5 stars is not enough for Ali and American Air Heating and Cooling; deserve at least a 10! Ali was wonderful; explained everything in detail and gave us great tips on maintaining our equipment. I love doing business with American Air; they are a great service company. Do not use anyone else!

We have used Michael for various plumbing issues at our home and he has consistently been efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. We have 100% confidence in him and will definitely request his expertise if we have any plumbing problems in the future.

Joe (service tech) and Shane (sales) were friendly and professional, as was the woman who called to confirm my online request for an appt. They got us in quickly and diagnosed the issue promptly, in addition to discussing the various options for proceeding.

Joe was on time. He explained the service and adjusted our thermostat. Joe also suggested we get a carbon monoxide detector because of the gas furnace and range. Very impressed. John and Sandy

I was very impressed with the quality of service. They didn’t even break for lunch, and it was a seven hour job! They were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and professional . They explained everything that was entailed in the job, and pointed it all out to me.They asked if there were any questions they could answer, but everything had been explained to my satisfaction. The system is working beautifully. It’s cool and comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend American Air. The gentlemen, Doug, who came out to give me the estimate and schedule the work was highly professional as well. He answered all my questions , and gave me a great overview of the unit. He was a wealth of good information. Great folks to work with.

We have used American Air for about 10 years now and have always been very satisfied with the service. They replaced our AC unit about 3 years ago. I called them for the replacement because I had used them for repairs on our old unit. What I liked about the company most was that I never felt that they were being dishonest or trying to price gouge me. We used them most recently for their $119 special for an AC checkup. They sent, Joel. We were very satisfied with his service. He was polite, prompt and efficient and just a joy to meet! We will definitely continue to use American Air!

Tom is great! He’s been taking care of us for years.He’s always very friendly and efficient. He keeps our HVAC systems running well.

Tom is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional and it is no wonder why he receives such great reviews. Based on past service calls I always specifically request Tom K. by name for any HVAC work at my house. He clearly explains the problem, his opinion of what should be done, and then gives me my options to discuss and choose from. As usual, Tom did not disappoint on the most recent service call and I am very satisfied with the level and quality of the service I received. Hope to see Tom back here for my Fall heating season check and tune-up.

Great technician. On time, considerate and informative. Getting a UV light installed this spring.
Update: Spring 24. Ali install UV light and tune up service. He offered me an optional UV light at same cost that is maintenance free and would save me $400 bucks originally quoted light that requires a new bulb every 2 yrs. Honest and dependable guy. Answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and the results he was finding. He stated that one of my capacitors was getting old and would keep an eye on it. Did not try and force me to get a new one. Great stand up tech.

The service tech, Ali, was the best. Very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to really diagnose my furnace rather than settling for an easy answer. I felt like Ali was really trying to help me get the best and most cost effective solution. The furnace is working again and I will absolutely call American Air Heating and Cooling the next time I have an issue.

Scammers. They tried to charge us $500 for a furnace sensor that’s just dirty and string us along on the refund. I will never do business with them again, their technician sneakily turned off our furnace so he can tell us it wasn’t working.

Edit to the owner’s response: Another credible company came for a free second opinion let us know the sensor from the manufacturer will cost around $170 at most $200 so why quote us $500 and try to sell the bronze option for $1000?? Surely it doesn’t cost $300 in labor when all they do is unscrew, put new sensor in and screw it in. Right before the technician arrived, we set our furnace to 90 degrees but while we were reviewing the price, the technician went upstair to our thermostat and did not say anything to us about turning off or turning the heat down, but when we checked again, the furnace was set at 78. It does not make sense! I called twice to get my refund, and the person told me your financial person will process my refund. When I called back 3 days later your financial person said he never heard of any refund needed on my account, so great communication! If I didn’t call back multiple times, I wouldn’t get my money back. Just because you returned my money, does not mean I don’t write a negative review, especially if I have to call multiple times to get my refund. Stay away from this company!!

My heat went out in the middle of the night and Ali came out as soon as I called and had it up in no time. I appreciated his transparency and kindness. He wasn’t judgmental over my (extremely) dirty filter and made me feel empowered to decide how I wanted to proceed with replacement vs repair. I signed up for the maintenance club on the spot and I hope they send Ali!

Andre did a great job with my furnace inspection. Service occurred during my appointment timeframe and was completed quickly and with no disruption. He walked through the check up findings and provided recommendations without pressure to buy anything.

I had an ongoing air conditioning issue and was very concerned about what needed to be done. Joe listened to my concerns and proceeded to inspect it.
Joe was very thorough in checking the functionality of my air conditioner. He even went a step further and checked the furnace to problem solve any avoid any potential issues. I am very please with his work and the care he provided to avoid any further issues.
