My lawn was taken care by Trugreen. The last photo was taken in May, and the rest was taken in August which showed full of crabgrass. I evaluated when asked by the company. I was called by the customer service and asked me to send them those pictures. I sent but found the email address they gave but wasn't exist. I am wondering I should ask for my money back!!!

Deshawn was very polite and made certain he knew of our expectations. After completing his work he explained everything he had done. Here’s a guy who is on the ball!

TruGreen charged $209 for a aeration and over seeding but didn’t seed. When this was brought to their attention, I was told nothing could be done because it had been more than 30 days. The company failed me and I wouldn’t recommend them as a lawn care service. It it a competitive market. Use a company with integrity instead of TruGreen.

I called the day before and got the information that I needed. The next day, multiple calls from salesman from this company very annoying. Pretty much guaranteeing that I won’t use this company when I tell you I have the information I need. Don’t keep calling me.

TruGreen treats the common areas of the HOA I manage, and our rep, Megan, has been fantastic to work with. She’s always prompt, detailed in her responses, and consistently provides great service. Highly recommend!

River, Technician who came to my property to do lawn treatment 2nd time did an amazing job to knock to my door, to introduce himself, to explain service and patiently listened to my comments and requests. He showed a very high level of the professionalism . Great job by TruGreen technician. Thank you!

No service was completed today. I was outside with my dogs during the time the "receipt" emailed to me shows service was done, and our property cameras confirm that no TruGreen technician came. Called and spoke to Crystal who refunded me and canceled future service as I will be going with another company. She was very kind and helpful!

Our 1.24 acre lawn, less the house coverage, has many large, brown spots and ornery weeds/grass in various locations. We asked TGC to inspect same this spring and summer.

When I called to make an appointment with a Lawn Tech in November this year, TGC rep stated we must pay a fee to have someone inspect our lawn. This homeowner advised we have used your service for 30+ yea and will not pay for an inspection.

This man, while clearly irritated, was EXTREMELY POLITE! Again, I asked a second time if we could schedule an inspection. The rep remained firm and advised someone would contact me. I work, have a variety or responsibilities and must set a specific date/time.

Neither my wife, or me, heard anything from TGC. Many days later, someone unannounced visits our home and identifies himself as being with THC. When we ask his business, he states he does lawn service calls, but was asked to ‘check out’ lawn and advise his Supervisor.

In closing, TGC did not provide the service and intent desired by a 30+ year customer. We do not intend to renew our service for 2026. We hope the TGC person we spoke to initially was having a bad day. Otherwise, she should be fired!

Your drivers can't drive and just cut me off in Sunbury

They use a small gator to spread the chemical in the spring and refuse to responsibility for killing my grass and then in midsummer they added too much chemical to my lawn and killed a big patch in the front and refused to take responsibility for it.

I always enjoy working with Meyers-- they do good work and are very helpful with design ideas!!
