Eric is the best! He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond. I will always ask for him to come to our home! Carpets look great and they were really in need of a good cleaning so he worked hard!

Turn around time from time I called to service was phenomenal! Terrell was amazing and so thorough cleaning my sectional! Dan came same day to give duct cleaning estimation & he was very informative and able to answer all my questions and concerns. I never felt any pressure to complete the service. He was able to show me pics of a few of my vents that helped me know I NEEDED to do this!
Then Sean & Christian came to do the duct cleaning & words really can’t describe how amazing their service was!!! Both of them worked seamlessly as a team & they both thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure to leave everything tidy before they left as well. From Phone call to each service this whole company is a 5 STAR. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

My laminate floors were covered in salt. Stanley Steamer did a fantastic job. John did in 45 minutes what would've taken me a few hours of back breaking work. Floors look great, no streaking. Will definitely be calling in the Spring.

Cole and John did an outstanding job. They were extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. On top of that, they were both a pleasure to work with while they were here—professional, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Stanley Steemer, especially if you can get Cole and John.

Kyle and crew did a fantastic job on our 25 year old cream colored carpet. They were professional, thorough and quick. We are extremely happy with the outcome and we plan to use them regularly for future cleanings. The price charged was very reasonable also. I highly recommend them.

Matt did a great job . He arrived when expected. He was friendly and efficient. He shared helpful information about facilitating drying of the areas he cleaned. The carpet was noticeably cleaner and brighter when he finished. Thank-you!

John and Jacob did amazing work! My carpet and furniture look amd smell fresh and bright. They were thorough, careful, and professional, even as they dealt with snow, cold, apartment stairs, and my cranky neighbors. They explained everything before they actually started the job and reviewed everything as they wrapped up their work. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and commend this particular crew. What an excellent employee you have hired very polite came and got right to work. Did the job you could tell he was working very hard at it to do it nice and extra special. I will definitely have Alex again and recommend him to some more of my friends thank you for hiring such a nice guy.

I originally gave a 5 star review. However, after putting the rooms back together, we found multiple areas that were not cleaned. I have attached the 6 new pictures.

Juan was a great technician! He helped me move a small bookcase so I could access a small balcony. After I dusted it, he cleaned the carpet on it. I feel that there should have been two people for this job. There were a couple pieces of furniture that could not be moved with just one person. Therefore, the carpet under and behind was not cleaned. As the carpet in the family room is drying, I am noticing two areas that may have been stained beyond cleaning. These were not visible before. All in all, I feel that Juan did the best he could and explained what he was doing all along the way. He went out of his way to do whatever I asked of him.

Alex Smith did a FANTASTIC job on our tile and grout! You are VERY fortunate to have him on your team. He’s efficient, hard working and honest. He finished our floor quickly and professionally. I messed up the order online and he could’ve over charged us. I will recommend him to the whole neighborhood.
