In full disclosure, I’m writing this review very late. I found the showroom to be very beautiful. However, when I arrived (on time) for my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find that they didn’t have me down as having the prearranged appointment. I felt that they didn’t believe I had in fact even made an appointment. The front desk representative was kind enough and said I could wait for an available customer support agent, which I did. I spent nearly an hour waiting only to immediately find out that the product I was interested in was not available. Product availability isn’t necessarily their fault but the lack of organization in keeping the appointment is. Also, I notified the person I made the appointment with as to the product I was interested in. A lot of time and hassle could’ve been saved on both sides. All that said, I would consider visiting for future projects as I like seeing products in person before purchase and maybe procedures have improved since my last visit.

Welker McKee has been the go to professional plumbing supply showroom in Cleveland, we have brought our clients there for 40 years as they have grown into a premier showroom our clients love the experience - Ron Buffa and the rest of the staff have been wonderful.

Depending on who you are and where your job site is, this company treats you accordingly. They delivered my tub shower unit on my lawn in the dirt. My garage door was wide open, they didn’t even bother to let us know they were there. There was no reason to deliver my new unit in the muddy yard. I called and spoke to the Manager Michelle and she brushed me off and said that’s the way they deliver, per their company manager, as if nothing was wrong. This was the worst customer service.

Unfortunately, there was no misunderstanding, there was just poor customer service. My husband was in the house with the contractors. The delivery driver DID NOT bother to notify anyone that he was on his way, nor did he ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let us know he was there. There was space in the garage and if notified, vehicles would have easily been moved. I don’t think that anyone wants to spend close to $1k and have it delivered on the grass in the dirt. Then, have the managers brush it off as if it’s standard practice. The customer service that I experienced, was by far subpar!

Had an amazing experience with Debbie and Welker-McKee selecting our plumbing fixtures for our new build with Petros Homes.

For starters, the recently renovated showroom is beautiful. So many high quality fixtures on display, it would be hard to walk out of there without ideas!

Debbie was ready for our appointment, and patiently guided us through the showroom and highlighted some fixtures and brands that she thought would fit our style. If there was a particular brand or model not on display, she brought up samples on an iPad so we could understand the breadth of their inventory. In less than an hour, we had all fixtures, sinks, toilets, and a tub picked out for our new home. We were extremely happy with all of our choices.

Debbie did warn us of backorders on some of our selections, notably the toilets. As we approached our install, Debbie informed us the toilets we picked were not available and presented us with different options. We were a little particular about the model we picked, so Debbie went above and beyond to find some in inventory from another retailer. She had them shipped in time and we had no delays (with the plumbing fixtures, anyways).

Everything was installed to perfection and we have no complaints. Truly a high quality experience from beginning to end .Thank you Debbie! :)

Guy was rude as so as he answered the phone. Not professional at all.

Just called the guy and he was very unprofessional, just said "I'm too busy" and immediately hang up.

I used this company for my business. I can not thank them enough for helping me out in a pinch. I highly recommend them!

I called to have a job quoted (or have them come out to quote). The first thing out of this man's mouth was, there's no money in it. He didn't even hear the job requirements. Talk about poor professionalism.

They showed up almost immediately! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Great job!!!

Call because online it says 24 hour service when i called didnt know if i was calling a business or someones personal cell phone. I asked if they were a plumber and said i had an emergency issue they said call back tomorrow but their 24 hours.

I called Independence Plumbing in regards to a plumbing issue I was having, I explained my problem to Lindsey and she was GREAT ! ! She explained to me what a plumber would probably do to fix the problem and eased my mind a bit with the cost as well.....Thank you Lindsey

Great customer service! They came to my house and fixed my water heater that was leaking right away. They stopped the leaky valve and cleaned up the mess. Very courteous and friendly! Would call them again

Sent him to clients’ home to do an ‘emergency’ kitchen faucet install. He ended up telling the client I sold them junk fixtures. Now the client has fired ME and he is now on board with them. Total liar. Dishonest.

Steve came over on time today Saturday for my 85 year old mother that had a leak

He fixed the leak and added on a faucet for minimal up charge

I then had him do 2 city violations on my gas line that he was able to bring them into code

He is very good and knows his stuff

Would hire him back and recommend

This was the worst possible service an individual could receive. He charged $240.00 to put electrical tape on a drain that had a leak. After all of this, the drain still leaks. If you do not want to get ripped off by a crooked plumber, DO NOT CALL THIS GUY.

I called and talked to them on the phone about an issue I had in my shower. Instead of charging me an arm and leg for coming to look at it, because it was a simple fix he had me send him pictures and he walked me through fixing it. You saved my day, thanks for the excellent customer service!!

Called for plumbing service’s. Guy answered the phone pretty uninterested in helping with issue. Gave me a price range without even looking at the problem. When I stated that home warrenty would be paying for issue he simply stated “I don’t wanna work with a home warranty”

Independence Pluming has working on a pluming and electrical project for me now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Steve is an absolute professional and makes sure the job is done right. I won't call anyone else for my pluming and electrical needs.

I called in a panic and needed emergency service due to a busted pipe in my walls. I was greeted on the phone by a very rude man who seemed extremely annoyed that I was bothering him.

He barked at me to send him some photos and rattled off a phone number so quick that I could not write it down in time for him and the barked at me for my phone number.

I did as he said and when he called me back, he barked at me to ask me what I wanted.

Needless to say, I didn't hire him. I could not believe how rude this man was.
