Our furnace went out Saturday, January 24th—the day before a centenary snow storm this year. We were initially told it would be serviced Monday, but because we are Gold Members, Johan Gil came out within hours and fixed it. Johan spent over 90 minutes making sure the furnace worked again. He was thorough, professional and delightful. Johan Gil saved the day! And he refused to accept a tip explaining that he just loved his job and that’s enough. He’s a capital fellow and we hope our furnace does not break when it’s 5 degrees outside again, but if it does, I pray Mr. Johan Gil is assigned to remedy it. Thanks again, Johan!

We were very happy with our service this week for a winter check up. Mike arrived on time and we appreciated the updates on his arrival time along with who we should expect. Mike was helpful, punctual and patient with explaining the issue with our furnace.

Great experience. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, communication leading up to the plumber arrival was good and the plumber worked hard to fix the plumbing issue and was successful. He cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing or HVAC issues.

I can't say enough good things about Buckeye Heating and Cooling! We installed two heat pumps ten years ago, and from day one, their service has been top-notch. We always request Brian P for our regular maintenance and repairs, and he never disappoints.

Today, we received an alert that our system wasn’t heating or cooling. I called for an appointment, and although they couldn’t provide a specific time until tomorrow, they offered to send someone with just 30 minutes' notice. I gladly accepted, and I was thrilled when Brian showed up!

He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the necessary part, and even drove 20 minutes to get it. He returned promptly and installed it, all for a fair price of $2000. Brian is not only professional but also incredibly personable; he always takes the time to connect with our dogs, which means a lot to us.

His honesty and ethical approach to service make us feel confident in our choices. We trust him completely and highly recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs!

Had great plumbing service from Max with Buckeye Heating and Cooling. He was able to resolve our drainage issue and provide maintenance information to avoid future issues. Also online scheduling was incredibly easy and they came out next day.

Had them come out for bi-annual check up on my HVAC system. I appreciate their preventative maintenance program and they notify us if they see anything that may need attention in the future. We've never had a moment of panic / this must be replaced. They are able to tell us if they see things that may need attention in the future. In the past our A/C did go out in the summer and they were able to get to us scheduled quickly and get the A/C working.

Buckeye's technician (David) was very polite and professional. He gave me a call in the morning to see if he could head over a little early. I was just having regular maintenance on my heating unit for the winter and he patiently explained everything he would be doing. When he was done he went through the results with me over a cup of coffee.

I started using Buckeye Heating and Cooling this year. Each technician has been courteous and friendly. I've never been pressured or felt like the company or it's technicians did not have my best interest in mind.

The service has been fast and price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone

We have an annual maintenence contract and they've always been great at keeping appointment time and have always been extremely courteous. They always call 30 minutes ahead of their arrival.

Based on their work ethics, we decided to replace our furnace and water heater. We were extremely and pleasantly surprised at the cost of the entire installation.

Dylan and his trainee were amazing. From the minute they walked in the door until they left I was comfortable with them in my home and I enjoyed getting to know them. They weren’t your normal service guys. They seemed concerned for my wife and I which verified my concerns and they got to work. Buckeye is lucky to have those guys working for them and I won’t call anyone else.

Our tech, Marc contacted us early to see if he could come sooner, of course! Marc was very professional when he arrived. Also, very considerate of putting on booties before entering the house. Very thorough with explaining & showing is what he was doing & what we need. He sent pictures & suggestions for us to save on our heating bill. No pressure for adding on services such as the memberships that they offer. Explaining that we have 30 days to accept their offers, all around a very pleasant experience.

I so enjoyed my technician for today. When he called, I could hear the smile in his voice. What is priceless is good customer service. Everything is expensive today. But what the customer want, Is a smiling, enjoyable technician. The gentlemen for today was very professional and very pleasant to work with, and delivered good customer service. For the amount of money I paid to have a furnace and air condition put in the lease I can have is a technician.. Please thank the gentlemen who came today as my technician? I want to praise him for the good customer service I received.

Called at 4:30pm on a Sunday. My furnace was fixed by 6:30. Amazing service. I had Cory come and turns out it was a thermostat issue. He was so kind and explained everything thoroughly . Definitely will be using them in the future.

Fantastic experience! My furnace went out and I called these folks because I used them for some air duct cleaning about a month ago. The crew was great and they did a fantastic job on that project. Of course my first time calling an HVAC company, I read all these horror stories about getting up charged that other companies do.Cody came to my house and explained every single thing that he was doing and why it made sense. My bill was about half of what I expected, which was such a huge relief. Super friendly guy as well. I’ll be using this company exclusively for everything in their list of what they do. You can’t go wrong here!

I recently had Buckeye Heating & Cooling out for routine HVAC maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They arrived on time, walked me through everything they were checking, and took the time to explain what they were seeing in a way that was easy to understand.

Great service, great customer care , prompt arrival and didn’t charge extra for same day service. We are pleased with the technician , he was kind , very patient , highly knowledgeable, did his job without trying to sell any products or other services the company offer. We have signed up membership for regular hvac maintenance as well.

I have a “hotel style heating/cooling unit” built into the wall. I talked with 3 different people in the company to make sure they could service this unit to avoid a $98 service charge and waste of my time if they could not. All 3 people assured me they can diagnose and service this unit. The tech came out and said he could not service the unit without taking the unit out of the wall. This would leave a 3 foot gaping hole to the outdoors so needless to say I did not let him tear my house apart. My gut was right, they could not service the unit and a waste of $98 on a service call.

Kyle Nicol was one of the best service technicians we have had. We have been dedicated Buckeye Heating customers for over 20 years. The technicians are all very professional and diligent. Kyle was very informative and provided information on vent obstruction and filter MERV standards. He's a five-gold star!

We’ve used American Air for ten years since moving to Dublin. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced and their team seems well trained. Tom performed our Fall inspection today and we were satisfied with the results.

Tom, is the gentleman that always comes to see us through the years.

You didn't leave room for me to come in on my visit today with Joe he came out to see our new air conditioner and was really nice to us he did a little bit with a screwdriver and talk to us and we are pleased thank you tell Tom that he's the bestest also.

PS to visit today the different visit Joe and a gentleman from the air conditioning company they were great they've done the best they can I believe and I thank them for being so diligent tell Tom he's still my best and I'll see you in the fall everything just the way it should be and thank you very much for being so conscientious and kind!!
