Their drain cleaning guy Nathan is the best drain guy in Lancaster have had many properties and he shows up every time even when I can't get ahold of anyone else

I had both of my water heaters go out and needed two new gas water heaters installed. John and his crew from Force Plumbing came and replaced both water heaters and had me back up and running the same day. I would recommend this plumber in Lancaster for your hot water tank replacements. Will be using them in the future.

Overall, I feel like they worked with me on the price, they were able to complete the necessary repairs, they were friendly, and the ability to finance the repairs was really convenient. The issues I have are more related to the issues I've noticed with any type of contractor... they complete their repairs but don't take into consideration the amount of damage they're leaving for the next guy. They needed access in my kitchen ceiling of about 2 and a half feet wide by 4 or so feet long. But they didn't just cut out the section they needed access to. They just ripped paneling off my ceiling, with several pieces extending 7 or 8 feet past where they were completing repairs. So instead of having to fix about 8 to 12 square foot of my ceiling, I had to spend even more of my money to replace about 32 square feet of ceiling. I know their concern is just making sure the plumbing issues are fixed, but it is really frustrating that it seems like they weren't too worried about the next guy that has to complete the finishing work.

This was our first time using Joes Drain Cleaning and it went very smooth from start to finish. They sent John out to help clear our main line today and he was very professional and polite!! They will most definitely be receiving our business again no questions asked. These guys meant business!

Washer had been draining into our bathtub. We tried so many over the counter products as well as a drain snake with no success. When it got to the point where we were standing in ankle deep water in the shower, we called Joe’s.
Their tech came out the next day and fixed us right up! No mess, no issues. I highly recommend them!! Then I go to my mailbox today and have a gift card from them as a thank you gift!

I researched different plumbing places that did drain cleaning. I wanted someone that knew what they were doing. The two guys that came to my house were very professional and very nice. They explained everything they were doing. They were able to clean out my drain clear to the manhole which had not been done before. I am very grateful. I would choose these guys again!

John came to my house today as my sump pump went out this morning. He and the company were spectacular in their customer service and personal experience while at my house today. He’s was extremely knowledgeable and offered great info on how to help prevent this from happening in the future too soon. I will definitely have them on speed dial for any of my plumbing needs and refer them to anyone that asks! AA+++++

I am very pleased with Joe's Drain Cleaning. I had what I considered an emergency; my kitchen garbage disposal started leaking large amounts of water. I called several repair companies and they could not fit me in until about 5 day out and that was not satisfactory to me. I called Joe's Drain and they were able to schedule me for the following day (early). The technician, John C., arrived as scheduled and was was courteous, respectful of my property and health, professional and knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed my problem and went about providing a fantastic resolution. I am well pleased with the service of Joe's Drain Cleaning.

I can't say enough! Joe's Drain Cleaning offers outstanding customer service! I had to call regarding a sewage backup in my basement. They had a true sense of urgency. They came out even on Labor Day 2020. John showed up, dropped a rug on the sidewalk in front of my porch, put on his shoe covers, his mask and said "how can I help you?" I knew I was in good hands. Not only that, I received his picture and Bio in advance via text before he even got here so I would know what he looked like. That gave me a good sense of comfort and safety knowing who I was going to see when they showed up. That said a thousand words about the company itself; morals integrity and good character. John ook care of the job in a timely manner. He made sure it was done right the first time. I can honestly say the job was done a lot better than the previous plumber a year ago. I had been praying for a plumber and God brought me Joe's Drain Cleaning. I just happened to see their truck when I was out at a local grocery store. The gentleman answered my questions with no problem, asked me to write the number down from his truck and they would be happy to come out to help. I'm so happy I called. Yes, I know there's larger companies out there but it's hard to find a company that offers outstanding customer service, warm friendly personality and a true sense of urgency. I had them come out to clear a clogged sewer main. One of their techs, Jacob, came out the same day that I called. He was professional and courteous and explained to me all that he was doing and why. I would use this company again and I am happy with their level of service, professionalism, and responsiveness.

All I can say is thank you so much to Michael and the rest of the staff at Joe’s! After calling a place that wasn’t local to fix a clogged main line, we had issues less than a year later. I found Joe’s through a Google search and called immediately. They came out same day to take a look and confirmed it was a clog in the main line. We had to postpone them running the hydrojet due to cold weather, but Michael still came out annd cabled what he could so we would have a working toilet. A week later he came back and ran the hydrojet and cleared out 4+ clumps of roots. Michael made sure the pipe was clear and he was thorough. This is why I prefer small family businesses. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and fixed well. I will only deal with Joe’s from here on out! Thanks again so much!!

We had a hot water heater leak which was a nightmare with 4 kids. We called Joe's and they were out quick! They disconnected the water heater because the valve shut off water to the whole house and made it so we were able to use the cold water. They then came back and installed the new water heater. Jimmy, our tech was super friendly and helpful and Catherine at the office never complained about any of my million questions. She was friendly and quick to get me answers! I am so pleased with their service!!! I would 10000% recommend them!

Brown Thursday got us. We have had problems with this drain before. The quick response when I called and the quick service visit where amazing.
The tech took care of our issue within an hour and we were good to go. He also made some recommendations and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Since then, we’ve never had to search again. They’ve always arrived within the 1 hour window provided at the time of scheduling. Their pricing is straightforward, transparent and easy to understand. They stand behind their work. And they’re professional and friendly. I’ve always felt that they understood our issues and the most efficient way to address the problem.

Joe’s is a trustworthy family run business and as long as they’ll keep us as clients, they’re the only ones we’ll call for service. They’re not the closest, but they’re the best.

Michael was my tech and he was fantastic at explaining the issue, quickly repaired the problem and fully explained the procedure. This was for a tenant occupied rental unit we own. He were there within the hour and done within just a couple hours after that. I will gladly recommend the company and will use them again (if needed). Thanks Michael.
