Jeriah saved my family from a miserable existence. After the plumbers replaced my pressure tank, the breaker to the switch wasn't behaving and we had no water. I called Luxe and they could fit me in at the end of the day! (This is amazing by itself as other places were quoting me dates 2 months out.) On the call, he was direct and clear about the price.

Near the start of the appointment window, Jeriah let me know they would be finishing up their current appointment and be at my house soon.

He listened carefully to the situation and asked some questions before methodically and systemically troubleshooting the problem. At each point, he cleaned up existing wires and worked through each possible point of failure.

As the night wore on, I completely expected him to give up and come out later. Nope, he continued to be patient and thorough.

He finally found the problem by examining the switch itself, without any manual, and deduced it was wired up incorrectly. He fixed this and everything worked perfectly.

After all that time, I expected the total bill to be more than just the service call fee. Again, nope. His original quote covered the work.

Needless to say, I whole-heartedly endorse Luxe to everyone. Thanks again, Jeriah.

Luxe did a fantastic job on installing a new subpanel, ev charger, generator inlet, as well as fixing faulty wiring caused by another company. Their prices are very reasonably and workmanship are extremely good and I'd recommend their services over a larger company any day.

I was going to have a high up floodlight replaced with a camera one, but turned out it was just a solar light with no wiring. Jeriah was nice enough to offer me my full deposit back, but I ended up having him just install it on a different side of the house. He ended up giving me a lower price too since it wasn’t as high up.

Jeriah was so fast to respond to my call…even on a Sunday morning! He realized the seriousness of my situation & came out that same day to inspect. He was able to diagnose the issue & had me repaired within 48 hours of his first arrival. Highly recommend & will definitely use again, if needed!!

Luxe electrical did a great job fixing lighting issues in our living room and basement area. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also offered advise as we are looking to sell our home in the near future of anything else that could be of concern. Best part is they are local to Lancaster. Very fair pricing as well. Just a great experience. We were very happy.

Unpleasant experience. Guy at parts counter said "I hate dealing with out of state accounts." They had my parts right there under the counter but lost their paper work. First time here, a bunch of half wits running this place. Not very often do I feel the need to write a bad review, but this was not a good experience.

My guys went there to purchase materials and got treated like trash. No matter where the people is from they all should been treated equal and with respect.

Filing a official complaint to this facility but wanted to express this horrible experience.

Our company often needs electrical items and some of them are hard to come by or have to be ordered but City Electric Lancaster branch ALWAYS has it or can get it by the next day and the price is very competitive. The counter guys have always been friendly, helpful and never seemed bothered by my questions or calls. They are a "go-to" place for all of our colleagues.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful on every question I've ever had and they always seem to have exactly what I need. Very personable and very polite and friendly. First place I go when I need any specialty item when it comes to electrical products.
