Great company to hire for timely projects. They renovated my duplex faster than expected and on budget for labor. I bought most of the materials which gave me piece of mind that I wasn’t being overcharged. When there were questions, the staff was responsive and explained any issues to me and respected my decisions.

Hired Synchronous Construction for a kitchen remodel in Sep 2020. Price was reasonable for the project and quality was fair, though some details of the job appear to have room for improvement. We encountered a delay in work due to needing to order more material but it was resolved quickly.

Did my kitchen remodel in record time and I am thrilled with the work. I thought the estimate was extremely fair and they quality and responsiveness of George and his team was incredible. I especially like how much detail oriented work they did even when I wasn’t there watching. I highly recommend!

Many thanks to the Synchronous team for making my outdated house a beautiful home. From the very beginning they were a pleasure to work with and responsive to my ideas and requests. I did change my mind a few times on some things but the team rolled with the updates with a no problem attitude. Budget and timing met our needs as well. Very happy with the end result. We recently had out kitchen counter, sink and faucet replaced and working with Lisa made it an enjoyable experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was able to provide us with a way for us to save money on our sink and faucet. Their installer that put in our sink and faucet, Erik, was faced with a challenge he wasn't expecting, but handled it with a smile and was able to finish the job very quickly. My fiancé and I reached out to several contractors to get a quote on fixing work that had been done by a previous remodeling company. It was a significant amount of work and we got turned down by many other contractors. George came out the day of me contacting him. He was able to turn over a quote within a week - other contractors told me it would take them a month plus. Not only did he quote what we asked (which was only the addition and a stairwell), he quoted the basement, exterior, structural changes, etc. Then, he gave us advice for everything we have gone through. George went over and beyond anything we could have asked for. His professionalism, responsiveness, and caring personality was a much needed light in the dark situation we were put in. It doesn't get any better than this,Synchronous Construction, Inc is on top of their game the quality of their work is high-end you will not be disappointed with this company. They are responsive, courteous and the quality of their craftsmanship is something to be admired. You will not be disappointed if you decide to remodel or do any type of remodeling. They did a fantastic job with my investment properties and I couldn't be any happier I highly recommend them if I can give them 10 Stars I would.

The most fair way to analyze Synchronous Construction's rating is on a per topic basis:
Quality of Work: 4/5 - The work, when it was performed, was better than average. Aspects were done really well, the cleanup was rushed though and the crew was extremely destructive to the surrounding area in which they did little to nothing to remedy.
Timing: 1/5 - The project eventually got done but it took an embarrassingly long amount of time to complete, spanning several seasons.
Pricing: 2/5 - The pricing structure is clunky and disorganized with everything being an estimate without there ever being a true-up at the end, meaning you end up paying far more than you should. Certain rates are also extremely inflated and should be haggled down before signing any contracts.
Communication: 1/5: I had to start keeping track of George's misrepresentations of the truth after he had lied to my face several times. From when I started counting he was about an even 50/50 mix of telling me the truth vs lying.

In summary I am happy my project is done, however I will not be working with SCI again. Far too slow and unpredictable to be worth the cost.

Where to even begin! From start to finish, George, the owner of Synchronous Construction, has been an absolute life saver. After dealing with a tremendous amount of nonsense from multiple "contractors" and other "construction management" professionals that caused massive delays as well as being price gouged at every turn, George personally took the reigns of our multi staged project and we couldn't be happier. He revamped all of our proposals for labor, saved us a massive amount of money on materials (Both internal as well as finishing pieces), got our projects back on track time wise and was diligent and patient in explaining everything throughout the process. George is the epitome of a consummate professional. He is a master of his craft and industry and a gentleman to boot. I absolutely recommend Synchronous Construction to any and everyone in need of a solid construction management team, no matter if it's a small residential job or a massive multi-faceted commercial project. Everyone should take a page out of Synchronous Construction's playback and follow the owner George Beros' lead!!!!!!

I wanted to add an additional review as we have recently contracted with George and Synchronous Construction to lead and manage a massive (for us) construction project. His construction management professionalism and managing everythijg from pulling permits to ensuring the other contractors involved was above and beyond any and all expectations that we could have ever imagined. He handled our project remotely with utter care, made sure the timing was coordinated perfectly and coordinatednwith the other contractors multiple times a day to make sure we were happy, they did as they said they woule and even personally took care of some supply provlems the "other contractors" were not forthright with us about. I truly can't say enough amazing things about George personally, along with his team, who managed our project and got it completed with ease. He even saved us a tremendous amount of money through his suppliers, which, from my experience, no one ever does and then passes that along to the client. We will continue to use him and his team, and i recommend him to ALL of my friends and co-workers, and they have all had the same amazing results and experience with him! If i can give him 10 stars, i would. Thank you again, George, and i recommend everyone utilize Synchronous Construction. No matter how large or small the project is, he will get it done in first-class fashion.

From start to finish George was part of the process. Workers were hard working and respectful of my property. The job was completed within 3 days of what he told me (weather related issues). Lisa, in the office, communicated with me on a regular basis. She kept me updated as to what was going on. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable of my project impressed me. I would recommend them to anybody who asked. Of all the bids I received, George’s was in the middle of the pack. Well worth the extra money to get this kind of service.

We recently hired Synchronous to manage the buildout of our warehouse and showroom. We have only had our initial meeting but I very am excited to work with George after he explained the process and put me at ease. I received daily communications about updates to the project, clear scope of work updates, and clear cost estimations (and ended up being under budget). Quality of work was also top notch as well!

My yard was left full of trash and garage half finished. But Synchronous came and fixed it for me and I greatly appreciate them for it.

I had new facing installed on my fireplace by Synchronous. The man who did the install was very professional and did a beautiful job. The entire surround was cut to match perfectly as if it were cut in one piece. I am very pleased with the work and would certainly not hesitate to use this company again.

The crew did a great job, removing the ceramic tile, the bathtub, the vanity and medicine cabinet. They installed a new vanity, new medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower.
They were meticulous and their job and cleaned up every day before they left. I was quite pleased and would recommend them to my friends.
