Water Damage Restoration reviews in Holland, Ohio

After a fire damage happened, my bedroom was gone through somewhat. Items from shelves that were in bins were knocked on the floor and bins with personal belongings were sprawled out openly, so I took the initiative to pack them up in my bedroom into certain boxes (that I took images of before being taped up). After completing that tedious task, the movers were kind enough to help me get them out, but I was asked if I wanted my items cleaned and stored or just stored. I'm particular about my belongings, so I replied to the woman that I only wanted my objects stored. After learning from my grandma that my items were supposedly at another facility (which I wasn't aware of and neither were the grandparents) I asked for my things to be pulled out. Now all of my boxes are jumbled up (which I'm finding out the more I open them) and other family member's belongings are stored with my own!! I'll be sure to take my items with me next time or go to another facility because I'm not happy given that these members are particularly discourteous people who I dislike dealing with so this makes the occasion of going through and finding objects not belonging to me an utter annoyance. Thanks, but never again.

I appreciate the cleanliness, but I don't appreciate my items being switched around between boxes or mixed up with other people's things after stating I wanted them stored only, after one of the movers asked.

Filled out forms online to have someone come out and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. Called myself scheduled someone to come out, got quote. Called to schedule to come out and do the job, talk to receptionist and said she would call back after getting ahold and never called back. Don't recommend, poor customer service.

Steve and his crew went above and beyond . As soon as I called he was there even tho we were out of town at the time. We had a tree fall on the house and he helped us step-by-step Would definitely use them again (hopefully we won't have to ) highly recommend. Steve should definitely get a raise Lol. 10 out of 10

I utilized ServPro for fire restoration after severe smoke damage. They responded quickly and restored my furniture. Front of house and on-site workers were both very nice.

Steve Konz was our Serv Pro professional. He offered great advice on how to gut and prepare our flooded basement. On May 20,2020 we got 4.5' of water and sewage backup. ServPro dried and disinfecting process. Steve also talked to our insurance agent about the damage. Excellent service.

Last year i needed help with a property that my wife had that had alot of mold and structural damage. Mike came out to look at it even tho i had told him i just needed a quote for the sale of the house and did not plan on moving forward, he still came out and was professional and curtious. If i have a need in the future for any of the remediation or repair services that they offer, they would be the first to get my business.

We had them out when our sump pump aileed. Only partially flooded our basement. We asked for a firm estimate once they saw the extent of the water on the carpet. They called their supervisor, gave us an estimate. We approved them for the wor. They set up their equipment and said feel free to move it around. Came back several days later unannounced to pickup equipment. Aportion of the carpet was still damp. Charged $1300 over quoted price. When I complained, I was told it was a communication error with their employee. She would talk to her manager and they would call me back. I never got a call. They got their full amount from my insurance company. Terrible business.

Had a sewage backup into my old home and they were there same day within a few hours helping tear up carpet and remove the backup. Ended up using them again when I purchased my new home and found mold and they got it removed same day. Great people and great service would highly recommend using them!

ServPro of Bowling Green/West Lucas County is the best! They did a fantastic job of not only removing the water from a major flood that we have but they also removed all of the flooring that was ruined. They arrived very quickly after I called them and they were very patient in dealing with the slowness of my insurance company in receiving payment.

My interaction with ServPro was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the employees fail to provide the expected service, but they also crossed a line by stealing over $6000 worth of my belongings, including all of my rings. Trusting them to handle my property was a mistake that cost me dearly.

To add insult to injury, when I reached out to the owner seeking assistance and resolution for this egregious act committed by their employees, I was met with utter indifference and a complete refusal to take responsibility. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to address the situation speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction and basic ethics.

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and let down I am by ServPro. Their negligence in hiring trustworthy staff and their dismissive attitude towards customer grievances is inexcusable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting them with anything of value. This experience has left me not only out of pocket but also deeply distrustful of this company and their practices.

We had a massive water leak in the main kitchen wall and it destroyed three rooms one of which was my kitchen! They came out assessed everything and were out in two days to take care of all the damage. It was a two-day process but probably could have been one if the boys on the crew didn’t come at 10 take lunch at noon and leave by 3. Overall amazing!

Every interaction we had with the people from Servpro, from phone calls to in-person visits, was top notch professional and friendly. They helped us with water clean up from a burst pipe in the basement and very much helped to make a stressful situation easier and less worrisome! Mike and his team responded on site very quickly and was able to remove the water fast and set up preventative measure to save us from further damage. Definitely recommend!!

This company is so wonderful! Stephen and his team were quick, punctual, and very thorough in their inspections and cleanup! We used this company to clean up a sewage backup in out laundry room, and the day we called, Stephen came out to inspect everything and determine the best course of action. He was able to make it out right away, and got everything cleaned up and ripped up in an hour! We ended up having another backup in the laundry room due to an unresolved clog in the drain pipe, and when we called Stephen and his team to come out and bring dehumidifiers, he didn't hesitate and they came out the next day with everything! He was very communicative, walked us through the whole process, and very willingly and easily worked around our schedules! I would highly recommend this company!

My mom had a house fire that we lost my dad in. This took place approximately 2 years ago. It was during covid and finding good crews was nearly impossible and I lived 2 hours from my parents. I still work and couldnt take on the job or i would have. We needed 1 bedroom repaired and the house just cleaned from smoke damage. The pictures are a few of many I took over the next month. The crew worked typically 3-4 hours a day. If they showed up. I should have kicked them out after the poor cleaning but was told the next crew would do the drywall and insulation for the bedroom. After a week, I couldnt take it any more. Look at the gaps in the drywall? Look at the gaps in the insulation. Look at the wall furnace. This furnace needed replaced and instead of turning it off and throwing it out, they yanked it away from the wall causing a gas leak. Emergency plumbing fixed this issue. Ended up getting another handy man in and at least the work got done in a timely matter. I contacted Servpros home office. We had a meeting with the local owner. Nothing really came of the meeting. Insurance company paid them because it was easier than going to court according to them. If my mom would have been paying them it would have been a different story. From the reviews they must have some good crews, it just wasnt the crew that we got.

This crew was amazing. We had our the interior of our RV cleaned and sanitized because of pest infiltration. The guys where very knowledgeable of our situation. They were very careful with our belongings. After they were finished they inspected their work two to three times and found areas need attention. GREAT job!!!!! Our RV looks, smells, and feels better than when it was new!!!
