The store is clean and tidy. I didn't have to wait for service. The fellow behind the counter knew exactly what I needed, took a few extra minutes to explain the difference between two similar parts, and told me to bring the circuit breaker back if I actually needed the other type. Fortunately, the first circuit breaker was the correct one so I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Very friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable. I will go here again if I need electrical parts for my home.
