Reviews of local pros in Kent, Ohio

Hired N&J to remove a couple of small tree stumps and to move some heavy rocks for landscaping. Nicholas did a great job. Very careful with the lawn to avoid any damage and has a gentle touch with the machine when needed. Also very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire N&J again when I need work done with their kind of equipment.

We hired Nicholas to waterproof our basement and he did a great job! There was significant water issues and damage to a couple walls. They fixed the foundation issues and did a great job waterproofing. And they were far more affordable than the other quotes. Thank you for the dry basement and peace of mind!

We have used Alex for our customers landscaping requests. Great feedback with professionalism and quality work.

Alex installed a paver patio for us in our backyard and did an amazing job! Great communication and professional company! Highly recommend his work.

I have used Alex and his crew for multiple jobs over the last couple years. Always on time, great communication, and excellent work.

Excellent job with great communication! Alex and team did 27 evergreens!!

Bowers Lawn Care did an excellent job. Alex was great to work with from start to finish, his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and the quality of work was top-notch. They kept the job site clean and were very professional throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the Kent area.

Had an appt for a quote to cut down our front bushes. They never showed up and when I called to find out why and that we are now going with another company the person said “that’s fine.” EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I recently inherited a sizeable property from my grandfather, and, while beautiful and blessed overall, the landscaping was terribly unkempt. It's funny because my grandfather used to say: if you mow the lawn and find the car, you might be a redmeck. Anyway, such a task was way beyond my scope of expertise, so I had stillumbled upon a business card at one my friend's houses by accident, and I subsequently retained the services of Kent Lawn Salon.

Let me just say this- what a classy operation. I can speak candidly about my own issues with OCD, and I know I can be difficult at times; in other words, if I have a criticism, I am the last guy you'll find holding my tongue. But I tell you what, every single request I gave them, and they listened with care and exceeded my expectations at every turn. The price was competitive, and the service and results were exceptional. Thus, to me , an absolute steal! I recommend Kent Lawn Salon with the highest honors- not a blade of grass out of place. Kudos!

One of the best companies I’ve ever hired to do my lawn. There are always on time and never miss a day or cancel on you. They always answer their phone and if they missed your call will call you back right away. I definitely recommend them.

I had issue with latest work done on my property so I called the owner explained problems and he resolved my issues with a “no charge “ for latest work! He also visited my yard and looked around and did agree that the work was not acceptable! It’s good to know that I can call and better to experience the professional and kind response that I did! 😊
