Electrical reviews in Kent, Ohio

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy electrician who delivers top-quality work every time, you’ve found him.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Craig and Naomi for over 13 years, and during that time, I’ve recommended their company to countless clients, friends, and family members. Whether it's a small job or a major project, they approach every task with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. What really sets them apart is not just the high standard of their workmanship, but the peace of mind they bring. In this industry, it’s so important to have someone you can trust—someone who shows up when they say they will, communicates clearly, and does the job right. They have consistently delivered on all of that and more. Over the years, I’ve received nothing but positive feedback from everyone I’ve referred to them. Not a single complaint—only gratitude and compliments about the quality of work and their level of service. That kind of consistency is rare, and it speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to excellence. They are truly a rare find, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve worked with Titan Electric on four full restaurant projects, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Craig is professional, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. He’s always ahead of schedule, on time, and within budget—which in the restaurant world, is almost unheard of. Every job has passed inspection without issue, and I always feel confident knowing Craig is on the project.

What really sets Titan apart is how easy they make it. Craig walks me through every step of the process, removing all the uncertainty and making sure no detail is missed. Communication is excellent, pricing is fair, and the entire process is smooth from start to finish.

Whether it’s a large-scale buildout or small project, they treat you like a priority—and it shows. I highly recommend getting on their calendar early. Titan is one of the few contractors I trust without hesitation. Grateful to have them in our corner.

The work they did for me demonstrated knowlege, puctuality, excellent troubleshooting and most important of all the issue I had was resolved. Personally, I would highly recommend Titan Electric Services.

I have Titan Electric on speed dial. The only electrician I will ever use. Craig is honest, dependable and well priced. I have used Tiran often for some home projects and have never been disappointed. Craig is friendly and knowledgeable. I promise you won't be sorry if you use his service.

****Highly Recommended****
After a few failed calls trying to get someone out, we lucked out in the best possible way. Huge thanks to Craig, who came out at 9 PM on a Tuesday to fix our main breaker issue. He showed up fast, diagnosed the problem quickly, and handled everything professionally all without charging a ridiculous rate.

Service like that is rare, and we’re genuinely grateful. If you need an electrician who’s reliable, fair, and knows his stuff, Craig’s your guy!

Titan Electric Services came out right away for an emergency at my house. They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was nervous about electrical issues, but Craig really put my mind at ease and fixed the issue right away. Great price and excellent service. If you need electrical work, I recommend giving this company a call. You won't be disappointed.

Craig and his helper were better then great. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Prompt and professional. I'm glad I called you and I'll call again if needed. My friend Doug Brown referred you since her was happy.

Craig was very professional and his helper was very professional. Craig showed up in the morning on time as scheduled. If I need Craig for any electrical service, I will call him. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

Naomi and Craig are a great couple that run a very professional , honest, and fair priced business. Naomi does an outstanding job setting up appointments and making sure everything is done to the customers satisfaction. Craig does the actual work and is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Craig is a contractor that gets the job done quickly and correctly the first time. Have used Titan electric many times and will continue to use them. They are the best!

Titan electric is an amazing company. We used them to move the service at out house when we added a garage. Craig came over and walked us through the entire process so we would understand everything that was happening. They went above and beyond to make sure the location and look of the new service panel was everything we wanted. The day of the service move was bitter cold and I was very nervous about the electricity being off for a long time. The Titan team worked quickly and efficiently and had the electricity back on much quicker than I had hoped for. If you need electrical work do yourself a favor and call Titan!

Craig and Naomi were great, and saved me after another electrician left me hanging! They catered to the fact I wasn’t able to be on site, and even helped me move some of my furniture. 11/10 would highly recommend.

Titan was recommended by a family member in the real estate business, so already planned on excellent service, which is what I got. Easy to reach, fast to respond, and took time to answer my questions during the inspection and again during the scheduled work. Still need several months of living in the house to know the long term quality of the work, but so far things look great.

Craig was referred to me by two of my close friends when I had explained to them that I need to have some electrical work done in order to get a new heating and cooling unit immediately. I needed fast up to code accuracy but without braking the bank, since an electrical upgrade was not factored into this original process. (Craig communicated with my heating & cooling contact to make sure that we were all on the same page)
Craig had evaluated, planned, executed and completed the task of upgrading my electrical panel and cleaned up a few extra stragglers in under the time and cost that he quoted.
I highly recommend calling him for any electrical work needed, I know I will !!

Prompt quote, good price, excellent work. Job was done within a few days of the quote - great as this was needed for a home sale. Thanks!

Had a great experience with this company. They answered all of my questions and got back with an estimate right away. We had some supplies that were purchased on our own and they were ok with using them and taking it off the estimated price, saving us money . They also were prompt and took care of all of the permits and inspection there after . Will definitely recommend to others.

We had an emergency on Christmas weekend and Craig and Naomi were amazing and on it! We spoke this am, he came out this afternoon with his employee and fixed our issue/saved us from a possible fire. Fast, efficient and EXTREMELY FAIR PRICED! I found them by chance and number is saved for future needs. 100% recommend!
