RotoRooter was very quick to respond (under 2 hours) and the tech they sent was excellent. Very thorough workmanship. I would highly recommend this Company and this individual technician (Jason).

Ryan was professional and fixed my tub just like he explained he was going to. He cleaned up after himself, was careful about not letting my kitty out, and patiently answered all my questions.

Same day service- fast and fixed! Richard was professional and nice. Price slightly more than I thought would be but worth getting my drain open after several unsuccessful attempts on my own.

I had a water leak that needed emergency attention. Roto-Rooter sent Richard Meadows to my house on a Saturday night. He quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from. He was confident he could repair it. He quoted a price, promptly fixed the problem, and charged what he said he would. He was polite, efficient, and even put shoe covers on. when inside the house. 5 Star Service!

Jason was very professional. He was training a new guy. Jason explained everything that they were going to do to correct the problem. Water wasn't draining and toilet was backing up into shower. After everything was discussed he then told me how much it would be. Jason kept me informed of what was going on. Jason made sure everything was cleaned up and working before he left. I think they should include camera free with the sewer cleaning just so homeowners know and be able to see that the lines are clear and not damaged. Would totally hire Jason ( Roto Rooter) again!! Thanks

The men who came, Jason, Noah and Jim, were amazing! Jason in particular, went above and beyond to help us. They were able to schedule us right away and Jason worked long and hard and thanks to Jim “the camera guy” they were able to find the problem. All were pleasant , friendly and definitely knew what they were doing! We will definitely use them if we have any more plumbing problems.

We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care we received from both the supervisor Josh and the plumber Robert from Roto-Rooter. Not only were they highly skilled and efficient, but they were also remarkably respectful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Fred was exceptional in addressing an issue with a clogged downspout. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism, thoroughness in diagnosing the issue, and taking the time to ensure my problem was fixed. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Frederic was great, explained everything to me multiple times so I could make the best decision for my situation, he was very kind and patient and he did a great job, he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Jason did a great job for us! He was thorough and made sure he resolved our problem for us, and didn't rush. His attitude was just the right mix of friendly and professional. He also did a nice job cleaning up after himself afterwards. We highly recommend!

Great experience! Richard Meadows, our technician, was knowledgeable and clear when providing his estimate (which was less than half of another company, saving us $500). I called back to schedule an hour after he left. Rick was able to come right back. Got the job done in an hour and it looks great! Will definitely call Roto-Rooter and Rick again if we have other plumbing needs. He replaced piping that drains the water from our washing machine.

Richard was simply amazing! We were away for the day and came home to water leaking all over our kitchen from the ceiling. It was 11pm on Saturday night and we weren’t sure how quickly someone could come but he was there about an hour after we called and had the fix done by 1am Sunday. He was patient and educational with us without being condescending. I would ask for him to help in the future!

Jason with Roto rooter came through with the knowledge, experience and expertise to help not only solve the problem but help us learn how to help prevent issues like this in the future. Great company, greater technician and an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

After calling yesterday for Roto Rooter to come out and fix a toilet issue, we had Kyle as our technician. Kyle marked our fix down as a “quick fix” and said he had fixed the issue. We were charged for the quick fix and today, the same issue arose. We turned off our water and I called Roto Rooter back. I explained to the dispatcher what happened, and he advised because Kyle had marked it down as a quick fix, today’s visit would be full price. I was very displeased and frustrated. I would originally give this a 1 star review.

However, our experience today changed my mind about the company after our experience with the technician, Rick. Rick seemed much more confident with assessing and resolving our issue. We were made aware that the fix yesterday was not going to work either way, and the fill valve should’ve been replaced from the beginning. In addition, Rick got approval from the manager to use the money we spent yesterday to go towards today’s fix. I was VERY appreciative of his diligence in doing what was right for the customer. If it were up to me, I would take away the money from yesterday’s technician and put it towards Rick for his effort. I will use them again, but only if we are able to have Rick!

Sump pump seemed to be running but not really working. Service man was able to diagnose the issue and quickly correct the problem. Fast friendly and knowledgeable. Really good to have excellent workers like Rick Meadows representing Roto Rooter.

Jason was one of the best service professionals we’ve ever had come to our home. He quickly assessed our problem, showed us the issue, generated a quote, and even spent 10 minutes working with our home warranty company. Not sure if RR allows you to request a technician, but highly recommend Jason. 10/10

Richard did a great job explaining exactly what repairs were needed, the cost, and immediately got to work. Great job!!

1/6/26: Follow up visit we had Robert come through because there was a small leak still. Robert did a fantastic job as well. He executed his craft the same as Richard did.

We have been so impressed with this company and their employees. Best of the best service.

My plumbing issues were resolved in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. (Note: the online coupons are better than the coupons on the app. If you can't download them, mention them to your service person.) Repairmen were friendly and professional. Noah was exemplary, a seasoned pro who provided excellent service while empathizing with my needs. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use this company in the future.
