Raven Simmons did an awesome job for me today. Raven help install a drain system for my double sink vanity upstairs in my master bathroom. Raven was very knowledgeable of what they were doing and took their time to get it done.

Mustafa was great. The problem i have at this point is the woman at the call center did not understand me when I was trying to clarify i knew I needed my pipes cleared and also wanted a quote to redo my plumbing (poorly engineered). I was not aware plumbers and drain techs were completely separate roles. The impression i was under by the call center was the plumber could redo the plumbing AND clear the pipes. When I attempted to ask and clear any confusion the call center apparently misunderstood what I was saying. Eco needs to train their call center employees to better clarify the roles of their technicians and plumbers. So now I have to wait for a drain technician to clear the pipes bc the plumber could not. Mustafa was able to set that up for me. So he gets the kudos. The call center needs some improvement

Update: drain tech Abdias came out a couple hours after Mustafa left. He did a great job unclogging the pipe and listened to me vent my frustrations about the call center. And he answered multiple other questions I had regarding the plumbing. So, outside the call center complaints, Im satisfied with the results.

Side note. The quote to re-engineer my pipes was ~$700. I found that to be insane. Needless to say Im gonna DIY that part

Honest and helpful. We thought we had issues with the overall drainage in our kitchen. Technician ascertained it was from the actual appliance in question, and did not charge us for checking it out. Rare to find this much honesty these days, so when we do need a plumbing service, ECO will be our first call. And we will request Eric as well.

Brandon Gundrum with eco plumbers was absolutely amazing! He was here on time, and fixed our clogged toilet issue within an hour of his arrival. He was very thorough, respectful & super easy to deal with. We appreciate his service & kindness greatly & pricing was more than reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

Brian did a great job. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He didn’t make any mess or leave any water or dirt behind. He thoroughly cleaned up after working on my sink and tested to make sure there were no leaks. I would love to have him back anytime.

Solid team. May not be the least expensive but you are in good hands. Brandyn was a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Receptionist had emergency service set up asap and Gas leak was fixed one visit same night.

I just had my best experience with this company! Michael Shoen came out on a Sunday to unclog our main sewer line. He was so professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient! I have not had a great experience with this company in the past, the guys who came out just seemed to try to sell more expensive services that really weren't needed. I'm glad I decided to give this company another chance. Mike was definitely the opposite of a high-pressure sales guy, but honest about what was needed. We have another appointment this week to have a deeper, more thorough cleanout and scoping done just to prevent problems "on down the line". Thanks Mike, you restored my faith in this company!

Eric was very clear and professional. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Charged exactly what the initial quote was so no surprises there. Even replaced old or missing washers to fix some leaks in our pipes for free. Highly recommend!

I attempted a repair myself but quickly realized I was in over my head and needed assistance. To their credit, the company responded promptly. However, the actual fix amounted to a temporary workaround: roughly two feet of 3/4" line, two 90-degree fittings, and clamps used simply to bypass a filter.
During the visit, the estimator seemed more focused on upselling a $5,000 filter than addressing the issue, and he quoted $717 for the work described above. If cost is not a concern, Eco may be a suitable option, but the price charged for the limited scope of work performed was, in my opinion, excessive.

I called ecoplumbers out to fix a leaky waterline to my fridge. David was able to come out same day, recognized the problem right away, and gave great advice for how best to fix it, was super upfront and transparent about pricing, and then got right to work! We couldn’t have asked for a better or more professional experience. The next time we need plumbing help we’re asking for David by name!

Did a great job with installing the unit and explaining how it works. Also cleaned up and left the area very clean.

This was our second experience with Eco Plumbers. They did a fantastic job. Jordan was determined to solve the problem (he’s a true trounleshooter and problem-solver), and did so. He needed a part and ran to Home Depot to get it. Came back and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Would recommend them highly.

Zeyad is wonderful! We explained the issues we are having completely and he took the time explain how he would fix the water heater. He provided an estimate of the work & he was spot on. He ordered all the parts & came back & did a very thorough job. He made sure we understood what he done. We are very happy with his work & his wonderful personality! I have used Eco Plumber’s several times & always very happy with the work!

Victor Robinson did a great job with unclogging the kitchen sink. Explained everything and answered all the questions. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend ECO Plumbing and Victor!

In December 2023 after multiple failed drain clearings, I decided to use ECO to fix a severe blockage that couldn't be resolved by any other means. Overall, I spent nearly $6k with this company. As the picture shows it was quite an ordeal. Fast forward to Feb 2026 and the line was completely blocked again. That's a tad over 2 years!

Called ECO, gave them the invoice # and they came out to auger the line from the added outdoor cleanout installed in 2023. I had the 8am to 12pm slot and they arrived at 2pm.
Two guys came to do the job. First, the two technicians went the wrong way with their line auger and ended up back in the house 70' away from the blockage. I had to run outside and tell them they were going the wrong way. On their 2nd attempt their main technician broke his auger head and some of his line off in the pipe....this is what he told me. Then he basically said he couldn't do anything more. I'm standing there stunned..uh what?. All the while my basement is now backing up like it never had before. I have before they arrived videos and after they left videos. So now I have to wait for Mr. supervisor (Brent Morse) just so he can tell me that I'm screwed. He admitted when they did the job in 2023 that they did NOT tie into the main sewer line. I was shocked! Do all that work, pay all that money, the inconvenience, ripping up the yard and leaving a huge pile of dirt and they didn't tie into the main line? This guy quotes me $1550 to HydroJet the system with no guarantee that it would even work. Basically extorting me for more cash. At this point I am very upset and not so kindly asked him to leave. Before ECO showed up the basement had a tiny puddle by the floor drain. After they left the entire west side of the basement was full of 4" of sewage. In 20 years of ownership I had never seen that before. How on earth do you leave a customer like this? I was shocked and felt cheated, screwed and very, very worried. I do not recommend using ECO. I will also be leaving a review at the BBB. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

We had a furnace issue that had lingered. ECO was great to work with; scheduled same day appt, tech was prompt & communicative prior to arrival. He thoroughly diagnosed our issue and made best recommendation for repair. Our Technician was Michael Mahaffey; highly recommend!

Victor was awesome. After thoroughly explaining everything he got to work trying to clear out our drain. He was worked for hours and wasnt happy with the results. He tried bigger machinery and eventually had to throw in the towel and schedule us for a drain consultation. Our house is 200 years old so when I tell you he was fighting a losing battle, I mean it. He remained professional the entire time and cleaned up everything, even when I told him he didn't need to. We didnt get charged because he was unable to clear our drain. He was great though. 👍

Brandyn did an excellent job from start to finish. He was polite and courteous from before he stepped into the house. He explained the options and everything he did including pictures which was very helpful and confirming my decisions. We related very well and I would request him in the future. The only problem was that he took the old toilet which I was considering using as a planter in the front yard; SO, all the neighbors thing Brandyn did a good job too. :)

The plumber was very good. But we will not be using Eco again in the future. We called Monday afternoon, got a confirmed appointment for Tues morning. No one showed up Tuesday. When I called Tues afternoon, I was told they decided to prioritize other calls instead of ours. Evidently they didn't think it was important to bother calling us to inform us. They offered to make an appointment for Thursday. This was our first experience with Eco, and will obviously be our last.
