Reviews of local pros in Johnstown, Ohio

An excellent experience. Rick is very experienced and thorough in his carpet cleaning services. He also is very, very good at cleaning upholstery. He understands fabrics and how to best clean each type. Great communications. The house smells great too. I am very pleased with the results.
I highly recommend Rick and his company Completely Clean.

The Best!! I can't believe what an amazing job they did! Totally professional, GREAT communication and what a give difference! You will not regret hiring them!

Completely Clean did a great job on my couch. After my cat threw up on my couch, I was sure I’d be in the market for a new one. However, after the gentleman at Completely Clean were done, the remnants of the stain were barely visible, as you can see in the before and after pics.

Rick and company did a fantastic job on our carpets! They were on time and very professional. Their pricing was very reasonable. We foster lots of dogs so our carpets had quite a few pet accidents over the past couple years. When Rick was finished the carpets looked brand new, smelled great, and there were no stains. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Rick & his team did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet & upholstery yesterday! They were very precise & friendly. We recommend them for all your in home cleaning services & will definitely use them again when needed.

Rick and his team did a great job. They were amicable, effective, and fast. The previous tenants left our floors in bad shape, but they look as good as new now!

Rick is passionate about doing his job the way that is should be done and is a true professional. He is the best of the best at carpet cleaning. I would never even consider having another company clean our carpets. With a few waves of his magic carpet wand, he has brought new life to our furniture and carpet. After throwing chicken wings around during the football games, my pets, and our boys, I thought it was hopeless. Thank you for bringing life back to our home!

Had Rick and completely clean come out to clean some tile and grout and get out a lot of dog stains from the carpet from a previous tenant. Was in and out, great communication, and great price. Will definitely hire him again.

I'm so happy with my previously dirty and worn down rug now that Completely Clean has brought it back to life! They were very communicative prior to my appointment, they were very friendly when they arrived, and they completed the cleaning super fast. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic job cleaning my carpet! It looks great and smells great. They took care of all of my pet's mistakes. I am completely satisfied with their work and customer service! Thanks!

I am writing this review while Rick is still here half way through his job and oh boy what a heck of a job he is performing. I guess I have good luck with carpet cleaning companies. I though my last guy did a good job as well but definitely will hire this company over any one. 5 stars for sure and don’t hesitate to do business with company because you won’t regret it.!

This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I called multiple companies, but this one by far offered the best deal and was the most responsive.

Completely clean was very professional and clean. did a great job on our carpets highly recommend

Rick was absolutely fantastic! He was so easy to work with, communicated everything I needed to know before my appointment, and showed up within the estimated window. My furniture hasn’t been deep cleaned since I bought it 7 years ago, and it looks BRAND NEW!! They did such a great job and it didn’t take long at all. If you’re looking for a local business, this is the one!

Communicated well. Easy to schedule. Fair price. Removed a stubborn stain from our sofa!

I was very pleased with Rick from the moment we called to inquire about the carpet cleaning. He gave us all the information we needed and was very transparent - something that is missing a lot in businesses these days. This was our first time using Completely Clean and we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Completely Clean to anyone wanting a cleaning.

Rick and his team were very communicative and punctual! When they arrived, they explained the process and confirmed the services we ordered. They worked fast and efficiently, covering three bedrooms, two sets of stairs, and our finished basement in about an hour! They even raked the carpet, along with shampooing, and deodorizing. Our house smells so clean and the carpets look brilliant and refreshed! They did a great job and we’re very happy!

Highly recommend!

Believe the reviews people! Absolutely fantastic job getting red lipstick... yes, red lipstick out of our carpet put there by our little troublemakers. Friendly and quick turnaround! On time and professional. Will definitely use their service again :)

Rick was prompt and professional. The carpets looked brand new when he was finished. Would definitely use him again.

They did a great job. Not all but most of the stains were removed. They did warn us that it may not be possible to remove all the stains. Very good quality for a good price.
