I live in pine mill ridge condos in Cuyahoga Falls. After Dohner Landscaping hedges the yard , the entire front end of my car was covered with grass and the paint was chipped in over 25 places. Upon talking to Chris,the owner, he said it could not possibly have been gravel @ there would be dents” and not possible to be grass “ it just doesn’t happen “ When asked what else it could be, he stated “I don’t know” So, he knows they didn’t do it , but doesn’t know what could. ?? Seriously Filing a complaint with our HOA and will take it from there.

Very happy with their hustle and can do attitude.
Other landscapers get back to you when they can.
Dohner is on it right away every time.
That is probably why they already have a lot of very satisfied customers.
We have always been happy with their service and competitive pricing.
Their staff are very professional.

I'm not sure what Cheryl is talking about..We have two Mercedes, two Jeeps and four dogs...Dohner Landscaping has always been careful with our cars, our dogs and our lawn! When they plow our driveway in the winter they are alway careful around our cars. Dohner's go above and beyond and are very professional and ALWAYS kind and never disrespectful! We have used Dohner Landscaping for over 10 years! I would highly recommend Dohner Landscaping!

they took on our lawn care relatively late in the game and have been doing great work. They show up when they say, the lawn looks great and they pay attention to the detail.

I have to comment again on how amazed I am with their commitment and the service Chris provides. He goes above and beyond!

My lawn is going to be one big flower bed after taking out 3-4 inches when edging each year! They have been told multiple times! Let’s hope they don’t this year

Very disrespectful landscaper. I have lived in Hudson since 1989. I have never seen a landscaper refused to turn very powerful mover away from neighbors property in a very close proximity. Just purchased 2016 Mercedes - $55,000 vehicle. Husband just purchased a 2016 Mercedes 30 days ago. Young son just purchased nice used Honda Also have an 8 week old puppy. Employees refuse to adhere to my simply request. This small area is where our cars are parked and puppy outside area is. Dohner would prefer to damage our cars then get a morsel of grass on contracted residents mulch. OMG would not hire this Dohner Landscaping for FREE! Must sit outside and observe with camera for Dohner not to mow in our direction. FIND ANOTHER LANDSCAPER. HIGH LIABILITY!!!
*In response to Teri's review' Dohner certainly is much more careful with CONTRACTED customer. There is a written liability! I've been dealing with this atleast 3 years. Last week employee asked me, "Ok,so you have a problem with grass on your car.?" I said "Yes". I hand wash my car". We can blow grass off car. How ridiculous is that! Are you kidding me. How about blowing grass off customers mulch in very small area.

Cutting residential lawns in my contracted development after 8pm. Running the blower at 830pm and waking up my young kids. Owner is rude and says he can work till 10 if he wants. Maybe he can by law, but that unprofessional. We also use them for snow removal. They were terrible- driving all over lawns, showing up after 10 am when contract says clear roads by 7 etc.
Owner is rude and inconsiderate.
Our board plans not to renew.

Update: Chris got back to me and apologized for the delay. We have chosen them to make our yard and flower beds look as good as the neighbors' and are looking forward to working with the Dohner team.

They didn't return my phone call. I know they do exceptional landscaping but customer service isn't very strong.

They have been doing the landscaping in our development for a couple of years now and have always done a great job. The employees are always very polite and friendly. I had to contact the company about an issue and the man who answered was more than happy to make a note for my yard to be skipped for that service. We just contracted them for snow removal and they were here twice today to do my front porch and sidewalks!!! I’m amazed!! I’m so happy with this company and I hope we are able to keep them for years to come. They do a wonderful job at Villa Lago.

Worst service ever and owner is arrogant and won’t admit wrong. Dohner is contracted for our community lawn care and snow removal in Aurora. This winter our development had to snow blow our way out because Dohner took so long to come plow. First storm it took them over 48 hours to come and plow. We had 18” of snow on our road and they never showed up. By that time everyone with snowblowers pitched in to clear the road. They arrived almost a full day after the storm ended and we had cleared the road. This past storm was very similar. Not showing up until early evening after once again community members had to snow blow the road to be able to leave. This happened multiple times last winter also. They perform our summer lawn service also and it is less than acceptable also. They didn’t mow certain areas for weeks until it was pointed out it was approaching knee high. Weed eating around lakes was so poor that weeds that should have been cut down weekly grew into trees that had to be cut down with saws. They would consistently mow into other people’s yards leaving big random mowed turn around spots, scalping large section of lawn and tearing up grass from turning to aggressively. When contacted, the owner’s response was an arrogant “do you know who I am?” I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We highly recommend Dohner for all your landscaping needs. Our condominium community has never looked better due to the tremendous professionalism and attention to detail that Dohner has provided. Dohner makes us feel like we’re the most important customer they have, and we appreciate that. We have worked with many landscaping businesses over the years, since 1965, and we're not going out on a limb here, but we think Dohner is the best we’ve ever had.

Highly recommend!! After having several other companies and doing some BBB research we decided to try Dohner this year and we are beyond pleased! First, contracting w Chris was simple and he was very responsive to my many questions. Now Sean and his diligent crew have meticulously spring-cleaned the yard, edged all the beds, and put high quality mulch down without a mess and very precise - not the usual throw-and-go we’ve experienced in the past. I really look forward to the season and the beautiful yard we’ve always wanted and partnering w Chris, Sean, and crew to get us there! Thanks Dohner!

Do NOT hire this company! It’s been a almost a week since the snow has fallen, and we still don’t have sidewalks cleared. It took 3 days for them to even show up. Three days of people not being able to go to work b/c they couldn’t get out of their driveways. After they “plowed”, I still had to use 4 wheel drive to get into my garage. I have to walk my dog in the street because the sidewalks are impassable. My neighbors and I have called multiple times; either to no response or being told they will be out and no one shows.

I called Robert on Sunday afternoon and he was here by Monday morning to haul away my items. Very communicative and extremely personable! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone for any services advertised!

Now we’re haulin is a reliable and local business I would recommend. They came out in one day and loaded all of the deck wood I had ripped off. This picture shows a clear, ready for stage 2, work site.

Absolutely amazing experience. I first found Robert and his team through previous Google Reviews. They were all correct!!! Robert and his team were quick and efficient in cleaning out my garage with a lot of junk collected over many years. He and his team were very kind and professional, always checking to make sure our plans were aligned. Pricing was very fair for all of the work done. Would highly recommend Robert and his team for any project that needs hauling of materials/junk away!!!

He heard it was my birthday and that I was going through a hard time.. turned around and gave me 20 dollars to get myself something and it really changed a bad day into a good one. While I didn’t end up accepting his services that act of kindness is one I will never forget. Truly an awesome guy

Robert and his team are exceptional. He took time on a Sunday to come and check out my project and give me an estimate. And then was back in two days to take care of the job. His price was very fair for the work that I needed done and was extremely flexible on the date to get the work done to meet my schedule. His crew was extremely nice and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this business to anyone needing to have things removed and disposed of. Thanks again Robert!

I was having trouble finding someone to pick-up our old ceramic laundry room tile. I called Robert and he was on our driveway in about an hour and removed the tile! Robert and his crew were very professional, friendly, kind, and very efficient. We will definitely call NowWereHauling again!

I called the team at NoWereHauling and within an hour they had the items removed with their friendly staff they were courteous and professional will call them again when I need junk removed.

Robert and his team were fantastic. They cleaned out a large house with decades of stuff and they knocked it out very quickly. Robert’s communication was excellent. Great job at a fair price. Highly recommend NowWereHauling.
