We found a spraying pipe in our basement. Someone was at our house within 90 minutes. Very polite, fixed our issue right away, good communication of expectations and price, and left no mess. Will recommend!

We are redoing our basement and had to add a shower where no one existed before. They busted up the floor with as minimal work and mess as possible. The shower valve and piping installation was excellent. We now have a third shower in the house!! At the same time they added a utility sink in the basement and removed unwanted gas lines from the basement ceiling. Nice people and good work at a fair price.

They were fast! Had a hole in the drainage pipe and it was repaired within a couple hours and the price was reasonable for such fast service. John who did the repair was quick, professional and reliable.

Dave came out the same day to look at a toilet that was flushing slowly. We were worried it might be partially plugged in the pipes. He was very thorough as he worked. He didn’t have to snake it which saved us money. He gave us tips if it happened again. I will definitely call this company again and let others know they are a company to trust.

The lines from my kitchen sinks, I have three, was clogged. It’s happened before. There is no builder subcontractor with Rockford home refused to come and change and fix the problem so I’ve sort of live with her for 20 years. Nick was fantastic. It took well over two hours to finally get it unclogged with two different snake systems. It was shocking. All good now. Unfortunately there was still a mess so hopefully the cleaning people get here soon. Thank you.

Calib B was my plumber, and I can't recommend him enough. He was extremely respectful of my space and took the time to explain exactly what he was seeing regarding the issues I was having. He walked me through a few different options and patiently answered all my questions. Calib is clearly very knowledgeable and cares about doing the job properly, rather than just a "good enough" quick fix. I will definitely be using them again!
