After many trips around town finally landed at Welker McKee who saved the day. The only people in the Greater Cleveland area that have the part that I needed.

I had the same experience as Debra Szarka. I was told I needed an appt when I got there and where is my contractor? When I called initially, none of this was mentioned .

Our builder forced us to use this place. They have limited hours and are extremely stuck up if you want to come in to take a look. All items are overpriced. It was miserable to deal with them and we wouldn't use them ever again.

The customer service is awful. If you are not working with a contractor you are treated horribly. The shower surround company they work with, AMI, is equally as bad. There is no reason to go here.

Creative Bath and I have worked with the staff at Welker-McKee and they have been very helpful. They have been able to fill orders on time. It has been a pleasure working with Welker-McKee and staff!

We drove 65 miles recommended by contractor. Very rude receptionist. Limited stock. Every color we wanted was not available.
Wouldn't waste a minute there.

Lisa was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better person to assist us through our choice selections. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient with us!

Slow unloading , kinda tight if there are multiple trucks. Really a disorganized place to be receiving otr trucks .

The show room staff were very professional and courteous. Listening to our ideas and providing options for us to look at. Not at all pushing any product line. Highly recommend them.

Mike in the parts department was phenomenal today. Brought back a Kohler sink we purchased 2 months ago that had an imperfection in it that we didn't find til now....he swapped it out and checked the new one. In and out 5 mins.

Worst experience ever. Service was awful. They don't place orders and try to charge extra to keep your project on time. When you realize it’ll delay your project and try to return not in stock items, they charge you a restock fee which makes no sense. Very rude and disrespectful and won’t let you return items.

Veronica Money let’s contractors inflate prices up to 80% and she never calls back when you have customer concerns. Don’t let this place pull one over on you that they offer warranty that big box stores don’t...they print a manufacturers warranty and give it to you.

Welker McKee - BEYOND WORST customer service.

We had purchased our entire house products through these guys as we were building a custom home. All they do is play the BLAME game - Ohh its the manufacturer's fault, manufacturer did this and that. Simply don't wanna own up to their mistakes.

Even after numerous calls and follow-ups they don't call you back or even respond via email. If an item is back-ordered they will never follow-up with you and provide any updates. Only when you call to ask for a status update and remind them they will call their sales-rep at the company.

Installing faulty and outdated products and when we question them on the faulty part - They respond by telling that ohh its within the Tolerance Guidelines and the Manufacturer does not want to do anything.

Best advice - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Not worth it.

I'm guessing if you are a decorator, or a contractor, you might get decent service at this showroom. If you walk in to shop for a faucet, be prepared for subpar employee interaction.

Why any business would put two young ladies at the front desk who have not been trained in customer service is beyond me. Neither of them could even make eye contact. After fifteen minutes of wandering around on my own, I finally had to go back up and ask them for help. I was told that a salesperson would come back , but it would be a few minutes. It's really a shame, because they do have a terrific selection.

Sergay eventually came back and was very helpful...except on the pesky pricing issue. It's hard to feel like a valued customer when they make sure to let you know that contractors get much better pricing.

I went back to Cleveland Plumbing in Rocky River to purchase the faucet. They are professional and very engaging.

I have been ordering plumbing fixtures and material from Welker McKee for 20 plus years. They have always provided exactly what I need on time and with excellent customer service even during these difficult times with supply chain shortages. They have done an excellent job keeping so many things in stock. Welker McKee is my go to for all plumbing needs. Will continue to use them for 20 more years.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Must schedule an appointment but worth the visit. Large selection; we immediately found exactly what we have been looking for in Kohler to replace our existing damaged toilet that's been out for almost six months. When you want what you want... it's worth the wait. Yes, even for a toilet!

Beautiful showroom and great staff. They helped us with all the fixtures for our addition and we couldn’t be happier. Also use them for my sump pump needs. Sergey was great helping us chose the right product!

I've been with welker for 36 years & have always had the highest of quality service. The plumbing products are very good & high quality. The boiler and water heaters are great and the heating expert (jim) is excellent knowledge & expertise is great. The carry all makes and models of products.

Wonderful plumbing wholesaler to work with. Showroom is quite beautiful and easy for my clients to find things they love. Showroom design staff are professional, knowledgeable and always prepared for my customer’s appointments. They go out of their way to help solve your design problems.

I have been a sub most of my life. I wouldn’t trust having this product delivered to me safely with no damage or not delivered at all. To the driver who whips his truck around from lanes and tailgates within 2 ft from you. I have my DOT card and yours should be revoked. Watch out before you kill someone with your unprofessional behavior. DOT number 005373
