2nd time I've used Gunther. Always friendly, efficient and on time! Came to give estimate & within 2hrs the job of cutting out cast iron and replacement was complete. Mike is no joke at being an excellent plumber! Really appreciate that they also have weekend receptionist to take calls. Highly recommend!

Calib and Kasey with Gunther Plumbing were very responsive with repairs and explained in detail my options prior to choosing the course of action to take with my tankless water system. They communicated continually through the repair process, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Woke up one morning and our whole house was without water. Gunther Plumbing was able to fit me in within a few hours. Everyone I worked with was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. John did a great job fitting a new sump pump and backup system to our house. After some rainfall and anxiety induced sweating, he came back out the next day to adjust and re-situate the pump better. He was educational too in maintenance and industry standard things on sumps and radon. Great customer care and service by the whole team.

It was our first time using Gunther Plumbing and we had a wounderful experience. We gutted a duplex and hired them to replace the rough plumbing throughout & fixtures upon final. They send daily text message upon arrival and departure which is a really nice touch. Highly recommend them!

John has 10 years’ experience with a large Columbus plumbing company. The toilet in our half bath in our new house was worn out, heavily shimmed, and installed on a lead toilet flange. John replaced the lead flange and installed a new Kohler one piece Santa Rosa toilet. The toilet is now level, has no shims, looks great and flushes like a champ. John also repaired the vent lines. I would use John again and highly recommend him.

We came back from a vacation to discover that Columbia Gas had replaced the gas meter on the outside of our 35-year-old house, and in doing so discovered a gas leak and turned off our gas – so no heat and no hot water.

We called John and he came out promptly and carefully worked through finding the gas leak. In the end he had to cut through some drywall to access the leaking place and fix it; in doing this he cut out the pieces very neatly and carefully to facilitate the necessary drywall repair. John was very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, explained things very well, and his office was very responsive in communications with us. He’ll be our go-to guy for anything plumbing from now on!

A.P.P. is a family business, and it shows in the quality of their work. Gavin and Dan were very efficient and professional. Gavin did a great job explaining what was needed before they began and reviewed the finished job to make sure I was comfortable that everything had been done to my satisfaction. In the past, I’ve paid way too much for far less service from other plumbers, but I’ll stick with A.P.P. from now on. I highly recommend them!

Affordable Professional Plumbing did an amazing job. Our shower fixtures needed to be replaced due to a leak and our toilet needed to be replaced. They not only did the job well but they cleaned up after themselves and even threw in some tips for maintenance. The price was definitely reasonable. I'll hire them again for sure!

John is fantastic. He clearly wanted to repair my plumbing and not just sell me something newer and more expensive. And he gave lots of free advice about my hot water heater, the slow flow to the shower, and the kitchen pipes that like to freeze. I highly recommend. He's also a loyal Buckeye!

Called Affordable Professional Plumbing in the morning because we noticed a leak in our water heater (old unit). John (owner) came out around lunch time and evaluated it. He explained everything clearly and gave us multiple options. He also didn't try to pressure us into more expensive solutions. He replaced the unit same day which took about 2 hours. Pricing was on the lower end compared to the bigger companies and the quality and care was top notch. John gave excellent service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing to anyone who needs quality service from a local small business who cares about it's clients.

Excellent service. Extremely known. Would definitely use this company again. This repair was for very difficult washing machine drain.

Total scammers. $375 for a vanity installation and the vanity wasn’t even “installed”. The backsplash wasn’t even attached and the vanity wasn’t even attached to the wall. Had 2 water supply hoses replaced… $100 per hose. So $575 later I have a wobbly vanity and a backsplash that’s not even attached and a leak that wasn’t there prior.I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.
