I was in search of a small freezer and they were completely out They let me put my name on a list, and after a couple months, they called and told me they had one. They even helped put it in my SUV. Awesome and VERY sweet people.

Locally owned and operated. Very knowledgeable. Super nice. Bought a better washer than I figured I would get for the price I wanted to spend

Needed a defrost timer and thermostat for my refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me get the parts I needed. I will definitely be back for future purchases and servicing needs!

So nice to have a home town dealer who knows their products. I worked with Sarah and she was very informative. Will definitely do business here again!

Great service, great people. They are a family owned and operated shop which has been around for almost 80 years and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with good prices. By far the best place for home appliances in Ohio.

Service and quality! Bypass all your large commercial stores and go straight here! Good Housekeeping is customer service at your finest and I wouldn't recommend anybody else! Thank you Good Housekeeping for a wonderful shopping experience. This is my new go-to store for appliances!

Walked in to a warm welcome by Dave and Rose . Within 10 minutes made my purchase and 20 minutes later I felt like family. Felt good to give my money to a establishment that has been around for 88 years.
I did stop in Lowes a week ago and after waiting 20 minutes for someone ,anyone to help me, I walked out.

Used to be a great mom and pop store with great customer service. Now they won’t even answer the phone to help. I have called for 3 days and never an answer and voicemail always full. Crazy that you can call the big corporations like Amazon and talk to someone, yet can’t get through to a local business you try to go to.

I originally ordered my fridge from Best Buy...let me tell you...HUGE MISTAKE. They treated us like garbage and when the fridge “didn’t fit” they left my door off my hinges and my old fridge outside meaning I had no fridge at all and no way of getting it inside (I’m pregnant and my husband has back surgery in December). I was referred to Good Housekeeping by my boss and I was immediately graced with a different experience. They got the EXACT SAME FRIDGE in my house two days later with no issues and gave me a WONDERFUL customer service. I also love that my money is going to a local shop. I will definitely be purchasing all my appliances here from here on out! Thanks for being awesome!

Very nice store and very knowledgeable, so hard to find small town stores like these anymore. Highly recommend purchasing from there not only supporting small business but keeping an excellent business around.

First time I was ever here, but the very best customer service I've had in a while. They were very smart and knew exactly what they were talking about. I got the excate part I needed for my dryer after going to several different places in town with no luck. Came here got the part i needed and went home, put it on, and fixed. Would highly recommend

Won't return phone calls even when they promise they will. Lose your name invoice etc. Then tell you after you finally get through that they are busy with customers....not sure how that is when they won't let you even be a customer. Pretty unprofessional. They will however refer you to someone else who I'm guessing needs customers more than good housekeeping does.

I haven't dealt with anyone except for the older gentleman that works in there.....but let me tell you it is like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of part for an appliance from here. that said, the service guys that came and fixed my washer motherboard were very friendly and helpful and deserve all the praise I can give them. I know it's a family run business ...but do yourselves a favor and have grandpa retire... he drives away business

Long time established business owners are very friendly and helpful no high pressure selling explains the product thoroughly and the delivery personnel are very helpful in setting up product making sure you are aware how it operates, and very respectful of your property.

Good place for appliances and offers repairs on just about anything you could need involving any appliances. Try this place first. Locally owned which means a lot nowadays. Update Oct 2022. I purchased a new fridge a few months ago from here, it's the only place I shop for appliances. It was making a funny sound, the repair guy Alex was here the next day and had it fixed in no time. They didn't even charge me. This place services their goods and their repair guys know their stuff. They are super friendly, more like a neighbor than a store employee. It's family owned which I love and it's locally owned which is even better. I'm so glad I found this place I'll shop here till I die or move out of the state. Hands down the best there is locally.

I figured my oven had breathed its last, so I fully expected to be told that I'd need a new one. The man I spoke with said that was possible but that it might also be an easy enough repair. Then he suggested that first I should disconnect the power to oven, reconnect it, and try it out once more. His suggestion worked! And it didn't cost me anything. This will be the only place I go for any major appliance purchase in the future. They put the customer first.

Service was exceptional. Adam, the service tech took the time to check my wall oven for any issues before installing the new heating element just in case the element was not the problem. He was knowledgeable and respectful as were the sales staff. I'm so grateful there is still a store that backs up they're products.
