Very good! Anthony and Lenny was polite, friendly and considerate of our home. Thhey both explained everything that was happening with our furance and what needed to be done. Helped us to pick what we needed for our situation. Answered all of our questions throughly. Would definitely call again for help with our furance!

Charles was prompt and did a great job. He was confident that he would be able to unclog our sink, even after we tried ourselves. He was 100% correct. He got the clog in no time. Thanks so much

Tyler was an outstanding plumber. I came home to water gushing through the ceiling, walls, and light fixtures. I called Eco Plumbers and they sent Tyler out the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and efficient. He arrived at approximately 4:30pm and stayed until the entire job was done (almost 5 hours). He quickly found the broken pipe. Had to cut through drywall. Cleaned up everything before leaving. He talked me through everything from start to finish. There was no attempt or pressure to upsell anything. He was empathetic to my situation and I would hire him again 100 times over. I was very impressed with Tyler and Eco Plumbers. I will use them again in the future.

Marshall did a great job ! We needed a more convenient outdoor electric outlet for our sloping backyard mowing and maintenance tools as well as our new heated birdbath. ECO even sent Marshall back gratis when we thought the new outlet was not working (it just needed a reset), plus we asked for a more convenient cover than the original, which ECO swapped out at n̈o additional cost.
We have used ECO for 4 projects now and have been very pleased with all of them. Highly recommended. They are a bit pricey which is why I stopped at 4 stars.

Hayder was outstanding, have been fighting tankless water heater issues for years, with no luck from prior group. Hayder went the extra distance to quickly diagnose and correct the issues, with everything now running perfectly. And he took the time to clearly explain everything. Very highly recommend ECO, great and extremely professional group that clearly cares about providing a great service!!!

We had a leak from our water heater and Eco came out right away. Nolan was the first to arrive and quickly diagnosed the issue — he was super knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The next day, Dzhaudat installed our new water heater and did an awesome job! He was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. He even helped me carry in a few packages that were delivered while he was here. Couldn’t ask for better service. We highly recommend Eco!

Noah and Justice visited today to assess the possibility of installing a power outlet under my sink. They arrived on time and were professional, helpful, and friendly. The price estimate was reasonable and I'm hoping to have them back to make the installation, pending HOA approval. I would contact Eco first for any other jobs in the future based on my experience. :)

But that aside, my experience with ECO was nothing but positive. From the ease of setting up my appointment to the conclusion of my service, the whole encounter was handled with professionalism.
Eric Andrews, was my technician. He called ahead and introduced himself and gave me an eta. Upon his arrival, he was just as professional and very friendly. He came in and assessed my problem with expertise and clarity. He explained everything in an easily understandable manner.
I would be very happy to make use of his services at any time. I highly recommend him and the company, ECO.

Eco Plumbers has been a great partner in our quest to repair/renovate our '64 house's sewer line and HVAC system to working order. Their prices can be steep and the pricing model of the membership might seem like a bit much, but the warranty and promotions help a ton if you have a house that needs a lot of work done. Shoutout to Austin, Dave, Brent and Chris- guys that have worked on my home, are straight shooters and were super nice about everything.

Today, June 15, was our first time using Eco Plumbers. Their estimator, Bert, was absolutely fantastic to work with! We scheduled an appointment with them just a few hours ago. Their quick response is very impressive. We are having Eco install a new water heater (our very old one suddenly died yesterday) and do two other plumbing jobs later today. We are very pleased with them so far! I will update this review once everything is done. UPDATE later on June 15: Just a few hours after we met with Bert, another Eco employee, Isaiah, arrived with everything needed to do all of the work. What a great guy! Like Bert, Isaiah is super friendly. He worked very hard non-stop until all three jobs in our house were done: New water heater, new kitchen faucet fixture, and a new overflow cap in our bathtub. He did amazing work! Based on the 100% positive experience we had with Eco Plumbers scheduling process, then our very enjoyable conversations/interactions with Bert and Isaiah, and the quality of the products and work performed, we highly recommend Eco Plumbers. Definitely 5 stars out of 5!

Update: On October 8, we had Eco back out for an estimate on some electrical work. Dylan did an excellent job explaining the work that needs to be done and explaining different options and amounts to do the work. Thank you Dylan!

Thomas Ramthun from Eco Plumbers was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, professional, and extremely courteous while working in my home. He fixed a major issue where my A/C vents beneath an addition of my home had been completely torn apart by raccoons, and he handled it with skill and care from start to finish.

Thomas took the time to explain the problem, walked me through the solution, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He treated my home with respect and made sure everything was done right. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Thomas Ramthun and Eco Plumbers for outstanding, reliable service.

I would rate Anthony’s performance 6 out of 5 stars. He called ahead 30 minutes before his arrival . He was cordial, professional and knowledgable. His deliberate communication style and pleasant demeanor made him easy to talk and listen to. He explained the plan using examples that were relevant to my project. Once the installation was complete he invited my wife and I to examine the results as he went over what he’d done and ask for any question. He then removed the floor covering that he used to keep our floors and stairs clean, thanked and wished us well and took off.

Robert Crowder was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately diagnosed my water heater issues with me next to him and made it easily understandable. Likewise, he laid out my options for resolving the problems he found without coming off as salesy or pushy. No pressure whatsoever. I was very impressed with his approach.

Nick and Jimmy did a wonderful job with the installation of a new furnace and AC units. They explained what they were doing and how everything should work. They also had to fix a crapy job done by another company at no extra charge. We highly recommend ECO and their fabulous team of technicians. Thanks Nick and Jimmy!

I recently hired Eco Plumbers and felt that I paid a higher-than-average price with the expectation of receiving higher-quality work. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match that expectation. Instead of removing the old piping and installing new lines to properly fit the new water heater, the technician retrofitted everything onto the existing setup, which led to work that didn’t look as clean or well-planned as I had hoped.

A few weeks later, I noticed my wood trim was warm to the touch because the water heater had been placed directly against the wall. When I requested a follow-up visit, the technician was argumentative about repositioning it. I even shared photos of a neighbor’s nearly identical layout where the heater fit properly, but the technician still pushed back. He eventually adjusted the unit by draining it and pushing it forward, without reworking the piping that should have been addressed initially. This left the pipes bent and angled awkwardly going into the heater. For the price I paid, I expected a more professional finish and a smoother experience.

Additionally, during installation I was told by their HVAC technician that I needed a completely new flue. However, when the city inspector arrived to approve the water heater, she informed me that a new flue was not required. This left me feeling uncertain about the guidance I received.

Overall, based on my experience, the work felt rushed and not as thorough as I expected given the cost. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously, as quality workmanship and clear communication make a major difference for customers.
