Called left msg. A couple days later contacted me about scheduling. They had to review schedules and promised to call back next day. 4 weeks + and never received call back! Thought I would use local since they were located less than a mile from my home. Never again.

These guys were on time, everytime and very responsive to all our calls and questions. They did a great job and did it quickly. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Joe, we appreciated you showing up when you said you would, and being dependable. I wouldnt call anyone else!

I used OTT to upgrade my panel / service, install recessed lighting in the kitchen, and upgrade a couple outlets around the house. Prices were totally fair and the work was impeccable.

I called yesterday looking for service on my meter. Long story short I needed quicker service. They were able to move around other appointments and squeeze me in next day at 11am. Both Brian and Mike were professional, quick and knowledgable. The estimation for completing the job was quick and perfect. Without OTT I would still be searching for an electrician and waiting for the electric company to call me back. OTT is a package deal with great prices and guarantees. Called a few places in the area to have entire main floor re-wired from un-grounded outlets to new 3 pronged, grounded outlets. Brian came out and quoted us a very fair and reasonable price. When the day came, I was impressed when I came home, and saw that they had little footie covers on their boots, and a drop cloth on the floor to prevent dirt/dust from being tracked onto the carpet. When the service was complete, all the details were communicated thoroughly, and to my surprise, they vacuumed up their mess in every room of the house. I couldn't tell that there were people in the house working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

I hired Ott to replace the old electric service panel in my house that was rusty and becoming a safety hazard. They came and replaced the old, put in all new circuit breakers, and did it all in less than a day. All very neatly done, and I would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for an electrician for a while to help me out with some issues in my house built in 1950. April in the office was so nice with scheduling. The two electricians that came out were courteous, thorough, and helpful. I have dealt with so many contractors over the past year and they outperformed above so many others. They resolved my issue and it's nice to have a working kitchen again. I'll be using Ott again for other electrical repairs coming up. I highly recommend them to everyone.

John T and Keith came out to my home to work on 4 light fixtures. They are professional, courteous, thorough, on time and cleaned up after their work. While showing my 3 way switch in the kitchen, I mentioned my odd purple light in my garage that I hadn’t gotten around to changing and John T kindly changed it out for me. You don’t find service like that anymore.

Would highly recommend. They installed a new electric panel, ran new outlets, dryer outlet, basement lighting, bathroom fan lights, ran new electric to bedroom ceilings, and came back and installed lights and fans once order arrived. Exceptional crew. All kind, professional, cleaned up daily. I will call Ott for any future electrical need.
