The plumber was very nice and respectful. He changed my valve and gave me a new water line and was done in less then 30 min. I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews but I do know that plumbing issues are rarely as straightforward as ours was. I would use this company again based on our experience with them.

Harmony got dispatched by my warranty company to fix two leaking toilet drains that the previous owner (read cheap flipper) of my home had incorrectly installed. Noah was able to come out promptly and not only got both toilets up and running but went above and beyond to help out with my kitchen sink as well. Also installed incorrectly with drastic backflow by the previous owner. He was also kind enough after seeing their handiwork on 3 primary utilities to inspect the rest of their work while on site and let me know if some stuff to look out for. Seeing how the primary leak was above my living room and showing up in a primary wall and my family had just had our first baby girl living in that house, I could not have been more pleased with Noah’s service. He was prompt and thorough, communicated clearly during all stages, and went the extra mile to help my young family. I have his number for whenever I have to do any plumbing in the future!

Harmony Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty. They did an awesome job fixing my clogged sink, I will definitely use them in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Harmony Plumbing. I will definitely use them in the future fir any plumbing issues. Harmony Plumbing was assigned via my Home Warranty Company to fix my sump pump. The sump pump stopped working on the weekend & per my Home Warranty policy I contacted them & left a voicemail. The gentleman called me back & discussed my issue informed me he could fix it on Monday. On Monday he arrived & was respectful, professional & efficient. He did an exceptional job & I am grateful.

Our home warranty company sent this plumber to identify an issue with our sinks not draining. The plumber determined he couldn't simply snake it (we had already tried this), and needed to get authorization for a more extensive repair of the pipes. When he left, he told us we'd hear back from "the office." When we checked online the next day the ticket was marked "complete." We had to call the warranty company to re-open it and send someone else out. The lack of follow-up and clearly their inability to diagnose the problem makes them a waste of time. Do not recommend.

Great experience with Harmony Plumbing. They were on time and fixed the issue quickly. Everything works perfectly now and the price was fair.
