The tree crew did an excellent job; no complaints about the actual work. They were efficient, professional, and left the site clean.

Unfortunately, the customer service on the sales side was a different story. The sales rep I dealt with was more interested in talking about himself than listening to the customer. There was a clear miscommunication about one of the trees I believed was included in the proposal. When I brought it up — something I remember specifically discussing — the salesperson got defensive and immediately shifted blame, suggesting I was confused because I had gotten multiple bids, or that I had mentioned cutting it down myself. Neither was true, and the scope of the job was clear.

In that same conversation, he acknowledged remembering me talking about that specific tree — so it wasn’t like I imagined it. Still, he wouldn’t work with me on the cost at all, even though it was clearly an honest mistake. I even said we both probably made mistakes and asked if they’d be willing to work with me on the $400 difference — and he flat-out refused. I gave him a chance to collaborate and take some ownership of the miscommunication. Instead of reciprocating, he dug in, implied it was entirely my fault, and essentially said, “Too bad — your problem.”

So while the work itself was great, the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. If you go with them, make sure the proposal is crystal clear, accurate, and don’t expect flexibility or much listening from the sales side if an issue comes up.

Large birch hanging over neighbors fence was removed with absolutely no damage to fence or our lawn. Stump removed and raked flat. Not a leaf left on the ground. Very impressed with the crew and the entire process.

Titan Arbor Care was out to my parents' house to remove 3 large trees. The entire crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. The work they completed required a large crane and multiple trucks. They complete the job quickly and professionally and when they left cleaned up all the debris! They left the work site like they were never there (including grinding the stumps and removal of all the chips)! My hats off to the entire crew and a huge thank you to a job well done! WE will always use Titan Arbor Care and would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of tree service.

Titan Arborcare did a great job trimming tree branches away from the electrical wires at the pole. Great clean up job and the trimming was done correctly for the health of the tree.

The first crew came out to remove 6 trees. The second crew came to cut back our neighbors' trees that were hanging over our property and could cause serious damage if the tree limbs fell.

Would use again! The team from the start of the process was quick and easy. When I placed a call for a quote, the sales rep showed up in 2 hours! The price was reasonable and the tree removal team was professional. They did everything by the book and contract. When they cleaned up, they took alot of the leaves out by the dead tree and cleaned up our lawn. Would highly recommend Titian Tree for any tree removal.

The guys came with a crane and removed 3 large, tall maple trees next to our pole barn. Safely and efficiently . Another tree was removed. It was dropped and all debris removed. They are really good. This is the second time we asked Titan and will call them again as needed. Their fee is very reasonable. They are careful about safety and leaving our property undisturbed. Good guys.
