Wayne has done an amazing job with his local business and his fire wood is pretty darn great!

We had a contract with them to redo my front yard after having a tree cut down, they sent someone to kill the remaining grass and said we had to wait 10 days for the grass to die and then they would be back to lay dirt and seed, grass all turned brown and died, did not hear from them for about 3 weeks, called Wayne he said they had one job ahead of us then they would be out, two weeks later and no word from him, we made several calls in the next couple weeks and no answer or return call, didn't hear from again, we called and left message to cancel contract.

Great business. Does a good job on the lawn and he even delivers fire wood to our home! Reliable company!

I am still waiting to hear back from Wayne for the past two weeks regarding the wet, green, fresh firewood the company delivered. 4 phone calls and 2 emails.

Asked about having edging and mulching done May 22nd and haven't heard anything since. Leaving 5 stars with hopes that we can get a response without affecting your rating. Excellent lawn treatment service though!

Emailed for a quote to aerate my yard, got a prompt reply with a good price,, and a prompt response to my followup question.
I decided I wanted to go with Northern Buckeye to do the work, but it went downhill from there. 2-3 more emails and 2 phone calls later with no response at all. Complete waste of time - go somewhere else. -
If you want quality firewood don't shop here. Their owner's dedication to providing quality service is on par with their firewood. After paying top dollar (plus a stacking fee, which should have tipped me off they weren't a professional firewood supplier) for a 1/3 cord of their all cherry firewood I was completely disappointed to receive wet firewood (some waterlogged, all with clumps of snow on them, many with thick layers of ice on them).
After calling and complaining I was told by the owner, Wayne, to just "let it dry out". I hung up and said ok. The next day, realizing this wood was far too wet to dry enough to be burnable in any reasonable amount of time, I called back three times to never receive an answer (Similar to the other review on here). The next day I called from a friends phone and what do you know Wayne answered immediately. After discussing with how apparently "All suppliers have their stacks uncovered outside and deliver wood in the smae condition" I told him that I have received shipments from plenty of other suppliers in the area that were never remotely in the condition his showed up in. He asked what I'd like him to do and I told him I'd like him to either remove the wood he'd delivered and give me a full refund or replace it with dry wood. This was a Wednesday and he told me he couldn't do anything about it until Monday and that I should call him back then (yes, he couldn't call me back, I had to call him). Without surprise Monday rolled around and I called Wayne with no answer. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I left a voicemail around noon that day and never got a call back. The next day I called again, obviously with no answer, and left him a voicemail saying that I'd given up and would just be filing a complaint with the BBB. What do you know I received a phone call within an hour saying they'd be delivering me fresh wood in a few hours.
The "fresh" wood arrived that day only to be of a different type of wood but with virtually the same issues. There are logs in the stack that are literally black from lying in wetness. Trying to burn the driest pieces I can find in the stack is a chore in itself and even if you get something going it's hissing the entire time steaming from the ends of the logs where you can visibly see the seeping, evaporating moisture.
At this point I guess I'll just let this stack sit until next winter and maybe then I'll be able to burn it. In the mean time I'll be calling a real wood supplier like Heeter's to bring me wood I can actually burn. -
The best, most reliable snow plow contractor around! I know--I've tried a half dozen over the past 16 years. Always excuses from the others but these guys get after it! They even seed, fertilize and repair any "oops" areas which will always happen when one has hundreds of feet of curved drives. Great work, great price (I hired them after buying a new tractor in frustration) as one last try and my new John Deere just sits in the garage. Great work, great response, great company!

Wayne and his crew did an amazing job demoing our old patio and deck and re-grading our back yard. Their expertise and knowledge kept us from having our basement waterproofed.
I would strongly recommend Wayne, Josh, John and the rest of the crew for their honesty, professionalism and good old fashioned hard work.
If you are looking for the best landscaping company at a fair price, look no further...this is the company you want.
Wayne, Josh, John and the rest of the crew exceeded our expectations. -
This is an amazing company. We had a huge Aspen Tree fall into another tree during a wind storm just feet from our home. James came the very next day. Explained the plan on how they would handle the job. Quote was perfect . Crew was polite. We had them take down 2 more Oak trees that were very close to the house. They cleaned up and stacked the wood neatly for us. Amazing Company and crew. Will definitely have them out again.

The crew at John’s did an amazing job trimming and dropping trees around my property. Including a few last-minute additions, the place turned out looking great after just a short while. Would definitely rely on them again for future work.

Excellent work at a great price. Took down 2 trees for me and cleaned up after very well. Not one branch or twig left behind. Highly recommend.

Horrible communication! Tried to contact for an estimate over a month ago, and never received a call back. I ended up calling them only to be told he drove by but didn't see the tree I was wanting removed. I was asked to email a picture of the tree, which I did that day and again never got a response! That was the Monday after Thanksgiving!
