I’ve used Breeze brothers for 2 services and a furnace install now. The most professional, communicative, and kindest tradesmen I’ve worked with over many years of doing projects. I highly recommend doing business with them!

I hired Breeze Brothers to install a new forced air HVAC system in a historic house that did not previously have forced air. From the beginning of my interactions with Breeze Brothers, they were attentive, responsive and communicated clearly. Each member of the team was kind, courteous and very professional. The attention to detail, quality of the work and timing of the work were all far above expectations. They were a great value and a pleasant experience every step of the way. And the stayed ahead of the pace of the other work being done and maintained great relationships with the other contractors on site.

5-star experience from start to finish. Easy and quick response to our inquiry. Came out, explained options and a fair estimate. Because it was peak season, our less urgent need was scheduled for late summer. Steve and his team came out today and did excellent work. Prompt, courteous and professional. 5/5

I've had a number of HVAC companies in my home over the years and I always felt like the tech's were trained to sell me stuff, rather than fix my furnace. Totally different approach with Breeze Brothers. They have great technology and tools that optimized my system, saved me money on utility bills and keep it running in tip top shape. So impressed with these guys that I sent them to my parents house and I recommend them to my clients who are purchasing a new home.

A furnace repair turned into a furnace replacement and I’m glad I had Jacob on the first visit to do a full inspection that revealed major issues which he explained clearly. Jim guided us through the purchasing and process and was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Lydia, Taylor, and Steve installed our furnaces quickly and were happy to explain what they were doing and the timeline.

Jacob the technician arrived on time and was professional and respectful. I explained that I was getting a second opinion, and Jacob was honest in confirming the original diagnosis was correct. He took the time to explain the issue and did not try to upsell or push a subscription.

David Adams was superb. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the inspection to me and set my mind at ease. I highly respect and recommend David.

Brian was absolutely amazing! He went over everything clearly, gave me multiple estimates prior to starting my toilet repair so that I would know how much it would be based on what needed replacing. He even gave me estimates for repair only or repair with toilet replacement. I went with the toilet replacement since my current one was from 2009. He even quickly looked at my second bathroom to make sure that toilet was not having any issues so I didn’t have to worry about another leak! Hands down 5 stars!

Dylan is a very nice and courteous young man he's also technically Savvy and was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace. His degree of professionalism is outstanding!

Nate did an amazing job tackling my laundry list of issues around the house, including install of our new and very complicated “smart” faucet. We will recommend him to our friends and neighbors, and would use him again!

Cameron was very professional. Came out extremely late at night to help us with our furnace concerns. Answered any and all questions to the best of his ability. Wasn’t pushing for repair and or replacements. Just gave us all the facts and different options to talk over between ourselves. Went above and beyond.
We had Tyler come over the following day to go over options for a new HVAC system. He walked us through all options and gave us his honest option about what he would recommend for our house, our lifestyle and was very friendly, joked around with us and made a bad situation a little better with treating us like people and not just another sale to make money on. He went above and beyond a couple hiccups we had along the way.
Once we settled on a system. We have Noah and his crew come out to install the furnace. We was very friendly and polite along with walking us through all of the process of installing the new furnace. He did only install the furnace aspect of the job today to get us back to having some heat in the house. And will be coming out next week to install the central air system and permanently install some of the other furnace system. Will update review once job is completed with all aspects done to code standard. So far am extremely happy with ECO plumbing company and will only use this company from now on for all of my concerns that will offer repair or replacement on. Just had Nicholas Murray and his crew out to finish installing furnace and A/C system. Once again was not disappointed with this company. Very friendly staff, answered all questions that’s were asked. Walked me through all systems and new features. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Had Eco come out to fix our outdoor pipe. The guys had the job completed quickly with pictures and tested the system too. I signed up for the annual plan because I liked the value this company offers.

Our furnace went out in this insane subzero temperatures during this massive snow storm where my wife and I were stuck at the house. It was 40 degrees inside. I was able to schedule an appointment online under a minute, got tracking updates so I knew when they would arrive, and a call from Braden 10 minutes out just to double check that the time still worked for me. He arrived within an hour, and had the furnace back up and running within the next 2. He was very polite and respectful, and came only to fix the issue, not to try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It ended up being a simple clogged exhaust and I was charged extremely reasonably for his time. He even stuck around for awhile to make sure it kept going and gave me recommendations on things to look for and simple troubleshooting moving forward. He left the place looking like it was before he arrived as well. Couldn’t recommend enough. Experience was pain free and pleasant from start to finish

Phil was awesome! So friendly and informative. He checked everything we needed him to and came across very straight forward and honest when it came to our options regarding our breaker. We are also very happy that he will be the one following up with us for the next appointment. We will be more than happy to use Eco again for any future electrical concerns.

I have used ECO's services in the past, but this is NOT what my review is about. I wanted to bring attention to an employee who was unsafely operating an ECO company vehicle. At approximately 2:05pm I was on my way to work driving down I-70E towards the Lancaster exit. The license plate on the vehicle was "PLF4920" and the individual operating this vehicle was severely tailgating my vehicle on the freeway at 65 mph. I slowed to about 60 mph in an attempt to get the driver to go around me. Instead, the driver got even closer to the back of my vehicle, which is an aggressive driving behavior, it is unsafe and unnecessary, and it is entirely unprofessional and gives a bad public image of your company. You need to do better training your drivers to operate their vehicles in a responsible manner, and particularly this driver who very clearly needs the coaching. I understand you are trying to get to your next customer as quickly as possible, I work for AAA and also drive a company vehicle. That doesn't mean it is acceptable to drive recklessly though. What if an animal ran out in front of my car or a piece of debris flew in my path and I had to slam on my brakes? Then my car would be totaled and ECO would be paying for my new ride? I don't want that as I'm sure neither does the company. DO BETTER!!!

Well, Gene came out today to evaluate my tankless water heater install. He was very professional, courteous, and on time. I received my quote and scheduled the work to commence in two days over the holiday weekend. So far, I am pleased with the customer service ECO has provided. I will post a follow up review after installation.

Blake was the electrician and was tasked to supply a 8 foot ground rod and ground electrical panel and the gas meter. Blake did a great job.

Job completed, around 6 hrs to install. The team that came out did a good job even in the 90 degree heat.

I have to say that my experience with ECO has been above and beyond my expectations, everything from the initial inspection and estimate to the finish product. Thanks, ECO team! I would highly recommend this company.

I typically do not do reviews but for Jonathan I will. That’s how great his service was. He fixed an electrical issue of a “handyman” that I had previously hired. He was kind, mannerly and extremely knowledgeable. Once my issue was fixed, he went above and beyond by ensuring all my apps worked properly and were connected.

Thomas was very friendly and professional. We had a raccoon chew through our flexible duct work out to our addition and we needed new duct work installed. He came out the night before checked everything out and was able to install the next morning. The price was reasonable at $1100, especially since Fire&Ice quoted $20,000 for the same repair! They showed up on time to do the work and they made sure the work was done correctly. Fixing issues we had before the racoon! Thank you guys and we will definitely use you again!

So GRATEFUL I contacted Eco Plumbers for my clogged sewer drain. I think what gives a service provider success is integrity, trustworthiness, courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. I have had 3 Eco Plumbers come to my home to service my old sewer drain. All 3 were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely HELPFUL. (Roots have compromised my drain line). These plumbers went above and beyond to help me in my situation and offered practical advice for me to try myself as preventative maintenance as well as options that Eco Plumbers could provide when I could afford.
