My faucet was dripping, and once again Affordable Professional Plumbing was quick to come and fix the problem. They are always so friendly and professional.

Gavin and team did an excellent job installing two new outdoor spigots at our house. Very professional folks. Plan on hiring again for any future plumbing work.

Excellent Service – Fast & Professional!
I had a plumbing emergency and called A.P.P., and they had Gavin and Dan (terrible with names hope I remembered that correctly :) ) at my door within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the leak fixed in just 30 minutes! Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. The whole process was smooth, and the service exceeded my expectations. Will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

We've used APP for years, and we're always happy with thier work! John did a fantastic job installing a new sink from scratch in our laundry room, a new faucet in our bathroom, and changing our filters for a reasonable price and with great professionalism. He's fair and highly competent. He even helped us out the next day over with the office a minor unrelated issue that came up with our washer. Would absolutely have him back if we need anything else plumbing related.

We’ve been working with John & his team for years. One of the most reasonably priced plumbing companies in central Ohio! Couldn’t ask for better service or quality of work!

These guys are really phenomenal. They came out here and was here, maybe, tops, 15 minutes. I had a water pipe blow. Luckily it only went to the outside spigot so all they had to do was cap it.

Our water heater quit working and our trusted plumber had no availability. My husband called Affordable Professional Plumbing and they were able to be out the following morning. This company is a breath of fresh air. So professional and very knowledgeable. The Fathers & Son team were very friendly. They did excellent, thorough work and left our home clean & tidy. We would highly recommend them. Bonus- they’re not a chain.

They communicated with me at all times, arrived earlier than expected, and was incredibly professional and courteous.
Their fees were incredibly competitive. I had them rebuild underneath my kitchen sink in preparation for a new dishwasher and while they were there, they diagnosed and repaired a bathroom shower faucet.
I’m incredibly pleased with them and will use them again.

I have just used them again to take out an old kitchen faucet that was completely rusted, and I thought was unmovable… They did a great job with that and they installed three toilets for me today.
I cannot be happier with this service!!!!

Had service installing a kitchen sink and shutoff valves. Mike did a really good job on the install and valve shutoffs. Explained everything on what had to be done. Great job.

My water heater broke and they were able to come out the same day! They were professional and very responsive. I would say the price was reasonable after doing my own research and called around. I will be using this company in the future!

They were indeed affordable and professional, as well as prompt with initial communication, an up-front estimate, and same-day service. I woke up to a busted water heater and by 2:30 in the afternoon the new one was installed.

I paid their technician $280 in cash to come out and replace the shutoff valve to the toilet, and tighten one of the bolts under the tank. I bled the lines, so he could do the work and turned all of the
lines back on. One valve and a tightened screw for $280 cash.

Well, it started leaking again, two days later from the tank. They send out another technician and replaced the bolts and the rubber washers in the tank and wanted to charge me another $190 to do it. They ultimately reduced that down to $120, again, to replace 3 bolts and 3 rubber washers . . . which should have been done the first time they came out.

So I had to pay $400 to have a guy come out and switch out a valve to a toilet and put in 3 bolts and 3 rubber washers
in the tank. I had to pay more for them to come out and complete the work they did not do the first time, than I had to pay for the entire tank and install it myself six months ago. WHAT A RIP OFF.

I would have done the work myself but I am seventy years old, and it is difficult for me to get down on the floor to do that tight work of putting in a new toilet like I did six months ago. They took advantage of that and ripped me off.

Had a minor gas leak, and called around several places on a Friday afternoon. APP had the fastest response time and got the job done at a great price. The gentlemen also went above and beyond with a little extra troubleshooting for other appliances in the house.

Had a main shut off valve replaced today. Mike did a great job. Explained the job and how to use it once completed. The company communicated thoroughly prior to the project as well.

John responded quickly for our need to have a water line prepared for a refrigerator delivery. The 2 plumbers who came made the repair and made the water line to the connection better than it was previously. I give them 10/10.

Awesome experience. Everything was explained and work was done very quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend them. They analyzed the work to be done and only did what was necessary which in turn saved us money.
