Angelica and her team did a superb job deep cleaning my home after a fireplace soot situation. They were punctual, professional, and very respectful of my home. The clean was absolutely phenomenal and they were able to return my home to the condition it was in prior to the situation. She and her team were very friendly and I absolutely trusted them in my home for the three weeks it took to clean. I would highly recommend her and her team for any deep cleaning of a home that needs to be done.

My cousin became behind on a balance she owed Hudson Pools and Bonnie wouldn't allow her to do a payment plan until she took my cousin to court to sue her and then my cousin has been allowed to make payments for the last six months. My cousin has faithfully paid and this past month my cousin paid a small amount and explained she has breast cancer and is unemployed and will still pay what she can. The balance is under a grand. My cousin used them for 10 years and never owed them in the past. As I opened my cousins mail today as she is bed ridden from a double mastectomy from breast cancer the owner BONNIE sent her a threatening letter. I would NEVER do any business with these heartless people. Between you confronting my cousin in public at Arby's and threatening her last summer and now this you should be ashamed. MY cousin is able to file bankruptcy and we will be exploring her options to file and include you in the debt. You are heartless.

We pulled in at 2:45 and they close at 3. The worker came out and yelled at our car “We’re not open!” We told her it was 2:45 and we just needed a quick filter but she turned us away and said they have a staff meeting? Ok well can’t you have a staff meeting AFTER your scheduled open hours? She was so rude and we will not be back. Way better small shops in the area who will treat customers with more respect.

We have a very small back yard and I thought that there was no way we could squeeze a pool in but Verne (the owner) looked at our yard and told my wife "we can do anything you want", and boy did they! We now have a beautiful pool in a stunning back yard that we just can't get enough of. They managed to not only fit in a gorgeous in ground, custom shaped pool but incorporated a tanning ledge, an in-pool seat for 4 people with whirlpool jets and a "deep end". Not to mention a bubbler, 3 deck jets, and multi colered lights with automation. Verne and Chad were great to work with during the installation and construction and Betty and the folks at the shop are fantastic with helping me keep my water sparkling clear. A huge thanks to everyone at Hudson Pools!

We hired Hudson Pool and Spas to build a 1,000 sf shotcrete swimming pool with an automatic cover. We also purchased an Artic Spas hot tub. I stop in the store frequently throughout the summer with water samples and to buy chemicals and supplies. They are a wonderful company run by a talented family. They stand behind their products and their service is top notch.

Wouldn't even hear me out when I called in with my project... I'll spend my money to put in an inground indoor pool elsewhere, you probably should too!!!

*Except your company was the one listed as having completed the pool closing service in my disclosure forms at time of closing on our house. But I digress... I have already signed a contract to take care of our needs with a better responsive company.

The ladies that run this place are amazing! They’re incredibly knowledgeable and always find a less expensive way to help me maintain my pool!! I go once a week to have my water tested and they always have a smile and of course I buy all my chemicals from them!!

We have used Hudson Pools for all of our pool needs for over 25 years. The knowledgeable and friendly staff of this family owned business has always helped us with good information to solve any problems we may have had and guided us properly to keeping our pool water pristine with proper chemicals.

We've been using these guys since we moved into our house about 5 yrs ago and they've always been helpful, polite and fast. They put in a new liner last summer and it was fantastic. They took care of the permit, water delivery and had someone at our house the whole time they were working to keep an eye on everything.

Hudson Pools & Spas put our pool in 17 years ago and have helped us every step of the way. They taught us the right way to care for a pool and have always stood behind their products and service. Great company and people!

As new homeowners with a pool and spa we reached out to this Hudson company in hopes of building a relationship for the long term. This is not to be the case. Although they've been in business for '30+ years' there was ZERO tact in handling our concerns. I believe the owner (Vern), came out several weeks ago to give us a quick tutorial on operating both pool and spa. We were left with many questions as the tutorial was not very helpful. We asked if there was any information in a hard copy and his reply was, "I think so. You have to go to the store and ask the girls though. I'm just the owner." We later not only received $150 fee for this consultation but also an invoice for $293.56 for a pool closing they never even performed. Naturally, we called the company to discuss these bills. They said the pool closing was a mistake but never apologized. When we voiced our concern for the consultation invoice due to the incomplete service we received, the owner's wife took it personally, raised her voice, was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, and threatened to take us to small claims court. We never said we were not going to pay the fee, but we were looking for some better service so we could understand how to properly care for our pool and spa. We never even got that far due to the belligerent comments and shouting from the owner's wife. We will pay this undeserving fee, but we shall forever not recommend the services of Hudson Pools and Spas to family, friends, and neighbors. Their disrespectful treatment over the phone is absolutely appalling.

This is more of a review of Arctic Spas although I was never impressed with the warranty service or guidance provided by Hudson Pools. My Arctic Spa was purchased and installed by Hudson Pools. It was constantly plagued with water leaks during the 10 years I owned the spa. The wood panels on the exterior of the spa were so poorly designed that rain water would leak into the interior creating additional moisture problems. When I would open the panels to tighten fittings that were leaking it looked like something that was designed in someone's garage. I eventually gave the spa away on Craigslist for free just to get rid of the mess. It is definitely the worst purchase decision I ever made.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly and efficiently Hudson Pools and Spa takes care of their customers. Nicole is always so helpful and if there is ever an issue they are here the same day or the next. Love my pool and all of its beautiful features! Highly recommend! :)

Chad and his crew were timely, responsive and professional.
It was a challenging makeover to our pool but they worked through the headaches and came through with a satisfactory result. I would highly recommend Hudson Pools.
