Excellent Service! The team showed up, they were very polite and respectful they stayed on task moved quickly, and were very thorough with the cleaning. I can’t say enough about my experience with Serv Pro.

The entire Servpro team was extremely professional and most of showed compassion when dealing with a flood in our basement. We had over 6 inches of water in a finished basement and Mike and his team were efficient and communicative throughout the weeks they were there. Every employee worked had and handled our possessions with care. They were all polite and friendly. I would recommend their clean-up services to anyone.

Servepro has been very friendly and professional to deal with! The most professional, nicest, friendly contractors came out to our house and remediated our mold problem in our attic. Thank you to all the staff I have dealt with Mike, Cheryl, Weldon, Mike H. and Alan. They went over above to help us!

Called customer service at 12:30pm and the woman I spoke with was so genuinely kind and helpful. She listened to my needs and offered a thorough explanation of services. She then gathered my information and within a few minutes was able to have a service member scheduled to arrive at about 3pm. Sure enough, at 3:10, serviceman Mike arrived. I gave him the rundown on what my concerns were and without hesitation he went down into my crawlspace and gave a thorough examination of the area. He explained everything he was seeing, and walked me through the next steps I should take to resolve my water/mold issue underneath my house. He, too, was so kind and helpful. I am so grateful for this team and will certainly be utilizing their service for all future needs!

The team at Servpro of Bowling Green/West Lucas was extremely helpful after a disaster in our home. Mike was there to assess the situation less than 24 hours after it happened; Welden and his crew started work the same afternoon. Everyone involved, including Cheryl at the office, was responsive, respectful, and were always there on time. The peace of mind having a team like this cannot be understated. Mike, other Mike, Welden, and Allen were all very professional and kind while assessing and treating the water damage in our house caused by another company. They took great care to not damage anything and were communicative about the process as they went about their work. They were all very pet friendly and mindful of my older cat, who liked them even though she is very picky. Their work is still on going, but I am very happy and satisfied with what they have accomplished so far

We had a severe sewer leak at my home in December. Had no idea where to start to get it cleaned to allow a plumber to solve our issue. Came on time, throughly explained everything from the free estimate, to financing, and completion of the job. Above and beyond with consideration or making repairs as easy as possible, demo and clean up, especially considerate of the baby's nursery. So very Grateful for their attention to detail and care as well as their patience 😅 I asked over maybe an hours worth of questions they even explained the chemicals, process, and made sure it was safe to be around the baby and my pets!

Edit: it has been a month, we had really heavy rainfall and I got it In my head that I smelled mildew 😅 called, Ashley was so polite she came in a day and checked, confirmed there was nothing at all wrong, brought the tools to check the moisture levels EVERYWHERE, and left with a smile telling me it's a part of the warranty and to never hesitate to call. I'm sorry I'm annoying but worth every cent I wish I could give 10 stars thank you 😭

Mold Medics is the best company for any mold remediation or duct cleaning needs! Ashley is an expert in her field and was very thorough and honest during the initial inspection. We ultimately needed two areas of mold remediated- one in the attic and one in the crawl space, and needed our ducts cleaned. Ashley was also able to give recommendations for someone to fix a bathroom exhaust that was venting into our attic (which was causing the mold issue) and gave a recommendation on an HVAC company to work with. On the day of the remediation my pregnant wife ended up needing an emergency medical induction and Ashley, Kyle and their team were very through yet quick and efficient to ensure we made it to the hospital on time. Ashley and her team are the real deal and the best around!

These people are so friendly! And, they go above and beyond. I'd recommend them to anyone.
