John was more than fantastic! He helped with each stage of finishing our basement with our plumbing needs.His team were timely, great work ethic and not ridiculously priced. I would recommend them to anyone! Five stars is not enough for the job that they do!

Mike assessed the issue and made a solid recommendation on how to best address the issue. He also discovered an unrelated issue and helped me get the part and service I needed. He also pointed out that it was under warranty and instructed me how to get it fixed free of charge.

Michael was terrific- very knowledgeable and clearly explained my issue. Really appreciated his honesty and his time to educate me! Had to order some parts and Dan came back to quickly install everything and cleaned up. Both Michael and Dan were professional, courteous and engaging.

Courteous, prompt and friendly, Dan & Gavin solved the issues of a slow kitchen drain/restricted primary bath shower head flow/flushing of my water tank & the 2nd bath faulty toilet handle/gasket issues in an expedient manner! Today was my first service call with APP (thank you Tina for scheduling!) and I am happy to say that I will be using this company in the future!

Had a scheduled appointment for 12-3pm. Left work to be home and did not get a notice or call until after 3 from them saying that they had to reschedule for another day. Seriously? Very unprofessional. They clearly run and care only on their own time and schedule.

Update: Again..the issue is that we had a scheduled appointment where I left work to be home. Even if you offered an earlier time, I explained that I couldn't be home for it and wanted to keep the original appointment. I understand emergencies happen but giving customers a heads up and a call EARLY to let them know would be proper thing to do so you don't waste their time. Letting them know after their appointment time doesn't make sense.

Great, honest experience. I had water leaking from the piping in our half bath sink and called to get an estimate. I spoke with John (owner) and, he asked for pictures of the issue. After sending them, he quickly diagnosed the issue. He said the issue seemed very simple and would save me a trip out there and the money. All I needed to do was to tighten the lock nut as it seemed loose to him. He was right! Having someone so honest and capable is a rare combination these days. If you're looking for a plumber, I recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing!

They fixed my problem same day. The communication was clear about when they would be to my house. The pricing was good. Mike was super knowledgeable and very helpful with little bits of information only a plumber 10+ years would know.

After calling several companies, Affordable was the only company to listen and diagnose my issue over the phone. John & Mike were very patient with me, and lead me through a process to fix the problem. Incredible service, I do not know of another company would take the time to do that over the phone. Thank you both, you have a customer for life.

The repairs were done in a timely manor
On an old house that has a lot of problems. Mike was courteous and professional and took the time to explain everything. He took a real interest in our situation and we couldn’t have had a better experience

We noticed a small leak in the outlet side of the water heater and they were able to get to it the next day after calling them. They showed up on time and were able to fix it in about 15 minutes. Did a great job, cleaned up and made sure it was not leaking before he left. Very polite and answered several of my questions. Would definitely recommend Affordable Professional Plumbing to everyone.

My sump pump was broken and wouldn’t shut off. Called John and he had someone out within an hour to replace it. The price was very reasonable and work well done. I’ll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe issue at a new purchase. They were quick, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Tina, John, Gavin, Mike and Dan all were very professional and pleasant to work with. Will be using them again for any other major plumbing issues

APP did a great job running water and drain lines to my basement utility sink. Would use them again for future plumbing needs. Gavin and Dan were on time, professional and cleaned up when they were done. Would recommend to others.

Great experience upgrading an old water heater to tankless. Mike was efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. Work looks great including venting to the exterior.

Attended a class at this location for the first time. Classroom was large enough to accommodate the group, the instructor was very knowledgeable, and the information provided was easy to understand , as well very applicable for our trade.
Showroom is neat and well-organized and the counter staff are both friendly and helpful.
