Your tech tried scare tactics to get my brother to replace the entire furnace. Advising the heating element was cracked and there was potential for co leaks.

Upon 2nd opinion, we found there are NO cracks in the heat exchanger. Only very tiny pits. The supposed crack was made by the techs camera.

Furthermore, the furnace is under warranty until 2036 and heat element until 2028. Your tech did not advise if this or even offer repairs. There is no co leak!

Dylan with Buckeye was so helpful answering all of our questions when our heat went out over a weekend, during the winter. We are thankful they got the part in and were able to fix our furnace quickly.

Brian from Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was punctual and called ahead when he was on his way! I was coming back into town from a business trip and wasn’t sure what to expect as this system has never been serviced and Brian came in ready to help! I made the appointment online the night before when the AC went out and the process was very easy and smooth! Since this is my daughter’s house, I was looking for an HVAC service company that could do the job and provide trustworthy service for a reasonable price. Very easy to work with and I signed up for the HVAC monthly service which really is an inexpensive investment to keep peace of mind. I can say they’re dad and Toby the Boerboel approved! Brian is dog friendly and the pups were happy with the quick service so they could cool down! Very honest and I can easily recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Kyle kept us informed on his arrival time. He was well mannered, knowledgeable, polite and informative. Thoroughly check our furnace and answered my many questions to my satisfaction faction. Button up our furnace after testing and inspection. It was a great experience. Highly recommend Buckeye.

Buckeye installed our furnace nine years ago and has done a great job of inspecting and maintaining it ever since. Ryan did a great job again today cleaning and inspecting it today. Thanks to his knowledge and assistance we’ve never had a day without heating or cooling during that time.

Mike did an excellent job. He came right in, got to work, and completed quickly. He also followed his checklist to-the-letter (I saw him check the items off), and he even buttoned everything up nicely when he was finished (turned off basement lights, closed all doors). This was a great customer experience.

Had drainage problems, Zachary was prompt,very professional, methodically completed clean out of drains. I chose the $1.to $100 range for payment because that was my clean out, I did order some bio treatment which increased the payment amount but was not part of the fee for the drain clean out so did not include it.Thanks

My original appointment had to be rescheduled because the customer before me was taking longer than expected so I had to moved to the next day. I understand things happen.
But as always, received excellent service. Isaiah was very helpful in installing a new faucet in my kitchen that I wanted upgraded. He was very polite and friendly and even asked if I wanted him to put the items back under the sink (I didn’t take him up on the offer).
There’s a reason I use this company for plumbing and my HVAC needs.

Woke up to my furnace not heating and was able to get someone from Buckeye to come out within a couple hours. Super professional and affordable. Definitely will be buying their monthly membership!

Tom Hurst gave us a free estimate on water heater replacement. Arrived early, after calling to ask permission. Put on booties over his shoes before entering. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even gave several different options. I am definitely choosing Buckeye Heating and Cooling for my water heater replacement!

I had Buckeye come out to give me a second opinion and they saved me over a $1000! The technician was professional and courteous. He was so thorough and determined to resolve the issue (even if the repair wasn’t worth $1000). I will definitely call them first next time!

Buckeye's HVAC technician, Ryan Burnett, came to check out my heating system and make sure everything was ready for winter. He was professional and pleasant. He did a thorough job checking the furnace operation, including the filter and the humidifier pad. There are other plumbing services Buckeye offers, which he politely suggested we consider without being pushy. I look forward to seeing Ryan in the spring to make sure my air conditioning unit is ready for summer.

Jay Lindsey was a wonderful technician. He was very professional, polite, and explained things in a very knowledgeable way. I especially liked that he explained in detail why I needed the repair and what would happen long term if I didn’t.
I’ve never used your company before, but based on his customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services in the future.

Sorry this is a long review but I want you to know what happened and why I was so disappointed after reading the great reviews and their ad . I had an emergency situation on Thanksgiving. Eve …Wed. Their ad said they were available even on holidays 24/7. So I called them with a major leak from the bottom of a pressure tank ,in my basement. Water was rapidly pouring out , and I was unable to turn my main water line off.. I considered this an emergency . I called and actually got a live person (great)! ! She took the info and said to expect a call soon. Then she calls me back about 5 min later to say. . They are only on call till 11pm and some one would call me back at 7am when they come in the next morning. so I asked why did it say 24/7 even on holidays if it was only till 11pm and what should do since I couldn’t turn my main water off ? She nicely said she didn’t know, and she was sorry but someone would call at 7am and hung up … so much for 24/7 !! The next disappointment came when he called and said they wouldn't be out until Fri to access the situation. Remember I called for an EMERGENCY ! on Wed night …. I feel like I was taken advantage of they when did come out. They wanted to charge me for the actual replacement & parts & labor ( which is fine) and if I joined a membership for 6 mos and paid a monthly fee , I could get a $600 discount Then instead of telling me the amount ..while standing there . emails me a an invoice with the price of $4547 . work that needed to be done but explains their membership so I can get a $600 discount . I felt something didn’t sound right…. My instincts said get 2nd opinion . So I called another well know company that would come out on Saturday with parts and labor included for the exact same job for $ 1087 …no membership just service….. so I definitely would not recommend this company .
