After cleaning and sealing the grout the last time, I swore I would never do it again. This time I called Completely Clean and instantly regretted all the hours I spent doing it myself. It is unreal how much better the grout looks! Even though I previously spend hours cleaning it by hand, their process is so much better!

They also cleaned carpet that had some heavy traffic areas. It looks amazing as well!

Completely Clean was the best! We had them clean 13 chairs and Scotch Guard 9 of those chairs. Everything looked amazing and when they left Rick made sure, the space they cleaned in, looked as if they were never there! I will suggest them for any type of cleaning that they offer! In and out in less than 45 minutes. I will continue to go with this small business for any type of cleaning we may need. Completely Clean was wonderful! Our carpets are fresh and smell clean. My family felt comfortable and safe letting them in our homes. They were on time, explained the process well, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend. Rick was professional and organized. A+ service. A little expensive.

After researching carpet cleaners on Google my son and I decided up on completely clean due to the numerous positive reviews and before and after pictures. The 2 gentlemen that serviced my house were cleaning my 3 upstairs bedrooms and took about an hour and a half. During their visit they helped themselves to my bathroom which normally wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for the fact we scheduled a plumber to come look at it due to some odd noises coming from it. After letting the carpet dry for 24 hours (their advice to me) I found even more stains then prior to the service to my house. After this revelation I sent a text to the owner asking for some sort of explanation. He stated that they could only come back out to my house and spot clean the stains. I DIDNT choose that remedy because how would there be a different outcome from the original service? Keep in mind my total cost was $264 equating to almost $90 per room only for my carpet to look even worse than before. Now I remain ghosted by the owner and now having to look at spending EVEN MORE money on another cleaning service to right the wrongs of completely clean. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Edit: I will also note the bed frame you see in this last picture was not in the room during the time of cleaning and was later assembled by my son. We had hoped we could get renovations done to his room after this cleaning which obviously isn’t the case due to the stains remaining.

Further edit: keep in mind the response from the owner is a mere copy and paste text. Such lack of effort is disgusting, he doesn’t care about his employees merely making a quick buck off of them.

Never once did he offer a refund of the full amount for his excuse of a cleaning.

I had an excellent experience with Completely Clean. They were professional, thorough, and did an amazing job on my carpets. The difference was noticeable right away, and everything looks and feels fresh again. The value is absolutely worth the money for the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company!

Rick & his team did a great job cleaning the carpets in my basement as well as a bedroom that had a funky smell. They also cleaned a couple couches and did a great job there as well. Rick was extremely communicative, able to schedule me the same week I called, and super friendly and easy to work with. The quote was extremely fair and I would definitely return again for future services.

Fantastic job! it was amazing all of the attention to detail and it smelled wonderful too. They wiped up all the wet spots that got on the hardwood floors and we're very courteous and timely. Honestly it looked like I suddenly had new rugs.

Really awesome experience with Completely Clean. He was able to come to our home and work with our schedule in a timely fashion. Our couch was in HORRIBLE shape and he worked his magic. We were ready to throw it away but he totally saved it. He also cleaned our rugs while he was here. 10/10

Communicated the process very well. went above and beyond other carpet companies I’ve used! Incredibly affordable!! Rick and his worker remembered the littlest of details and took great care treating pet marked areas. They racked the carpet during the treatment to ensure the product was getting down into the fibers.

This will be the only floor cleaning service I will use!!! 10/10

I had a great experience working with Completely Clean on a sectional couch cleaning project. The project took a little under two hours and I am pleased with the results. The team was communicative, professional, and very transparent about pricing. We would absolutely work with Completely Clean on any future projects.

Rick and his partner did an Incredible job!!! Communication was great and showed up as expected. One area in the house was unbelievably soiled but they made it great. The deodorizer was a nice addition too!

Completely Clean came highly recommended from a local Facebook group in which I belong. My experience from the very first encounter with Rick (the Owner) was superb.

I explained all my needs, he listened very carefully, and made recommendations to meet my needs. He is thoughtful, careful, honest and professional. He explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process, before even arriving, to ensure I understood, and to also set my expectations.

They did a fabulous job on my floors today, and I'm really happy with the outcome!! Even tackling 24+ year old carpet and ceramic tile! Brought the tile completely back to life, and brightened the carpet immensely! It's like my house is new again!

Rick and his team did an amazing job on our carpets. We have tried several places in the past and were never truly satisfied as a few days later things would not be quite as good. We are going on 30 days and everything still looks as it did right afterwards! We are scheduling all of our future services with Completely Clean to ensure we don’t have this issue ever again!

I contacted Completely Clean on a last Friday evening about a situation where we needed carpets cleaned for a customer of ours. They were extremely polite on the phone and understanding of our need to address the situation quickly. Rick quoted me a price and offered to either come out on Saturday or wait for Monday.

Rick was able to give me a timeframe for Monday right then and it worked best for my customer. I received texts confirming the appointment and updates before their arrival.

Rick and his crew showed up, evaluated what needed done, and got right to work. My customer was thrilled with the outcome of steaming out the carpet stain and so was I!!! Thank you to Rick and his crew for doing a great job.

I highly recommend Completely Clean to everyone and will definitely use their services again!

Emailed them late Sunday night and Rick called me back, explained all the types of cleaning carpets. They came out Monday at 2pm and were done by 4pm. Great customer service. Carpets look so much better. I would recommend.
