I have had a maintenance contract with American Air for more than 5 years. The associates who perform the work have several qualities which are extremely important to do the job! My rep today was Ali H and he exhibited these qualities! 1) Job knowledge & Professionalism, 2)Good ability to explain a problem when they discover one and give you several options, 3) Great communications skills and the ability to focus on the the customer's needs are greatly appreciated! Very informative. Just did the winter turn on checkup was very informative as far as what filters to use and so on and so forth. Fixed and addressed an issue that we had a question about. Answered all of our questions and gave us great information. American Air always takes very good care of us.

Tracey did an outstanding job. He explained everything as the job progressed. He was very professional and was very courteous and friendly. Tom supervised as he explained that Tracey was new to the company, however he had experience with another company. I was well pleased.

American Air has great customer service. During a hot week. They made an effort to keep us comfortable in our home while waiting on a part for our AC. It was repaired quickly and actually runs even better than before after troubleshooting. I highly recommend American Air for HVAC services.

This is the worst company, Grove City location, I have ever had to deal with in my life! We have complained since 2018, immediately after the purchase and installation of the new Carrier A/C from American Air, for how loud the unit operated. Last year, 2023, we had several technicians come out to assess the problem. We already knew what the problem was because a competent, trustworthy technician (now a former tech because they forced him out of the company due to his honesty) had advised us in 2022 what the problem actually was, and I repeatedly told them. To no avail, they kept putting us off, taking absolutely no responsibility, until their warranty, and the factory warranty finally expired. Of course, they never advised us of the warranty expiration, and after that they wanted big $$$ money. No way, no how!!! Jim Burke, Office Manager, would never return my calls. And Tom B., Senior Technician & Sales, is nothing more than a fast talker with no honesty, integrity, or backbone!!! This company would not take any responsibility period!!! Shame on them!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

Joe C came out for our first annual checkup. He was knowledgeable and my husband really enjoyed speaking with him. He had great customer service.

On November 7, Tom and his trainee Mike arrived to do the annual check of our furnace. I can say the same thing about them as I posted in this comment from April. As usual, American Air remains a dependable company to work with. On April 17, 2024, Ali Husaini was again our service worker and did a fantastic job. He is very friendly and personable and has many years of experience. It was easy to schedule a convenient time for service. On the day of our appointment, Ali called to let us know he was on the way and he arrived right on time. He got to work and checked out our AC unit, making sure it was ready for the summer. He reviewed with us what he did and assured us there were no issues found. Prices at American Air are fair and the work is done quickly and professionally. It is certainly a company I would highly recommend.

I had to replace my furnace which broke when the wind chill was -2. Got a fair price and a new furnace installed within 48 hours. Brady did an excellent job and was very pleasant throughout.

James did a great job with my furnace. He was friendly and efficient. I purchased the red white and blue package that includes furnace tune-up and air conditioning tuneup. My system is 10 years old and I wanted to know that it was running with in manufacture specifications. The package was a great value.

Shane was competent and professional finishing the install ahead of schedule. Larry was professional answering my questions . It was very cold working out side the day Larry installed my air conditioner

American Air has never let us down! Quick to respond, reasonable and great to work with. Malik gave a courtesy call the day of the appointment and arrived right on time. Inspected and serviced our older unit and was happy to answer questions.

Joe C visited for our first semi annual checkup. This is our first winter in our new home so I had some questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and he happily shared tips and info. Friendly and personable, was great with my animals and didn't judge me for my cluttered house. (Working too many hours does that to a home) Will use them again and recommend to the family and friends.

Have a unit in garage that required maintenance. Initially installed by American Air. Larry arrived promptly and after looking things over explained the necessity for the insulated ductwork that had become unsightly. He then repaired the insulation that had loosened. Very courteous and professional gentleman. He spent 2 hours working to improve our system as much as possible. Very impressed with Larry. A job well done. Thanks Larry for representing yourself and American Air so well.

Tom came out today to perform our semi annual maintenance, and he was super friendly and professional. We have a part that needs to be replaced, and he’s helping us to get it covered under warranty and has kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service throughout.

He said I had condensation water coming out of the furnace and going down under the house! I’m glad he caught that and I could get it fixed before the hot weather comes! Also if a pocket of water is frozen under the house could be really bad in the winter.

Michael R. was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a real joy to work with. He analyzed the problem with my water heater, suggested options, obtained the necessary parts quickly, and we scheduled the repair for the very next day! I have used American Air for years. Great company, great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a house with 2 furnaces and they both stopped working and therefore I replaced both of them. Absolutely had a great experience with everyone I interacted with from this company including the office people, salesman and installers. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use them next time.

Shane from American Air HVAC was exceptional! My indoor A/c unit was leaking water and I was told by another company that it was the drain pan and I would have to fix it for $$$ when Shane came in he looked right away and saw that it was not the drain pan and located the correct issue. He walked me through everything he was doing, explaining it clearly and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners. On top of that, he was incredibly mindful and kind truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
