Clean Team is a great organization to work with. The executive team, along with the branch managers and supervisors have a vision to be the best and that shows in their approach to each client.

Did more cleaning than managing because cleaners called off or failed to show up to clean. Discovered after starting that most cleaners make minimum wage and do not get raises. They lost great dependable cleaner over not giving a few cents raise. That leads to high turn over and the constant training of new cleaners. The office ladies are great to work with but the branch manager and owners are disconnected at the cleaning level. Times are changing and they have a hard time making changes. The branch manager abuses one manager by expecting her to take care of any and all problems. It doesn’t matter to him how late she has to stay out to finish a job as he is home all comfy. If you except a position as manager expect to have NO free time to yourself. Cleaners start calling off as early as 8am and you are expected to have them covered before you start your night at 4pm. If no one can cover it you are the cleaner that night. If you manage buildings that are cleaned on weekends you have to monitor those also, which makes it a seven day (or night) work week. I really can not recommend this job as a manager or cleaner, just run away.

Clean Team has been a great company to work with for over the past 17 years. We’ve had a great business relationship with them and it’s worked very well. I’ve recommended them on many occasions.

I washed, dried and folded over 5 thousand microfiber towels, mop heads and dust mops at home with my Washer and Dryer while 7months pregnant. I appreciate the work.

I met the demands of this company being pickup at certain time and drop off at certain time!

Agreed time was 8 am - 11am for either pickup or drop off!

Because he wanted them earlier than the agreed time he gave a bad review when I showed up 15 minutes past 8am.
Never tipped or reviewed until this happened.

Cheap and not friendly, they should invest in a commercial washer and dryer. Rather than rely on a even smaller business to wash your loads.
Just don’t do business here.
But did have my account deactivated for demanding an explanation!
