The team was at our home at 9:30 am sharp. It took all day but they completed the job in one day. The crew was very professional and knew just what to do. We are very pleased with the installation and the price of the project fit within our budget. We highly recommend this company and their products. Every aspect of this installation was the greatest!

Steve, Debbie, Mike and the crew at ForeverLawn are the best turf installers in the Northern Ohio region!

After multiple failed attempts to contract with other turf installers in the area, the team at ForeverLawn provided an all-around excellent customer service experience.

Initiated the quoting process with Mike, who came by the house to discuss our project, and he helped walked through all of the options available, and proceeded with providing a quote on the stop - a significant difference with other turf providers who took days and even weeks to turnaround a quote. I went ahead and signed up with Mike, and because we were at the end of the fall season, he then scheduled our project for a mid-April install.

In the meantime, Debbie at the ForeverLawn office, was always in touch with me to provide updated timelines, and eventually moved us up a few weeks ahead of the original timeline.

When it came time to the actual install, Steve and the crew came to the house and walked through the whole process on the first day. Overall, it took two and a half days for completing a very detailed project which included turf ribbons along concrete pavers. The team was very detailed-oriented and performed a fantastic job to get our yard spruced up for the spring. Super nice and friendly crew and always helpful when answering questions regarding cleaning and maintenance. I highly recommend ForeverLawn to anyone out there looking to install turf on their home, and would definitely work again with the crew at ForeverLaw in the future.

The representatives, as well as the installers, were very professional. They were knowledgeable about the product and did a great job of explaining the options, the installation process as well as the maintenance of the artificial turf.

The installers were very efficient completing the work in a timely manner. Plus, there was nothing for us to clean up when they finished.

Love the product! We had K9 Turf installed in our backyard, and what a difference it makes. We have four small doggies and we no longer have to worry about mud and grass coming into the house. Outside clean up is a breeze. We love the appearance! The crew from ForeverLawn Northern Ohio were very efficient during the process and we are completely satisfied with the results. The crew at ForeverLawn NO did a great job with our backyard. We had PuppyPlay K9 turf installed with a putting green. The transition from turf to green looks incredible and it’s holding up very well. They were very flexible and helpful with all my requests.

Our dogs love the backyard and their new play zone. I personally love the aesthetic. Overall, I would highly recommend Foreverlawn if you’re considering a turf installation.

Awesome experience with the ForeverLawn team from start to finish. We have a small backyard that had some dampness issues. Steve and his crew installed drain tile and the turf and it made the perfect space for my kids play set. They did an excellent job installing it around the brick pavers I already had! Steve made sure that we were happy at each step of the install process. Highly recommend them!!

I had forever lawn install k9 artificial turf. I had triple shredded mulch where my dogs are in the yard which turned to dust & mud if it rained. All of that was tracked into the house. The k9 artificial turf is so much nicer than I expected. It really makes that area of the yard & patio area pop. The crew were so efficient & neat. It took less time to do the install then I expected. So glad I made the decision to hire this company. Debbie & Steve are the best installers out there.

We are very happy with our artificial turf from Forever Lawns of Northern Ohio. Our backyard is shady and growing grass is a challenge. Add a young dog to the equation and we had a muddy mess fall through spring. We ordered the Puppy Play. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. The installation process went smoothly and timely. We love our new yard and and highly recommend Forever Lawns for artificial turf.

We had K9 Turf installed for our two dogs!!! Absolutely the best decision we have ever made. It’s been about 2 months since install and our dogs love it! We love it!! Our Forever Lawn is 2 years old now, and when they claimed it to be puppy proof, I said "We'll see..." And as expected, eventually, one bad puppy found a way, got his little teeth into it and I had to make that dreaded call to see about the guarantee... much to my surprise, they sent a crew out who did a first rate, seamless repair! I have been enthusiastically recommending them to friends ever since the install but now, I'm recommending them to strangers! These people have me right here, making my first google review! Top Marks! A fantastic product, backed by real people who care!

We have used Central Lawn for a majority of services throughout the years at our home which included lawncare, landscaping, tree removal, creek bed/wall restoration and each time we have been extremely satisfied with their work. They ensure everything is done to our satisfaction and they always have a great team of people working hard for us. Very professional and hardworking. We highly recommend this company.

Not the best company in my honest opinion

The first real snow of the year and this company did a fantastic job on my driveway and porch.

They did a fantastic job maintaining my mother's house with the lawn and flowerbeds from spring to fall.

They did a great job on my yard. The mulching and edging look terrific. I was also very pleased with the crew that came out and customer service setting this up

The sign of a great company is knowing when they messed up and doing what it takes to make it right. After my original review, the company did, indeed, reach out and give us one free season of plowing for my parents driveway. We paid for our own. I came back to edit my review because they did an absolutely fantastic job keeping both properties plowed in a timely fashion. We have an oddly shaped driveway and they hand shoveled the area the truck couldnt get to. They also left a 50 pound bag of salt at each home. During the heavy snow, some of our landscaping was mildly damaged. They came out and fixed it near the end of the season. We have been paying to have my parents driveway plowed for many years, and no one has done the job as well as Central Lawn and Landscape. My review went from a 1 star to a 5 and I would give them more if I could. We have already hired them for this year. I respect and appreciate a company that cares about their reputation.

(original review) DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR SNOW PLOWING! We signed contracts and paid almost $800 in advance for 2 residential driveway contracts and now, on the day of the first plowable snow, we had to call looking for them at 8:30am, only to be told that residential people don’t get plowed until after all their commercial contracts are fulfilled! Nothing about this was mentioned either on the phone or in their written contract, which states they’re available 24/7.

Find someone else? The week of Christmas. When we typically book our plow person in October. I’ve had better service from side job plow guys for $25 a push.
Whatever you do, do not do business with this company.

They exceeded my expectations. Not only were they reliable and always on time, they worked very hard and went out of their way to have our lawn stand out beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants landscaping, grass cutting, or snow removal. They are very professional and always pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!
