Reviews of local pros in Kent, Ohio

Highly recommend!! Called yesterday for a quote on getting my sectional cleaned, we just got a puppy and have 2 kids and it just needed to be done. They were able to come the next day! Tom came out and was professional and very polite. Did his thing in the time frame they said it would be done. My sectional looks and smells amazing! I'm very sensitive to smells and it just smells clean, no chemical or high fragrance smell. He also had time to do my area rug and that was a bonus for us! Will def be having them back to do other furniture and our floors! Thank you again

Great company. Wonderful young man that came to do the cleaning. A great personality.

My sofa looks amazing it is cream colored and we could tell the difference immediately. Its looks refreshed and clean.

I called LUX to clean and remove stains from my couch that I couldn’t get out myself. I thought it was embarrassingly ruined by my attempts to spot clean! He was very nice, and he requested photos and responded with an affordable and reasonable quote within minutes with a thorough description of what the service entailed. He was available the following day. He showed up on time. My couch is now looking brand new! So thankful for Tom at LUX! The before and after photos are insane!

Cleaned my antique chair and rug! Highly recommend!

Had done the best clean to our apartment thanks to him and the apartment smells really nice

Fantastic work done! Very professional and detailed. Kept their shoes and our flops covered while cleaning. I am highly satisfied with the service provided!

We contacted Lux furniture cleaning after purchasing an Ethan Allen sofa second hand. They were so wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. They offered a price quote that was more than fair and were even able to get our couch cleaned the very next day. Tom and his team were on time, very courteous and professional in our home, and did an excellent job cleaning the sofa. They even went above and beyond to recommend a product to help deter the cats from scratching our new piece. Lux left our home better than they found it and we can’t wait to have them back to clean the carpets! Don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

I had 2 queen mattresses and my carpet cleaned. I was very impressed, he was knowledgeable and gave me tips that would help me in the future. I had paid more for carpet cleaning previously through a different company and they didn't do nearly as well. I was very impressed! 10/10 would recommend

I would highly recommend LUX Furniture Cleaning, they were on time professional and left the house looking amazing! My wife enjoyed their service and professionalism as well!

Had a GREAT experience, they came out not even 12hrs after contacting them in the middle if the night ( 3rd shift problems), gave me great service and a great price and even did the rug for no additional charge. I will be using their services again and would highly recommend them!

I reached out to them and they responded promptly!

Lux Cleaning Services exceeded our expectations when they cleaned our upholstered chairs and sectional couch. Their response time was incredibly quick, and the team was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of their work. We absolutely love the results—our furniture looks refreshed and spotless. We would highly recommend Lux Cleaning Services to anyone looking for top-notch upholstery cleaning!

This is a reliable cleaning company that I can always count on! Super efficient and the staff is incredible and extremely detail-oriented.

I lived at an apartment complex Blue Sky was hired to clean. They were extremely nice and did a great job... Very thorough!

I called them three different times and left two messages on their answering machine asking for a callback so I could book them for upcoming cleaning jobs. No one ever answered or called back. Called 6/29/21, 6/30/21, and 7/6/21.
