Christopher was sent to our home by Roto-Rooter and he was wonderful. Professional and friendly. Very helpful and did a fantastic job. If we need Roto-Rooter again we would hope they would send Christopher again!!

Needed emergency service to repair toilet leaking. Within an hour service tech Kirk Meadows came and repaired the issue> He was very informative letting me know what was needed to make repairs. He made the repairs quickly. Would certainly call roto rooter and ask for him again if we ever need repairs again

Our technician Fred, came in and looked at our sewage ejector pump. He taught us some things we didn’t know regarding our pump and was able to point out the problem. Luckily, it wasn’t a huge issue . Simple clean of the system and good to go.

Stacy seemed very knowledgeable and able to explain situation in layman's terms. She analyzed the situation, gave us options, explained the snaking would be a somewhat temporary solution. When snaking was not productive at all, she came up with a fix at a location in the basement, replacing some pipe with a better angle and revising the plan. It seems to be working much better than it has in 2 decades!

I had my main line cleared and although they were running late, their tech Jason got here and did a fantastic job for me! He explained everything well and assured me that all was good to go. He was fantastic!

Our tech Richard was at our house within an hour of our initial call for service. He was courteous & explained everything regarding the service call. He was able to get our drain cleared in about 20-30 minutes. We were very happy with our experience.

Richard did all he could to repair my issue on a Saturday night emergency call. Since he needed to schedule another tech to complete the work the next day dye to a needed part, he left me in good stead overnight and promised an early continuation with the next tech. Thank you so much!

Scheduling was difficult they told me someone would be there between 4-6 and then at 7pm I called and they said I canceled the appointment when I didn’t. Got someone there at 12pm next day. The tech was amazing. Very helpful and informative.

Stacy exceeded our expectations. Not only did she analyze the problem quickly, she got the needed parts and installed them in a very reasonable time. She also was great about explaining everything she did in an easy to comprehend way. Her wonderful people skills are just icing on the cake.

Had a basement sewer line backup. I called Roto-Rooter after Rescue Rooter cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I should have called Roto-Rooter first. My tech Jason was out within an hour. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I hope this never happens again, but if it does I will be calling Roto-Rooter. Thanks Jason!

Chris was excellent. He was professional and courteous. We chose Roto-Rooter over competitors because they offer free on-site estimates, which is a big plus. We had a small issue, and honestly, felt dumb we didn't figure it out ourselves, but he was great.

I think Trevor did a good job, between some freezing and clogging, he fixed it! Glad I don't have to wash dishes in my bathroom any more!! I do have one issue. Trevor recommended a Roto Rooter product, Pipe Shield, which I purchased....on Amazon...for $17.99, NOT the HUGE markup price of $90+. I understand you are a business and need to make money, but the fix cost $499, which I gladly paid, but that markup !!!!

The gentlemen you sent was fantastic. The price you charged, not so much. I was told someone would be there in two hours, it took six. I understand it’s same day, but don’t say two hours just to get the appointment booked. Won’t be using you again.

The kitchen sink was leaking between the wall and the J-trap. I've never needed a plumber before and was apprehensive. Richard came promptly, as scheduled, was pleasant, and got to work. Turned out the copper drain was connected to a different metal elbow and the copper corroded. I was impressed and, if and when I need a plumber, I will call Roto-Rooter again.

Our double basin kitchen sink with disposal backed up at 7:30 PM on a busy weeknight. We contacted Roto-rooter who promptly dispatched a technician. Jason diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, quoted the cost of the service and with our approval, snaked out the kitchen drain pipe clear down to the basement until the sink was successfully unclogged. Jason was professional, courteous, and very thorough including checking for any leaks and cleaning up after all work was completed. We were very happy with the service that Roto-rooter and Jason provided!
