Never used such a horrible services before. Even after there few treatments my lawn has pretty good amount of weeds and when I call them and ask for help they scheduled it multiple times and no one showed up, in fact no one is doing even the regular service which I paid for they will cancel it at the last moment saying some odd reasons and when I called them last time and complaint, they said a manger will call and discuss the concerns and it’s been a weeks now I never received any call from anyone and not even the regular service. I never saw such an unprofessional service provider anywhere.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I called to have someone come out to review and discuss improving my lawn. They arrived before the appointment and applied a bunch of chemicals to my lawn without my approval and then charged me for the service and left. Never stopped at the door, never called me, never texted nothing. I NEVER agreed to the chemical application. In addition I found out the agent I first talked to pre scheduled me for a year of service without my approval. Their customer service when calling to resolve this was absolutely awful. Rude, condescending and generally seemed like they could care less. Total scam, highly unethical. Avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT USE TruGreen. You will get better results doing a simple seeding yourself. I purchased the full year service plan with aeration for my entire yard. Front, Sides, and Back. The sales and customer service team is completely disorganized and does not provide proper communication to their lawn technicians. The worker's notes on what to do on my yard are wrong every time they show up to my house. I am lucky to be working from home because I am able to stop them from doing something I never asked, or have them actually perform the work I paid for. This is the 4th time I have had to call the customer service phone number and every time I am assured the notes are fixed, and every time, they are not. The sales team acts as though they are your "Liaison" and "Problem Solver" however, they just cold call you to add on services. When it is time for a real problem to be solved, no serious action is taken. I will NEVER use TruGreen again after this years service is over. You are better off treating your yard on your own!

(This should be ZERO stars!) "Tru-Green" lawn servcie drove through my lawn exiting my neighborhood providing service for another home-owner this afternoon, damaging my property. I tried to stop the driver, who drove off with NO regard even when yelling for him to stop! After THIRTEEN (yes, THIRTEEN) different telephone calls to the company with various telephone numbers available online and provided to me, I FINALLY got hold of a supervisor with the same run-around and yadda yadda yadda! Do NOT use this company! I initially spoke to Joe (who blew me off), Called numerous times and put on hold with a call never coming, then Lakeisha (who also blew me off), and finally talked to Gary (supervisor), who continued to give me the run-around, saying the incident would be taken care of! Yeah, right! Next time they do this, I will stand directly in front of their truck and defy them, AND call the local authorities! 😡

Two weeks ago aTrue Green tech was in the process of spraying chemicals on our front lawn. **We do not use chemicals on our lawn- never have, never will. I care too much about pollinators and mother earth.**
My husband went outside, told him to stop, and asked him what he was doing. It turns out that the tech had the wrong address- NOT EVEN THE RIGHT STREET!! Needless to say, I was livid. I called the company immediately to file a complaint. The tech had left a receipt on our door with his name, his supervisor's name, and their license number. I asked for a return call so that we could verify where exactly our yard was treated. I have yet to receive a call from the company.

Had a few issues with my lawn this year. Tru green sent Tyler out to assess my lawn. Tyler was friendly, and I was impressed with his overall knowledge. He assessed and explained the cause and timing of each disease and how and when to remedy each. He immediately put a plan in motion to fix the issues, and he and another Tru green rep followed up 2x thereafter. I cant say enough about Tru green’s commitment to service and their pricing is very reasonable. Everyone I have met at Tru green is friendly, and if there is an issue Tru green does whatever it takes to remedy the situation. I highly recommend Tru green!!

This is not the first time they’ve sent a technician, but he does absolutely NOTHING. He just sits in his truck, then after a few minutes places a yard sign and claims the job is done.

This feels like a scam. I have video recordings of every visit as proof.

They keep charging my bank account for services that are not performed. I will be filing a report against TruGreen.

I'm very pleased with the results I'm seeing on my lawn!
I'm currently on application #2 of 6 of the TruMaintenance Lawn Plan I purchased. The results are already visible. Richard W the TruGreen Technician did a fantastic job of servicing my property. I asked a few questions regarding the upcoming treatments and he was very knowledgeable, courteous & professional. Great Job! Keep up the excellent service!

Ive being using TruGreen Lawn Care for over 5 years now, i got nothing but great results and Billy the technician is the best, he take care of my lawn like if was his own, highly recommended

Leonard, as usual, was exceptional! He was very courteous and extremely professional. He met with me, explained today’s service and answered my questions. He then spoke with me after completing the service to make sure that I understood what he had done and what I needed to do. I really appreciate the time he takes to explain the services to me. We discussed the bare spots in the lawn and he let me know what I needed to do. Leonard is excellent!!!

The TruGreen Lawn Care service team of guys and gals that service my trees are the best! Thank you for the work you do and care, detailed nutrients and overall preventing of insects and disease that can impact my 17 + Ever-Greens and Arborvitae's. Great Work, Thank you!

This is only our second year with TruGreen and we are very happy with the results! Our technician is very polite and friendly and does a great job.

Have been with TruGreen for over 40 years. If something isn't done correctly, they make it right. Dane R treated my trees & shrubs today. Afterwards we talked about what was done. He was very thorough and a super nice guy.

I've had TruGreen's service for 26 years. Their prices are reasonable, their products do a good job on your lawn, they provide a wide range of services and, most importantly, they do all they can, at your local office and the national office, to make sure you're happy as a customer. And each time I've had the technician I had today, Lenardo, he's been thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Good job.

After having this company for over 15yrs the services have gotten so ridiculous I had to stop the services. The customer service is awful. They do not value their customers. They feel that they can do what ever they want to do after asking them to check with me before performing services. The company has gone to the Dogs! Very Sad !

This 5-star rating is for today’s technician only, not for TruGreen in general. Hopefully he will continue to service our lot, moving forward. We’ve had a few good technicians previously, but we primarily experience TruGreen technicians who are lazy, robotic & untrustworthy. Today’s tech, however, was the opposite— MW was thorough, polite, detailed, demonstrated a caring old-school work ethic, and was overall exceptionally respectful & professional. Thanks for the good work, MW. Appreciate you.
