After calling a couple other Lancaster, OH electricians and finding they no longer do residential work, they recommended MK Electric. It was easy to set up an appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and professional. The electrician was on time and courteous. He looked for the simplest solution to our problem first was quick and reasonably priced. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. We live in an older home. When we are ready to update our wiring and lighting, we will call MK first.

The guy that came out did a good job in a timely manner. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. The only gripe I have was that he seemed determined to park out back rather than in one of the open spots on the street directly in front of my place. So determined that he backed his truck through my lawn up to my back door. Other than that, I would still recommend them and use them again.

Had another company quote me $1200 Just to hook up our new hot tub and said it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. MK was less than half the price and got me on the schedule within days! The electrician was very professional and got the job done right! Have been enjoying my hot tub ever since😀

M K Electric performed an install service for us at a commercial retail property in Logan, Ohio this year. I was very happy with the service that I received from Ryan at MK Electric LLC. He came to replace a smoke detector on a vaulted ceiling that was chirping and that I couldn’t reach. He found that I needed two additional units replaced that were faulty. I feel a lot safer now knowing these units are in working order. I appreciate his kindness and the cost was very reasonable. I will use this company again for their services.

What service? I was told they would be at my residence between 12 noon and 5pm so I made arrangements with my work schedule to be home at that time. Instead the night before they text me asking if they got move the time frame to 8am to 1pm, I said no I can't because I already made arrangements with my job. They said no problem. So next day it's after 4pm I get a call stating they were too busy on the previous job to be able to come that day and asked if they could tomorrow, I said no I can't do that! I had to alter my work schedule for the original appointment, said I'd have to call them back and let them know when I can. Think I'll call someone else. I don't like the games.

Ryan if Five Star Home Services did a very professional job in answering all my questions, assessing the problem with my electrical circuits, and repairing them in a timely manner. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them to others who need their service.

Alec did a fantastic job of bonding our gas & electric and also installing a whole house surge protector. He was on time, very courteous and cleaned up any mess that was involved. He made sure we understood what he was doing ahead of time and followed through. I never have to worry who's doing the work when Five Star sends a technician!

Wow what a wonderful experience. Called first thing this morning 5/12/25, spoke with a wonderful lady, she set me up with a time they could come out. Technician KY came about 2:15, he was very friendly, personable, seemed really knowledgeable. 20 minutes he fixed my problem. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Five Star Home Service. Will definitely use again.

The guys were great done great job just believe was overcharged 65 bucks for a foot of wire and 7000 was about 2500 more than other quotes for same job

Alec is a great service person. He has been to our house before and is always polite and efficient. I can't say enough about Five Star as a whole. This company goes above and beyond when it comes to service. ALL of the technicians have been very professional and polite. They have always been very straightforward and honest about whatever service we need. And have given us options as to needed repairs. Not enough stars to rate this company and your employees!!!
