Salt truck ran red light nearly killed me.. called and complaint. We're closed,but as soon as they opened 8am they called me got to the bottom of problem. Said they would mail me a hand written apology.

"Everyday I look out my window and smile, because all the dead plants that needed to be cleaned out this fall and didn't get done, now are. It would have taken me at least four weekends of time to do the same job and then the rest of the yard work would have been behind. I'm now looking forward to spring gardening season with anticipation instead of dread. Thanks for doing such a great job and making me smile a lot!"

We have been using Pro Edge’s snow removal and landscaping services for several years at our BASF Whitehouse Site. Tony is very professional and his team does great work!

We worked with Tony from Pro Edge to have edging and landscape stone installed in front of our home. Tony and his team were very reliable, punctual, and easy to work with. We had installed most of the plants ourselves and needed someone to finish the job. Some of the plants received minor damage during installation of the stone, but appear to be recovering with no issue. We made Tony aware and he is following up with his team. Communication throughout the entire process was fabulous. He was quick to offer additional suggestions for our project and we opted to include pop-up drains from a couple of the downspouts on our home. The finished work is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We will certainly consider Pro Edge for future needs. Thanks!

The team at Pro Edge Lawn care is truly an example of what their industry should be. On Tuesday 12/9/25, the Toledo area got a significant afternoon snow storm. The crew was dispatched to our location to start the process of plowing our parking lot. since it was the middle of the afternoon most of our employees were still at work with their vehicles in the parking lot. The snow crew went above and beyond by hand shoveling walk paths between cars so that our employees could safely get into their cars. In most cases we are lucky enough to get significant snow overnight and they always have the lot and walkways clean before we arrive. Their communication prior to and during a weather event is always top notch. We have been using their services for more than 5 years and I have never been disappointed by them. during the winter they are always onsite maintaining the property for our employees and customers. during the mowing season they also do a fantastic job keeping the property looking good. I have commented to them before that they take care of it like it is their own. As I said at the beginning Pro Edge should be the example the industry should follow. They deserve 10 out of 5 stars!

Northwest Landscaping did an amazing job on our front yard landscaping! They installed new river rock and completely transformed the space. The whole team was professional, hardworking, and great to work with from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything looked perfect. Our front yard looks beautiful now, and we’ve already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend Northwest Landscaping for anyone looking for quality work and excellent service!!!

Northwest landscaping has been taking care of our landscaping for a few years now and we are very pleased with the service they provide. The helped us pick out trees and shrubs that are low maintenance and planted them in our yard. They also mulched our lawn and cleaned out under our arborvitaes as well as doing spring and fall trimming in our yard.
Jason also does our sprinkler system and does excellent work.
We recently had a realtor move in adjacent to our house and they have commented on how nice our yard looks.

Highly recommend for your landscaping needs.

Far exceeded the quoted price and the work was very shoddy in my opinion.

Terrible customer service, their bookkeeping is a mess and unorganized. I moved so I had to stop service but was planning on not using them anymore if I was still in the area. They were hit or miss if the job was done well.

The first time I ever complained they cut off my service after using them for a few years. Their pricing is good, but their work got real sloppy beginning in 2020.

Our former landscape company merged in July with Northwest Lawn & Landscape. We were unhappy with the service of the former company and unfortunately the same "team" from the former company now works for Northwest Lawn. They did a very poor job with our condo association and now continue to do so with Northwest. They often miss entire sections of the lawn and blow much of the debris back on the lawn after they cut. Very disappointed that Northwest kept this subpar group working for them!

Absolutely worst lawn care. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Yard was too wet from the rain but they still mowed leaving muddy track marks all over my lawn and also half the yard unmowed. The following week they called me saying they are charging me double because they had to “double cut” my lawn. Sorry, that was your inadequacy. Live on an acre lot and they spent 7 minutes cutting the entire thing. Guess this is my lesson: you get what you pay for.

I am incredibly impressed with the work that Northwest Lawn and Landscape has done for us. One thing we appreciated is the owner came over and walked through what was going to be done and made sure we were on the same page before they implemented the service. Due to surgery, I had to enlist the services of landscaping services this year. I decided to support a local business. Not a wise decision. Their customer service is very poor. After many phone calls, e-mails, and texts, I would receive delayed responses. I supplied them with a list of what I needed cut down in the fall. They cut 2 additional items I did not request.

We have used Northwest Lawn & Landscape for several landscaping projects at my home at cottage. They did such a great job on our landscaping that we have used them for other services as well, such as fertilization and spring clean up. If you are looking for quality work at a fair price, we highly recommend Northwest.

We have been using Northwest Lawn and landscaping for the first time this summer and our experience has been amazing! They are quick and efficient! We loved our lawn mowing services so much we hired them to do our landscaping as well! They really captured our vision and overall did a wonderful job!

We had Northwest Lawn & Landscape out to winterize the sprinkler system at our new house and were very impressed with the service.
